Structural and magnetic properties of Tb(Fe_(1-x)Ni_(x))_(11.3)Nb_(0.7) compounds have been *** x-ray diffraction patterns show that all compounds crystallize in the ThMn12-type structure and that all samples are almost of single *** lattice constants monotonously decrease with increasing Ni *** Curie temperature Tc clearly increases and the saturation moment Ms monotonously decreases with increasing Ni content.X-ray diffraction patterns of aligned samples at room temperature show that for x≤0.2 the easy magnetization direction is in the plane while for the x=0.25 compound the easy magnetization direction is along the *** the compounds with x≤0.20 spin reorientation occurs above room temperature whereas in the compounds with x>0.2 there is a spin reorientation below room *** has been found that Ni contributes positively to the T-sublattice moment MT.

The scientific evidenee of acupuncture studies has been improved in recent years,and one of the important manifestations is that more and more acupuncture clinical trials and mechanism researches have been published in the source periodicals of Science Citation Index(SCI).This study summarized the dominant diseases of acupuncture focusing on of acupuncture efficacy and mechanisms,and discussed the existing problems,highlight!ng the directi on of future developme *** clinical studies were published in journals with journal impact factor(JIF)score of 10 or above,and majority of the basic researches had JIF scores of 5 to *** above literature were further divided according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD).The most concerned diseases in these articles were neurological diseases,musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases,tumor and digestive system *** therapeutic effect and mechanism of acupuncture on each kind of disease were *** results showed that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on nerve injury focused on the anti-oxidation pathway,neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory *** antiinflammatory effect also played an important role in the treatme nt of musculoskeletal *** an algesic effect was underlined in most of these *** trials were well carried out on acupuncture curative effect of tumor complications and side effects of chemo-radiotherapy,but the potential mechanisms have not been ***-visceral reflex was suggested to be strongly associated with the effects of acupuncture changing the motor activity of the gastrointestinal *** magnetic resonance imaging studies indicated that non-specific effects play important roles in acupuncture *** of evidenee have pointed out that the regulation of neuro-endocrine-immune networks may be a common switch of acupuncture on different nerve system diseases.

目的了解不同会阴护理液对留置导尿管患者预防尿道感染的效果。方法通过采集网络平台相关文献和Meta分析方法,对不同护理液用于留置导尿患者会阴部护理预防尿路感染的效果进行文献调查与分析。结果用有效碘2000~5000 mg/L碘伏消毒液、中药制剂、氯己定、呋喃西林和苯扎溴铵溶液等作为护理液,对预防尿路感染最有效者是碘伏消毒液,其次分别是中药制剂、氯己定、抗菌液、呋喃西林和1000 mg/L苯扎溴铵液等。结论用有效碘5000 mg/L碘伏消毒液是预防留置导尿管患者尿路感染的最有效的制剂。

Formation and magnetic properties of the Gd_(3)Fe_(29-x-y)Co_(x)Cr_(y) compounds have been *** has been found that formation of single phase compounds Gd_(3)Fe_(29-x-y)Co_(x)Cr_(y) with Nd_(3)(Fe,Ti)_(29)-type structure depends strongly on the content of stabilizing element Cr,and the solid-solution limit of Co in Gd_(3)Fe_(29-x-y)Co_(x)Cr_(y) compounds increases with Cr *** Co-based Gd_(3)Co_(29-y)Cr_(y) compounds with Nd_(3)(Fe,Ti)_(29)-type structure have been successfully synthesized with y=6.5 and *** Curie temperature Tc of Gd_(3)Fe_(29-x-y)Co_(x)Cr_(y) compounds increases with increasing Co content x at fixed y,whereas increase of the Cr content leads to an obvious decrease of Tc of the Gd_(3)Co_(29-y)Cr_(y) *** dependence of the saturation magnetization at 5 K reaches a maximum around x=7.5 and y=*** is worth noting that substitution of Co for Fe results in a significant change of magnetocrystalline anisotropy of the Gd_(3)Fe_(29-x-y)Co_(x)Cr_(y) compounds and changes the easy magnetization direction from basal-plane to easy-axis when x>10 and y=4.

