针对小尺寸气态氚光源研制需求,自主开发了一种细长玻璃管内壁制备微米级ZnS(Cu)荧光粉的湿法涂覆及烧结工艺,设计并建立了一套可控压力、流量、温度的涂覆装置,利用此涂覆装置进行了规格为φ1.1 mm×550 mm的细长玻璃管内壁荧光涂层的制备工艺研究,分析了料浆配方对混合液体配方黏度以及涂层厚度的影响;优化了干燥工艺参数,最终在细长玻璃管内获得了满足功能要求的荧光涂层。截面扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明:涂层具有较好的致密性,其厚度为(16.9±0.6)μm(n=32),涂层厚度均匀性良好,且长时间放置稳定不脱落。使用该工艺充氚得到的氚光管样品发光亮度为0.642 cd/m^(2),发光均匀性、一致性良好,可为后续气态氚光源产品的开发提供装置条件与工艺优化依据。

This paper investigates the problem of static output feedback (SOF) control for discrete-time piecewise linear systems. Based on piecewisc quadratic Lyapunov functions, new sufficient LMI conditions for the synthesis of SOF stabilization controllers are presented. Meanwhile, by using Finsler's lemma, a set of slack variables with special structure are introduced to reduce design conservatism. Compared to the existing methods, the proposed method has a good performance and can work successfully in situations where the existing methods fail. An extension of this method is also given in order to incorporate H∞ performance. Three examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of our method.

The problem of non-fragile H∞ filtering for a class of linear systems described by delta operator with circular region pole constraints is *** purpose of the paper is to design a filter such that the error filtering system not only satisfies the prescribed circular pole constraints or D-stability constraint,but also meets the prescribed H∞ norm constraint on the transfer function from the disturbance input to the estimation *** filter gain to be designed is assumed to have multiplicative gain variations.A sufficient condition for the existence of such a filter is obtained by using appropriate Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique.A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativenes of the proposed design.

This paper is concerned with the reliable H∞ filtering problem against sensor failures for a class of discrete-time systems with sector-bounded nonlinearities. The resulting design is that the filtering error system is asymptotically stable and meets the prescribed H∞ norm constraint in normal case as well as in sensor failure case. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the filter are obtained by using appropriate Lyapunov functional and linear matrix inequality (LMI) ***, in order to reduce the design conservativeness and get better performance, we adopt the slack variable method to realize the decoupling between the Lyapunov matrices and the system dynamic matrices. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed designs.

目的探讨中国人内脏脂肪指数(CVAI)与我国老年人口糖尿病发病之间的关系。方法纳入参与2011年和2015年中国健康与养老追踪调查的2 295名60岁以上老年人作为研究对象，采用二元logistic回归法分析CVAI水平与老年人糖尿病发病之间的关系，同时采用限制性立方样条模型进行拟合检验其剂量反应关系；根据体质指数(BMI)将参与者分为不同的亚组进行分析。结果 2 295名老年人四年随访期间有333人(14.50%)发生糖尿病。将CVAI以四分位数分为四组，组间基线SBP、DBP、FBG、HBA1c、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、UA以及性别、吸烟状况、饮酒状况、高血压病史和随访糖尿病发生情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与CVAI最低4分位Q1组相比，最高4分位Q4组老年人群发生糖尿病的OR(95%CI)为1.96(1.37～2.83)。限制性立方样条模型拟合结果显示CVAI越高，老年人发生糖尿病风险越高。亚组分析结果显示，非超重肥胖组和超重肥胖组均显示CVAI与糖尿病发生独立相关。结论 CVAI与老年人群发生糖尿病的风险呈正相关，老年人控制内脏脂肪有助于预防糖尿病的发生。

This paper deals with the robust fault detection (FD) problem in low frequency domain for linear time-delay systems. The H∞ norm and H_ index are used to measure the robustness to unknown inputs and the sensitivity to faults,respectively. The main results include derivation of a sufficient condition for the existence of a robust FD observer and its construction based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) solution parameters. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the presented methodology.

The paper studies the problem of fault detection filter design for uncertain linear continuous-time systems. A design procedure dealing with parameter uncertainties is proposed for residual generation, the sensitivity to fault and the robustness against disturbances are both enhanced on residual outputs through satisfying some performance indexes. By the aid of the generalized Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov(GKYP)lemma, the fault sensitivity performance index can be dealt with in the given frequency range directly, which avoids approximations associated with frequency weights of the existing techniques. An iterative algorithm based on linear matrix inequality(LMI)is given to obtain the solutions. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods
