High-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite all-pellet integrated burden optimization and softening-melting behavior based on flux pellets

High-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite(HVTM)is a crucial polymetallic-associated resource to be *** allpellet operation is a blast furnace trend that aims to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the *** referencing the production data of vanadium-titanium magnetite blast furnaces,this study explored the softening-melting behavior of high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite and obtained the optimal integrated burden based on flux *** results show that the burden with a composition of 70wt%flux pellets and 30wt%acid pellets exhibits the best softening-melting *** comparison to that of the single burden,the softening-melting characteristic temperature of this burden composition was *** melting interval first increased from 307 to 362.and then decreased to 2.2..The maximum pressure drop(ΔPmax)decreased from 2..76 to 19.01 *** permeability index(S)dropped from 4643.5 to 2.46.8 kPa·℃.The softening-melting properties of the integrated burden were apparently *** acid pellets played a role in withstanding load during the softening *** flux pellets in the integrated burden exhibited a higher slag melting point,which increased the melting temperature during the melting *** slag homogeneity and the TiC produced by over-reduction led to the gas permeability deterioration of the single *** segregation of the flux and acid pellets in the HVTM proportion and basicity mainly led to the better softening-melting properties of the integrated burden.

Enhanced red luminescence of Ca_(3)Si_(2.x)M_(x)O_(7):Eu^(3+)(M=Al,P)phosphors via partial substitution of Si^(4+) for applications in white light-emitting diodes

A red-emitting phosphor Ca_(2.91)Si_(2.O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) with partial Al^(3+)/P^(5+) substitution on Si^(4+) was synthesized via a simple solid-state method,and the effects of the introduction of the M^(3+/5+)(M=Al,P)ions on the crystal structure and photoluminescence performance of Ca_(2.91)Si_(2.x)M_(x)O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) phosphors were *** X-ray diffraction(XRD),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results revealed that the structure of Ca_(3)Si_(2.O_(7) remained the same after the introduction of Al^(3+) and P^(5+) *** characteristic emission of Eu^(3+)-doped Ca_(3)Si_(2.x)M_(x)O_(7) phosphors exhibited two main peaks at 617 nm(red)and 593 nm(orange)under excitation at 394 nm,which originated from the^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2.and^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(1) electron transitions of Eu^(3+) *** the partial substitution of Al^(3+) and P^(5+),the red emission intensities of the Ca_(2.91)Si_(2.O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) phosphors were significantly enhanced by 1.88-and 1.42.fold,respectively,which is attributed to the crystal-field effect around Eu^(3+).Meanwhile,the luminescence intensities of the Ca_(2.91)Si_(1.96)Al_(0.04)O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) and Ca_(2.91)Si_(1.94)P_(0.06)O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) phosphors at 2.0℃ were 79.36%and 77.53%of those at 30°C,respectively,indicating their excellent thermal ***,the as-prepared Ca_(2.91)Si_(1.96)Al_(0.04)O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+)and Ca_(2.91)Si_(1.94)P_(0.06)O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) red-emitting phosphors were combined with a near-ultraviolet chip of 395 nm to fabricate red-light-emitting diode(LED)and white(w)-LED devices with excellent chromaticity *** summary,Al^(3+)/P^(5+)-substituted Ca_(2.91)Si_(2.O_(7):0.09Eu^(3+) can serve as red-emitting phosphors for applications in w-LEDs.

Royal jelly(RJ)is a biologically active substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of worker *** is widely claimed that RJ reduces oxidative ***,the antioxidant activity of RJ has mostly been determined by in vitro chemical detection methods or by external administration drugs that cause oxidative *** RJ can clear the endogenous production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells remains largely ***,we systematically investigated the antioxidant properties of RJ using several endogenous oxidative stress models of *** found that RJ enhanced sleep quality of aging Drosophila,which is decreased due to an increase of oxidative damage with *** supplementation improved survival and suppressed ROS levels in gut cells of flies upon exposure to hydrogen peroxide or to the neurotoxic agent ***,RJ supplementation moderated levels of ROS in endogenous gut cells and extended lifespan after exposure of flies to heat *** deprivation leads to accumulation of ROS in the gut cells,and RJ attenuated the consequences of oxidative stress caused by sleep loss and prolonged ***,RJ prevented cell oxidative damage caused by heat stress or sleep deprivation,with the antioxidant activity in vivo independent of Keap1/Nrf2.*** supplementation activated oxidoreductase activity in the guts of flies,suggesting its ability to inhibit endogenous oxidative stress and maintain health,possibly in humans.

Contact Stress Reliability Analysis Model for Cylindrical Gear with Circular Arc Tooth Trace Based on an Improved Metamodel

Impact of wastewater treatment plant effluent discharge on the antibiotic resistome in downstream aquatic environments:a mini review

Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)has emerged as a significant challenge in human *** treatment plants(WWTPs),acting as a link between human activities and the environment,create ideal conditions for the selection and spread of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)and antibioticresistant bacteria(ARB).Unfortunately,current treatment processes are ineffective in removing ARGs,resulting in the release of large quantities of ARB and ARGs into the aquatic environment through WWTP ***,in turn,leads to their dispersion and potential transmission to human through water and the food *** safeguard human and environmental health,it is crucial to comprehend the mechanisms by which WWTP effluent discharge influences the distribution and diffusion of ARGs in downstream *** this study,we examine the latest researches on the antibiotic resistome in various waterbodies that have been exposed to WWTP effluent,highlighting the key influencing ***,recommendations for future research and management strategies to control the dissemination of ARGs from WWTPs to the environment are provided,with the aim to achieve the“One Health”objective.

In this study,we reported the discovery and structure-activity relationship analysis of chrysin derivatives as a new class of inhibitors targeting poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase 1(PARP1).Among these derivatives,compound 5d emerged as the most effective chrysin-based inhibitor of PARP1,with an IC50 value of 108 nmol·L^(-1).This compound significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cell lines HCC-1937 and MDA-MB-436 by inducing DNA ***,5d induced apoptosis and caused an extended G1/S-phase in these cell *** docking studies revealed that 5d possesses a strong binding affinity toward *** vivo,in a xenograft model,5d effectively reduced tumor growth by downregulating PARP1 ***,compound 5d shows promise as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of BRCA wild-type breast cancer.

Surface acoustic wave(SAW)gas sensors based on the acoustoelectric effect exhibit wide application prospects for in situ gas ***,establishing accurate models for calculating the scattering parameters of SAW gas sensors remains a ***,we present a coupling of modes(COM)model that includes the acoustoelectric effect and specifically explains the nonmonotonic variation in the center frequency with respect to the sensing film’s sheet *** sensing parameters of the gas sensors,including the center frequency,insertion loss,and phase,were experimentally compared for accuracy and ***,the frequency of the phase extremum(FPE)shift was determined to vary monotonically,and the range of selectable test points was wide,making the FPE an appropriate response parameter for leveraging in SAW gas *** simulation results of the COM model were highly consistent with the experimental *** study is proposed to provide theoretical guidance for the future development of gas SAW sensors.
