原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

Background::Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has rapidly spread throughout the *** this study,we aimed to identify the risk factors for severe COVID-19 to improve treatment ***::A multicenter,cross-sectional study was conducted on 313 patients hospitalized with *** were classified into two groups based on disease severity(nonsevere and severe)according to initial clinical *** test results and epidemiological and clinical characteristics were analyzed using descriptive *** and multivariate logistic regression models were used to detect potential risk factors associated with severe ***::A total of 289 patients(197 nonsevere and 92 severe cases)with a median age of 45.0(33.0,61.0)years were included in this study,and 53.3%(154/289)were ***(192/286,67.1%)and cough(170/289,58.8%)were commonly observed,followed by sore throat(49/289,17.0%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that patients who were aged≥65 years(OR:2.725,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.317-5.636;P=0.007),were male(OR:1.878,95%CI:1.002-3.520,P=0.049),had comorbid diabetes(OR:3.314,95%CI:1.126-9.758,P=0.030),cough(OR:3.427,95%CI:1.752-6.706,Plinical characteristics of those with severe and nonsevere COVID-19 were significantly *** elderly,male patients with COVID-19,diabetes,and presenting with cough and/or diarrhea on admission may require close monitoring to prevent deterioration.

Metrics To the editor:The diabetes epidemic has increasingly become a major public health concern *** 2014,there were 102.9 million diabetic adults in China,representing 24.4%of the world's diabetic population,even though China only comprised 18.7%of the global population at the time.[1]Furthermore,the estimated overall prevalence of diabetes and prediabetes was 10.9%and 35.7%,respectively,indicating China as one of the countries with the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world.[2]Although factors,including sedentary lifestyles and energy-dense diets,drive the diabetes epidemic,genetic architecture may also contribute to the susceptibility of an individual's response to environmental *** dehydrogenase(ALDH)2 is a key enzyme that eliminates toxic aldehydes by catalyzing their oxidation to non-reactive *** evidence has suggested that individuals with ALDH2 deficiency have an increased risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases,in addition to alcohol intolerance,nitroglycerin tolerance,and carcinoma.[3]Notably,a unique ALDH2 loss-of-function allele,ALDH2∗2,is found in approximately 50%of the East Asian and 8%of the global *** has been reported that this ALDH2 mutation is associated with a higher prevalence of diabetes in coronary artery disease(CAD)patients,accompanied with increased C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.[4]ALDH2 mutation is also related to various diabetes risk factors,but the direct correlation remains ***,we have explored the potential pathogenicity and mechanisms of ALDH2 deficiency in the development of type 2 diabetes in both laboratory and clinical settings.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of ^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1996 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except hong Kong,Macao,and taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

Future optical clock networks will require high-precision optical time-frequency transfer between satellites and ground ***,due to atmospheric turbulence,satellite motion and time delay between the satellite–ground transmission links will cause spatial and temporal variations,respectively,resulting in the breakdown of the time-of-flight reciprocity on which optical two-way time-frequency transfer is ***,we experimentally simulate the atmospheric effects by two-way spatio-temporally separated links between two stationary terminals located 113 km apart and measure the effects for optical two-way time-frequency *** experiment shows that the effect on the link instability is less than 2.3×10^(−19) at 10,000 *** indicates that when the link instability of satellite-ground optical time-frequency transfer is on the order of 10^(−19),it is not necessary to consider the atmospheric non-reciprocity effects.

长江上游地区集中了长江流域近90%的水能资源,梯级开发和河道渠化导致河流原有生境破碎化、鱼类多样性丧失,水电开发与水生态保护之间的矛盾日益突出。文章系统收集了长江上游流域水生生物自然保护区、水产种质资源保护区和水电梯级开发现状资料并矢量化。在此基础上,结合流域鱼类多样性特点,分析了当前水电开发背景下长江上游鱼类资源变化以及保护区建设与管理存在的主要问题,提出了开展保护区普查和管理效果评估、优化空间布局,实施鱼类关键栖息地生态修复,实施上游濒危特有鱼类拯救行动计划,建立生态补偿机制,强化科研监测和基础研究等建议,为长江上游水电开发和水域生态保护的协调发展提供了科学依据。

以不同熟性的青花菜品种(早熟品种中青10号、中早熟品种中青9号、中熟品种中青8号)为试材,采用不同低温处理对幼苗进行春化诱导,研究不同低温积累强度对青花菜生长发育、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:青花菜春化处理最适温度为15℃。与对照相比,低温处理能显著加快春化进程,且温度越低青花菜生育期越提前,主花球结球节位越低,但花球品质和产量却显著下降;反之,温度越高,青花菜的生育期延后,但花球产量和品质有所提高。

为了探究烤马铃薯条的焙烤工艺,对比分析了不同焙烤温度和时间组合下,马铃薯条的水分含量、水分状态、抗氧化性、总酚含量、风味物质、色度及质构特性的变化规律。结果表明,随着焙烤温度的升高和焙烤时间的缩短,烤马铃薯条的水分流动性和水分含量均呈现降低的趋势,硬度和咀嚼度呈现先下降后上升趋势,抗氧化性和总酚含量呈现上升的趋势;烤马铃薯条色泽逐渐加深。不同的焙烤条件组合对烤马铃薯条主要风味物质种类的影响不显著,但对风味物质含量的影响较为明显。其中160℃烤25 min条件下,马铃薯条硬度为1532.14 g;而DPPH自由基清除率为85.25%,总酚含量为279.18 mg/100 g,相对较高;且香味明显,色泽鲜亮,是比较合适的焙烤条件。该研究可为马铃薯在食用或加工中选择适宜的焙烤条件提供理论参考。
