In this paper, the relationship between rare earth elements （REEs） geochemical behavior and their ionic radii was studied. According to the basic law called the effect on geochemistry of lantha- nides, five types and some of subtypes of REEs occurrence, both in magmatic rocks and their minerals, were found, which may correspond to the evolutionary way of magmatic rocks. Analysis of REEs data for an amazonite-topaz granite pluton in East Xinjiang, one of the administrative regions of West China, and Cenozoic alkaline volcanic-intrusive rocks in the Xialiaohe depression of Bohai Bay Basin, China show that types II1, III and IV of effect on geochemistry of lanthanides not only reflect fluid complexa- tion and fractional crystallization existed in magmatic evolution directly, but also can determine semi-quantitatively the strength of fluid complexation and fractional crystallization. Therefore, the ef- fect on geochemistry of lanthanides, a new way to study semi-quantitatively evolution of magmatic rocks, is probably practicable. Moreover, the mafic lavas of different sources from the margin of Gonghe Basin, Qinghai Province, China, can be effectively distinguished in the diagram which can be drawn with some parameters of linear equation of LREEs and its ion radius.

The relationship between trace elements in coal and organic functional groups of coal, also some of aromatic structure, was investigated by using curve fitting of infrared spectra. Cluster analysis was also performed according to the degree of affinity of organic groups to the trace elements. The results show that there is a possibility that trace elements, especially LREE, were bound to peripheral organic functional groups of middle rank coal macromolecule. The most possible functional group that binds trace element is the hydroxyl, and to the less degree, the asymmetric -CH3 and 〉CH2 stretching, -CH3 stretching, etc. The degree of affinity of trace elements to different functional groups varies. The tendency obeys the natural structural changing law of trace elements-- the periodic law. The deviation of some trace elements from this regular trend is attributed to the deviation of intrinsic ＂confusion degree＂（conventional molar entropy） of the matter system of coal basin, which is affected by the inner and outer factors during the evolution.

This study highlights the response of the periodic variation of the geochemical behavior of elements to the thermal metamorphism of coal by considering the differentiation mode and differentiation degree of elements of the C2 coal seam in the Fengfeng mining area of the Handan Coalfield in Hebei,*** periodic variation of the geochemical behavior of elements was observed to change towards a certain direction as the degree of metamorphism of a geological body *** on the coincidence degree(or similarity degree)between the geochemical behavior of elements and periodic variation of elements,the 57 elements in this study were divided into two *** periodic variation of the geochemical behavior of first-level elements was largely synchronous with that of their first ionization energy,suggesting that only one differentiation mode exists and the elements are mainly inorganically *** differentiation mode of the second-level elements deviated to a certain extent from their first ionization energy;the larger the deviation,the more complicated and diverse was the differentiation *** the second-level elements,the grade of coal metamorphism has evident and intuitive effects on the proportion of elements with particular structural features,such as the 4q+3 type of elements and the odd-odd *** addition,the distribution of elements in organic and inorganic matter within coal are subject to the structural features of the *** differentiation mode and differentiation intensity of elements could be characterized by the hierarchical parameter and differentiation *** hierarchical parameter and differentiation intensity of certain elements showed a good positive or negative correlation with R_(max) in *** 57 elements in this study were quantitatively ordered according to the degree of magmatic hydrothermal fluid influence and thermal metamorphism of coal through graphs depicting the goodness of fit,correlation coeffic

: The TOF-SIMS fragment peak ascription of organic and inorganic ions of mineral-bituminous groundmass of Jurassic source rocks in the Turpan-Hami and Junggar basins was studied by using the high-resolution Time of Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (TOF-SIMS). The characteristics of spectrum distribution and constitution of fragment ions of the mineral-bituminous groundmass are discussed; then the methods of evaluating its hydrocarbon-generating potential are developed. In addition, the typical parameters, XAL, Yox and ZAR, for indicating the hydrocarbon-generating potential of mineral-bituminous and other organic matter in source rocks are put forward to reflect the aliphatic, oxygenous, and aromatic structures. It is confirmed by Rock-Eval that these parameters are significant in evaluating hydrocarbon generation. Moreover, the detection of the nitrogenous and oxygenous fragment ion, CH5NO3+, in the mudstone formed in semi-deep lakes and in the carbargilite formed in the arms of lakes reflects the fact that microbes take an active part in biologic degradation.