Constructing heterostructures has proved to be a successful strategy to fabricate electrocatalysts with high efficiency for water ***,the structure evolution in alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction lacks investigation and the specific active center remains ***,we take the well-designed Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures as a model to investigate the electrocatalytic activity and the surface reconstruction process of heterostructure catalysts in alkaline *** Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures,with Ni_(3)S_(2) nanorods as the core and VO_(2) nanoflakes as the shell,coupled with the high conductive Ni_(3)S_(2),the hydrophilic VO_(2) and modulated electronic structures at the interfaces,exhibited prominent activity and superior stability at various current ***,the ex-situ characterizations confirmed that the surface reconstruction from Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) into Ni_(3)S_(2)@amorphous-Ni(OH)_(2) in alkaline media could optimize the water dissociation barrier and exposed large active area,thereby contributing to improved electrocatalytic *** study not only introduces novel high-performance electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),but also provides a new avenue for re-examining hetero-structural catalysts in alkaline solutions.

Magnetic and structural properties of YCo_(12-x)Ti_(x) compounds have been investigated by x-ray diffraction an magnetic measurements.X-ray diffraction patterns of aligned powder samples indicate that the easy magnetiB zation direction at room temperature is along the c-axis for all the *** lattice parameters increase monotonously while Curie temperature TC decreases with increasing Ti *** was found that all the com pounds investigated are strong ferromagnets by analysis of magnetic moments using a magnetic valence *** values of anisotropy fields B_(a)at room temperature and 1.5K decrease with increasing *** easy-axisanisotropy of the YCo_(12-x)Ti_(x)compounds is mainly contributed by the Co atoms at 8i sites according to the individual-site-anisotropy model.

Epistaxis remains one of the most common otolaryngology emergencies. Severe epistaxis may be caused by internal carotid artery （ICA） pseudoaneurysm or cavernous fistula, which is clinically rare but life threatening if it is not diagnosed and treated timely. Most ICA pseudoaneurysms are mainly caused by trauma with few other causes. From January 1998 to December 2005, a total of 8 cases with non-traumatic carotid artery pseudoaneurysm were correctly diagnosed through digital subtraction angiography （DSA） in Ganzhou People＇s Hospital. The patients had suffered from serious nose bleeding repeatedly and had been resistant to routine treatments.

Three-dimensional(3D)phononic topological insulators(TIs)featuring two-dimensional(2D)surface states and one-dimensional(1D)hinge states have opened up a new route for multi-dimensional robust wave transport,providing unprecedented methods for integrated acoustic sensors and energy harvesting ***,aiming at the elastic 3D phononic TI with gapless surface states and hinge states,the realization of elastic 3D phononic TIs with gapless surface states and hinge states is a significant challenge due to the complicated multi-mode polarization of elastic waves in 3D *** this study,we demonstrate an elastic 3D phononic TI with a Dirac hierarchy by elaborately operating the corresponding spatial symmetries of the chiral honeycomb ***,a 3D double Dirac cone of elastic wave can be achieved by doubling the lattice along the outof-plane direction to fold two iso-frequency Weyl *** topological phase transitions and 2D gapless two-fold Dirac surface states of elastic wave are realized by breaking the half-lattice spatial translation ***,based on the Brillouin zone folding along the in-plane direction,the 2D gapless two-fold surface Dirac cones are folded into four-fold surface Dirac ***,by inducing the relative radius of adjacent holes to break the in-plane spatial inversion symmetry,the fourfold surface Dirac cones are gapped and associated with a surface state inversion,in which the gapless 1D hinge Dirac dispersion is *** research offers a route for engineering the hierarchies of TIs in 3D elastic wave systems and provides new possibilities for designing 3D ultrasonic devices with unconventional functions.

1, 2 - bis(3-Methylbenzo[b]thiophen-2-yl)cycloalkene derivatives 3a, 3b and 1 - (2-methylbenzo[b]thiophen - 3 - yl) - 2 - (3 - methylbenzo[b]thiophen - 2 - yl)cyclohexene 9 were synthesized. The obtained compounds exhibited photochromic property and the absorption bands of the colored forms 4a, 4b and 10 centered between 360-440 nm thus possessing the sensitivity at the wavelength of the newly developed InGaN diode laser.
