Integrating well logs, 3D seismic, and earthquake data for comprehensive prediction of 3D in-situ stress orientations: A case study from the Weiyuan area in the Sichuan Basin, China

Determining the orientation of in-situ stresses is crucial for various geoscience and engineering applications. Conventional methods for estimating these stress orientations often depend on focal mechanism solutions(FMSs) derived from earthquake data and formation micro-imager(FMI) data from well ***, these techniques can be costly, depth-inaccurate, and may lack spatial coverage. To address this issue, we introduce the use of three-dimensional(3D) seismic data(active sources) as a lateral constraint to approximate the 3D stress orientation field. Recognizing that both stress and fracture patterns are closely related to seismic velocity anisotropy, we derive the orientation of azimuthal anisotropy from multi-azimuth 3D seismic data to compensate for the lack of spatial stress orientation information. We apply our proposed workflow to a case study in the Weiyuan area of the Sichuan Basin, China, a region targeted for shale gas production. By integrating diverse datasets, including 3D seismic, earthquakes, and well logs, we develop a comprehensive 3D model of in-situ stress(orientations and magnitudes). Our results demonstrate that the estimated anisotropy orientations from 3D seismic data are consistent with the direction of maximum horizontal principal stress(SHmax) obtained from FMIs. We analyzed 12earthquakes(magnitude > 3) recorded between 2016 and 2020 for their FMSs and compressional axis(Paxis) orientations. The derived SHmax direction from our 3D stress model is 110°ES(East-South), which shows excellent agreement with the FMSs(within 3.96°). This close alignment validates the reliability and precision of our integrated method for predicting 3D SHmax orientations.

The metal ion batteries have gained widespread attention for wearable electronics due to their competitive energy density and long cycling *** the advanced anode materials is significant for next generation energy storage ***,severe electrode volume changes and sluggish redox kinetics are the critical problems for lithium/potassium ion batteries(LIBs/PIBs)towards large-scale ***,we prepare a novel anode material,which consists of reduced graphene oxide wrapping one-dimensional(1D)N-doped porous carbon nanotube with cobalt phosphoselenide(CoPSe)nanoparticles embedded inside them(r GO@Co PSe/NC).Benefited from the dual carbon decorations and ultrafine nanoparticles structure,it achieves a reversible capacity of 245 mAh/g at 5 A/g after 2000 cycles for LIBs and 215 mAh/g at 1 A/g after 500 cycles for *** pseudocapacitance and GITT measurements are used to investigate the electrochemical kinetics of r GO@Co PSe/NC for *** addition,the lithium ion full cell also shows good electrochemical performance when paired with high capacity LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) *** work provides a feasible electrode design strategy for high-efficiency metal ion batteries based on multidimensional nanoarchitecture engineering and composition tailoring.

Machine learning-based grayscale analyses for lithofacies identification of the Shahejie formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China

It is of great significance to accurately and rapidly identify shale lithofacies in relation to the evaluation and prediction of sweet spots for shale oil and gas reservoirs. To address the problem of low resolution in logging curves, this study establishes a grayscale-phase model based on high-resolution grayscale curves using clustering analysis algorithms for shale lithofacies identification, working with the Shahejie Formation, Bohai Bay Basin, China. The grayscale phase is defined as the sum of absolute grayscale and relative amplitude as well as their features. The absolute grayscale is the absolute magnitude of the gray values and is utilized for evaluating the material composition(mineral composition + total organic carbon) of shale, while the relative amplitude is the difference between adjacent gray values and is used to identify the shale structure type. The research results show that the grayscale phase model can identify shale lithofacies well, and the accuracy and applicability of this model were verified by the fitting relationship between absolute grayscale and shale mineral composition, as well as corresponding relationships between relative amplitudes and laminae development in shales. Four lithofacies are identified in the target layer of the study area: massive mixed shale, laminated mixed shale, massive calcareous shale and laminated calcareous shale. This method can not only effectively characterize the material composition of shale, but also numerically characterize the development degree of shale laminae, and solve the problem that difficult to identify millimeter-scale laminae based on logging curves, which can provide technical support for shale lithofacies identification, sweet spot evaluation and prediction of complex continental lacustrine basins.

Hawking radiation and Page curve of regular black holes

We discuss the information paradox and its implications for regular black holes. Our primary focus is on Page curve using the island treatment and analyzing relevant parameters like Page time and scrambling time. Calculations without considering the island show that the entanglement entropy increases linearly and continues to infinity. When we consider the generalized entropy, we find that the island extends just beyond the horizon, leading to a constant entanglement ***, we find that in the early stages, the island never forms, regardless of the charge and mass configuration of the black hole.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference in gut microbiota between population with damp-heat constitution(DHC) and balanced constitution(BC). METHODS: A multi-centered cross-sectional casecontrol study was conducted, which included 249 participants with damp-heat constitution or balanced constitution. Baseline information of participants was collected, and stool samples were collected for gut microbiota analysis. Principal coordinate analysis, linear discriminant analysis effect size analysis, receiver operating characteristic, random forest model, and phylogenetic investigation of communities by reconstruction of unobserved states methods were used to reveal the relationship between gut microbiota and the damp-heat constitution. RESULTS: Compared to those in the BC group, the richness and diversity of the microbiota, specifically those of several short-chain fatty acid producing genera such as Barnesiella, Coprobacter, and Butyricimonas, were significantly decreased in the DHC group. Regarding biological functions, flavonoid biosynthesis, propanoate metabolism, and nucleotide sugar metabolism were suppressed, while arachidonic acid metabolism and glutathione metabolism were enriched in the DHC group. Finally, a classifier based on the microbiota was constructed to discriminate between the DHC and BC populations. CONCLUSION: The gut microbiota of the DHC population exhibits significantly reduced diversity and is closely related to inflammation, metabolic disorders, and liver steatosis, which is consistent with clinical observations, thus serving as a potential diagnostic tool for traditional Chinese medicine constitution discrimination.

