Synthetic biology(SynBio)is a high-profile interdiscipline combining engineering with *** a dual-purpose discipline,SynBio is bringing large changes to many fields and providing great benefits to ***,due to its characteristic of complexity and uncertainty,SynBio also presents potential biosafety and biosecurity *** risks refer to unauthorized access,loss,theft,misuse,diversion or intentional *** a biosecurity accident happens,it would pose a huge threat to humans and ***,it is crucial to establish a set of regulations and management practices for the biosecurity risks of *** this paper,we summarized the sources of the biosecurity risks of SynBio,from its research materials,products,technologies,information to Do-it-yourself synthetic *** reviewed and analyzed the current situation of regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio in the international community and in *** found that in most countries and regions,SynBio risks commonly follow the regulation and management of Genetically Modified Organisms which has loopholes if applied to the regulation for SynBio without any ***,we proposed suggestions for the Chinese-featured regulation and management of biosecurity for SynBio,including a top-to-bottom governing framework,a think-tank implementation mechanism,a Synthetic Biology Laboratory Biosecurity Manual safeguarding system,and strengthening biosecurity education on synthetic biology and self-regulation awareness among relevant *** this work,we aim to improve the standardized process of biosecurity regulation and management for SynBio in China and thereby map out a peaceful,profitable,and practical development path for synthetic biology.

Several ternary oxides CuCeZrO_(y)(CCZ)were synthesized by a facile grinding method followed by calcination at high temperatures,and used as catalysts for CO oxidation at low *** influences of calcination temperature(400-600℃)on the physicochemical properties of the assynthesized ternary oxides were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis/differential scanning calorimetry(TGA/DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Raman,inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),N_(2) adsorption,H_(2)-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)*** results show that the increase in calcination temperature from 400 to 500℃is conducive to the high dispersion of CuOx on catalyst surface and the incorporation of Cu species into the support to form the Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid *** raising of calcination temperature from 500 to 600℃,however,leads to the segregation of Cu species from the solid solution to aggregate on support surface and growth of highly dispersed CuOx *** highest catalytic activity is acquired over the CCZ calcined at 500℃,which can be ascribed to the largest contents of Cu+species and oxygen vacancies owing to the formation of the maximum amount of Cu-Ce-Zr-O solid solution.

The Cu-exchanged SSZ-13 with the small-pore chabazite framework is considered as a highly efficient catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR).In order to further improve the catalytic property,a series of Mn ion-assisted Cu/SSZ-13 powder catalysts were prepared by co-exchange method and stepwise exchange *** is found that the NH_(3)-SCR activity,N_(2) selectivity,hydrothermal stability and sulfur resistance of Cu/SSZ-13 are promoted by introducing a minority of Mn(0.15%to 0.23%(mass))through co-exchange *** results reveal that the Cu,Mn co-exchange enables the higher amounts of Cu^(2+)active sites,the abundant medium strong and strong acid,the optimized ratio of Lewis acid to Brønsted acid etc.,which are required for a good NH_(3)-SCR catalytic property over broad temperature range and under harsh working ***,a monolithic catalyst was prepared by impregnating a cordierite ceramic support into the coating slurry containing the optimized CuMn/SSZ-13 *** diesel engine bench tests show that Cu,Mn co-exchange gives the monolith catalyst a better catalytic property than commercial *** work provides an important guidance for the rational design of secondary-ion-assisted zeolites applied in NH_(3)-SCR.

Meiotic recombination is essential for sexual reproduction and its regulation has been extensively studied in many ***,genome-wide recombination landscape has not been reported in ciliates and it remains unknown how it is affected by the unique features of ciliates:the synaptonemal complex(SC)-independent meiosis and the nuclear ***,we show the recombination landscape in the model ciliate Tetrahymena thermophila by analyzing single-nucleotide polymorphism datasets from 38 hybrid *** detect 1021 crossover(CO)events(35.8 per meiosis),corresponding to an overall CO rate of 9.9 cM/***,gene conversion by non-crossover is rare(1.03 per meiosis)and not biased towards G or C *** with the reported roles of SC in CO interference,we find no obvious sign of CO *** tends to occur within germ-soma common genomic regions and many of the 44 identified CO hotspots localize at the centromeric or subtelomeric *** ontology analyses show that CO hotspots are strongly associated with genes responding to environmental *** discuss these results with respect to how nuclear dimorphism has potentially driven the formation of the observed recombination landscape to facilitate environmental adaptation and the sharing of machinery among meiotic and somatic recombination.

Aqueous sodium-ion batteries are known for poor rechargeability because of the competitive water decomposition reactions and the high electrode *** have been reported by saltconcentrated and organic-hybridized electrolyte designs,however,at the expense of cost and ***,we report the prolonged cycling of ASIBs in routine dilute electrolytes by employing artificial electrode coatings consisting of NaX zeolite and NaOH-neutralized perfluorinated sulfonic *** as-formed composite interphase exhibits a molecularsieving effect jointly played by zeolite channels and size-shrunken ionic domains in the polymer matrix,which enables high rejection of hydrated Na^(+)ions while allowing fast dehydrated Na^(+)*** this coating to electrode surfaces expands the electrochemical window of a practically feasible 2 mol kg^(-1) sodium trifluoromethanesulfonate aqueous electrolyte to 2.70 V and affords Na_(2)MnFe(CN)_(6)//NaTi_(2)(PO_(4))_(3) full cells with an unprecedented cycling stability of 94.9%capacity retention after 200 cycles at 1 *** with emerging electrolyte modifications,this molecular-sieving interphase brings amplified benefits in long-term operation of ASIBs.

以哈里特·霍金斯的“创造型艺术地理”理论为视角,对海外“国潮快闪”的国际传播范式进行理论考察可知,它创造出了“艺术地理”实践范式。此类实践建构出青年亚文化、传统文化和民族与国家共构的“认同空间”。它通过对突发介入的形式的挪用、将偶发性连接转化为计划性连接、唤起传统文化想象的表演,将西方“快闪”的“创造性破坏”转化为“破坏性创造”,从而创造出生成“合法性认同”的空间。另一方面,此类活动也在社交平台上制造了基于数字地理经验的空间化认同。数字化的“国潮快闪”以“地理图景族”的传播方式,引导网上的西方受众尤其是青年群体打破歧见,进而逐渐认同中国的国家形象与主张。

在“科技艺术”的研究中,艺术家开展科技研究项目是个很重要却尚未得到充分关注的域。目前,艺术家围绕人工智能开展的科技研究已形成“研究型”实践范式,在“研究型”范式中艺术家介入科技实验室展开项目究,从实践探索、理论生产与思跨界等层面“化用”人工智能技术,形成“人文化”的科技成果鉴于此,应以“替代型”“协作型”“研究型”三分法取代早期技艺术研究中被沿用的“现代主式”“批判式”和“研究型”分方法。“研究型”科技艺术以介式的前沿研究打破人文与科学的限,开展智能机器社会化的想象探索,可视为一种另类的“科技锋派”,一定程度上打通了科技的“游牧”之道。