Mitochondrial-Oriented Injectable Hydrogel Microspheres Maintain Homeostasis of Chondrocyte Metabolism to Promote Subcellular Therapy in Osteoarthritis

Subcellular mitochondria serve as sensors for energy metabolism and redox balance, and the dynamic regulation of functional and dysfunctional mitochondria plays a crucial role in determining cells' fate. Selective removal of dysfunctional mitochondria at the subcellular level can provide chondrocytes with energy to prevent degeneration, thereby treating osteoarthritis. Herein, to achieve an ideal subcellular therapy, cartilage affinity peptide (WYRGRL)-decorated liposomes loaded with mitophagy activator (urolithin A) were integrated into hyaluronic acid methacrylate hydrogel microspheres through microfluidic technology, named HM@WY-Lip/UA, that could efficiently target chondrocytes and selectively remove subcellular dysfunctional mitochondria. As a result, this system demonstrated an advantage in mitochondria function restoration, reactive oxygen species scavenging, cell survival rescue, and chondrocyte homeostasis maintenance through increasing mitophagy. In a rat post-traumatic osteoarthritis model, the intra-articular injection of HM@WY-Lip/UA ameliorated cartilage matrix degradation, osteophyte formation, and subchondral bone sclerosis at 8 weeks. Overall, this study indicated that HM@WY-Lip/UA provided a protective effect on cartilage degeneration in an efficacious and clinically relevant manner, and a mitochondrial-oriented strategy has great potential in the subcellular therapy of osteoarthritis.

The defect-free structure of Mo-based materials is a“double-edged sword”,which endows the material with excellent stability,but limits its chemical versatility and application in electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Carbon doping engineering is an attractive strategy to effectively improve the performance of Mo-based catalyst and maintain their ***,we report a cross-linked porous carbon-doped MoO_(2)(C–MoO_(2))-based catalyst Ru/C–MoO_(2) for electrochemical HER,which is prepared by the convenient redox solid-phase reaction(SPR)of porous RuO_(2)/Mo_(2)C composite *** studies reveal that due to the presence of carbon atoms,the electronic structure of C–MoO_(2) has been properly adjusted,and the loaded small Ru nanoparticles provide a fast water dissociation rate and moderate H adsorption *** electrochemical studies under a pH-universal environment,Ru/C–MoO_(2) electrocatalyst exhibits a low overpotential at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) and has a low Tafel ***,Ru/C-MoO_(2) has excellent stability for more than 100 h at an initial current density of 100 mA cm^(-2).

Regulating macrophage activation precisely is crucial in treating chronic inflammation in osteoarthritis(OA).However,the stable pro-inflammatory state and deep distribution of macrophages in vivo pose a great challenge to *** this study,inspired by the innate immune,immune cell mobilized hydrogel microspheres were constructed by microfluidic methods and load chemokines,macrophage antibodies and engineered cell membrane vesicles(sEVs)via covalent and non-covalent *** immune cell mobilized hydrogel microspheres,based on a mixture of streptavidin grafted hyaluronic acid methacrylate(HAMA-SA)and Chondroitin sulfate methacrylate(ChSMA)microspheres(HCM),can recruit,capture and reprogram proinflammatory macrophages in the joint cavity to improve the joint inflammatory *** vitro experiments demonstrated that immune cell mobilized hydrogel microspheres had excellent macrophage recruitment,capture,and reprogramming ***-inflammatory macrophages can be transformed into anti-inflammatory macrophages with an efficiency of 88.5%.Animal experiments also revealed significant reduction in synovial inflammation and cartilage matrix degradation of ***,the immune cell mobilized hydrogel microspheres may be an effective treatment of OA inflammation for the future.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the monocyte-to-large-platelet ratio(MLPR),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),and red blood cell distribution width(RDW)for pulmonary embolism(PE)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 60 elderly AECOPD patients were enrolled and divided into embolus group(12 cases)and thrombus group(48 cases)according to whether they were combined with pulmonary embolism and the MLPR,NLR,and RDW values of the two groups were determined ***:The patients in the two groups had different degrees of vascular structural and functional abnormalities,and the MLPR,NLR,and RDW in the embolus group were significantly higher than those in the thrombus group(P<0.05);while the differences in NLR and RDW between the two groups were not ***:MLPR,NLR,and RDW can provide an objective basis for assessing PE in elderly AECOPD patients.