当代以国际法为基础的国际秩序建构于二战后由联合国、WTO等国际组织规则体制运行的一整套国际法律规范之上。随着人类社会由工业文明进入数字文明,“生产大爆炸”激发“交易大爆炸”,数据作为生产要素驱动新质生产力发展,原有的国际规则体系无法满足基于“平台、数据、算法”的新型法律关系的规则需求,这一问题在经贸领域尤为突出。在数字经济时代,数据跨境交易、生成式人工智能跨境服务贸易等数字贸易新形态应运而生,WTO框架下传统的货物贸易、服务贸易规则无法直接适用于这一新兴领域,因而产生新的规则需求。然而,由于基础国际数字规则的缺失,WTO数字贸易议题谈判及WTO自身改革因各成员方无法达成共识长期陷入僵局。在此背景下,美国绕开WTO,通过区域贸易协定构建排斥中国的数字贸易生态圈,进一步加剧了数字贸易规则的碎片化。所以,单靠传统国际组织多边体制无法完全满足新的国际法律关系的需求。基于此,本文提出由中国主导创设世界数据组织(WDO)专注于数字国际规则的构建这一创新性的尝试,为经贸等专门领域的全球治理提供基础制度支撑,为构建公正的世界秩序贡献中国方案。当然,传统法律关系并未消亡,WDO与传统国际组织体制下的规则协调同样重要。

法定数字货币多边安排的理想与现实存在着偏差,从风险规制视角来看,法定数字货币跨境流动本身的风险性是其内生困境之根源,而风险规制层面的规则滞后、机制滞后与理论滞后又导致规制困境。对于我国而言,推动法定数字货币规范有序跨境流动,应基于多边央行数字货币桥进行规制重构。在理论层面,亟须调整传统国家货币理论与货币主权理念,基于货币的制度理论构建法定数字货币跨境流动的理论基础。在规则层面,应强化针对法定数字货币跨境流动的专门规范供给,进一步明确央行、商业银行等不同主体之间的权利义务关系。在监管层面,应构建以数据驱动为核心的监管架构,利用数据分析工具与大模型计算建构“双维监管”。同时,应塑造开放型规制结构,借助支付平台企业优势与既有国际货币合作框架推进法定数字货币跨境流动协作治理。

针对深度调峰时超临界循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管道内的汽液两相流动不稳定问题,提出了一种适用于不同工况的频域法数学模型。通过对质量、能量、动量方程进行小扰动线性化后经拉普拉斯变换得到了用于描述管道内汽液流体流动稳定性的传递函数,通过图解奈奎斯特图的方法判断管内工质流动的稳定性。然后,通过该模型计算了某350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管段的不稳定边界并研究了不同参数对流动不稳定特性的影响。计算结果表明:所选回路在20%和50%锅炉最大连续蒸发量负荷发生流动不稳定时,热负荷分别为76.09 kW·m^(-2)和113.52 kW·m^(-2),水冷壁管道流动稳定且安全;入口过冷度对临界热流密度的影响呈非单值性;增大质量流速使流体的进口和出口密度差减小,有利于流动的稳定;增大入口节流系数,可以抑制入口处流量的脉动,有利于流动的稳定;在不同的工况条件下,改变管段倾斜角度会对流动稳定性产生不同的影响。

近年来,随着人工智能技术在序贯决策和博弈对抗等问题的应用方面取得了飞速发展,围棋、游戏、德扑和麻将等领域取得了巨大的进步,例如,AlphaGo、OpenAI Five、AlphaStar、DeepStack、Libratus、Pluribus和Suphx等系统都在这些领域中达到或超过人类专家水平.这些应用集中在双人、两队或者多人的零和博弈问题中,而对于混合博弈问题的研究缺乏实质性的进展与突破.区别于零和博弈,混合博弈需要综合考虑个体收益、集体收益和均衡收益等诸多目标,被广泛应用于公共资源分配、任务调度和自动驾驶等现实场景.因此,对于混合博弈问题的研究至关重要.通过梳理当前混合博弈领域中的重要概念和相关工作,深入分析国内外研究现状和未来发展方向.具体地,首先介绍混合博弈问题的定义与分类;其次详细阐述博弈解概念和求解目标,包含纳什均衡、相关均衡、帕累托最优等解概念,最大化个体收益、最大化集体收益以及兼顾公平等求解目标;接下来根据不同的求解目标,分别对博弈论方法、强化学习方法以及这两种方法的结合进行详细探讨和分析;最后介绍相关的应用场景和实验仿真环境,并对未来研究的方向进行总结与展望.
