Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare autosomal recessive inherited disease characterized by dysfunction of the motile cilia. DNAH5, the most frequently mutated gene in PCD, encodes a heavy chain of the ciliary outer dynein arms (ODAs). Herein, we report two patients with Kartagener syndrome (sinusitis, bronchiectasis, and situs inversus) in two consanguineous families carrying two novel homozygous DNAH5 variants [Supplementary Figures 1A and 1B, http://***/CM9/B598].

我国是世界第一工业大国和最大的碳排放国,在数字化背景下,研究数字化投入对工业碳排放的影响,对实现“双碳”目标、促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文构建引入数字化投入的我国工业碳排放LMDI分解模型,使用OECD公布的投入产出表数据,定量评估各驱动因素对碳排放量变化的绝对影响与相对贡献,重点关注数字化投入的作用。研究表明:2006-2021年,我国工业碳排放历年的增长量逐步减少,我国工业正处在减碳过程之中;分解结果中数字化相关的总效应为负,意味着数字化对于我国工业碳排放的降低具有显著的促进作用。其中,数字化相关的规模效应为正,技术效应为负,但在绝对值上技术效应大于规模效应,总体表现出“减碳”效果;分时期研究表明:从“十一五”到“十四五”时期,数字化投入的减碳效果正在逐步加深;分行业研究表明:数字化相关效应的表现在工业各行业部门中存在明显的异质性。基于此,应重视数字化碳减排效应,加速推进工业领域实现“数绿融合”;加大行业数字化投入,提升数字化低碳技术供给能力;鼓励不同行业部门特别是高耗能行业探索数字化减排新方案。

Since the global financial crisis,global value chain(GVC)have been contracting amid the trend toward economic *** GVC participation rate in mind as the core indicator of economic de-globalization,in this paper we create a multi-country general equilibrium model to characterize the mechanism by which manufacturing localization affects GVC participation *** theoretical derivation shows that changes in the local manufacturing status of final products in various countries directly influence the GVC participation rate of those *** the local proportion of a country’s final products reaches a certain level,rising local proportion of intermediate inputs,economic growth below the world average level,and technology progress all cause the country’s GVC participation rate to decline,giving rise to de-globalization at the manufacturing and trade *** further provide a comprehensive interpretation based on an empirical test of the deep-seated causes of economic de-globalization in relation to such economic phenomena as increasing trade concentration,the“technology backlash”effect of the new industrial revolution,and economic growth driven by the combined forces of trade protectionism and quantitative easing.

Primary ciliary dyskinesia(PCD)is a congenital,motile ciliopathy with pleiotropic *** nearly 50 causative genes have been identified,they only account for approximately 70%of definitive PCD *** axonemal heavy chain 10(DNAH10)encodes a subunit of the inner arm dynein heavy chain in motile cilia and sperm *** on the common axoneme structure of motile cilia and sperm flagella,DNAH10 variants are likely to cause *** exome sequencing,we identified a novel DNAH10 homozygous variant(c.589C>T,p.R197W)in a patient with PCD from a consanguineous *** patient manifested sinusitis,bronchiectasis,situs inversus,and *** analysis showed the absence of DNAH10 and DNALI1 in the respiratory cilia,and transmission electron microscopy revealed strikingly disordered axoneme 9+2 architecture and inner dynein arm defects in the respiratory cilia and sperm ***,animal models of Dnah10-knockin mice harboring missense variants and Dnah10-knockout mice recapitulated the phenotypes of PCD,including chronic respiratory infection,male infertility,and *** the best of our knowledge,this study is the first to report DNAH10 deficiency related to PCD in human and mouse models,which suggests that DNAH10 recessive mutation is causative of PCD.

Export fluctuation and overcapacity in China’s manufacturing industry--The inspection of the causes of excess capacity from the perspective of external demand

Intuitively speaking,there is an inverse proportional relationship between exports and overcapacity,which means in export’s busy season enterprises would expand output and improve capacity utilisation rate but control yields to avoid dull sale in slack season,causing exacerbated excess ***,this is just the reflections of“sales effect”on overcapacity by export *** some enterprises,there is indeed“competition effect”which may alleviate overcapacity because enterprises face even more fierce domestic competition for the sake of weak exports and may increase the utilisation load of existing capacity in order to cut costs.A test is conducted in this paper to verify the relationship between export fluctuation and excess capacity based on data of China's manufacturing industry from 2001 to *** overall results indicate that export fluctuation is not the significant cause for excess *** the small and medium-sized enterprises or in industries with higher proportion of non-state capital,the negative relationship between exports and excess capacity is more obvious,with“sales effect”taking a dominant *** the other hand,under the influence of“competition effect”,the relationship between the two may be ***,external demand shocks exert different influence on the alleviation of excess capacity of different industries,and extensively driven exports may not have anticipated effect on the dissolution of the excess *** regulate overcapacity with the aid of external market,a fair and orderly competition environment should be provided to the export subjects of different size and ownerships.

OBJECTIVE:To test the hypothesis that moxibustion may inhibit rheumatoid arthritis(RA)synovial inflammation by regulating the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)/glucocorticoids(GCs).METHODS:Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=10 each):blank Control(CON)group,RA Model(RA)group,Moxibustion(MOX)group,MIF inhibitor(S,R)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4,5-dihydro-5-isoxazole acetic acid methyl ester(ISO-1)group,and Moxibustion+MIF inhibitor ISO-1(MOX+ISO-1)*** in the ISO-1 group and ISO-1+MOX group were intraperitoneally injected with the inhibitor *** rats in the RA group,ISO-1 group,MOX group,and ISO-1+MOX group were injected with Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA)in the right hind footpad to establish an experimental RA rat *** the MOX group and MOX+ISO-1 group,rats were treated with *** thickness of the footpads of the rats in each group was measured at three-time points before,after modeling and after moxibustion *** contents of serum MIF,corticosterone(CORT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;and the contents of synovial MIF were detected by Western ***-eosin(HE)staining method was used to observe the pathological changes of synovial tissue under a section light microscope,and pathological scoring was performed according to the grading standard of the degree of synovial tissue ***:Moxibustion was found to reduce the level of MIF and alleviate inflammation in RA rats in this *** addition,after inhibiting the expression of MIF,the level of CORT increased,and the level of TNF-α *** RA rats with inhibited MIF by moxibustion,the level of CORT was almost unchanged,but the level of TNF-α further *** correlation analysis data suggested that MIF was positively related to the expression of TNF-α and negatively correlated with the expression of ***:Reducing MIF to
