Giant reversible barocaloric effects with high thermal cycle stability in epoxybonded（MnCoGe）0.96（CuCoSn）0.04 composite

Hexagonal MnMX-based （M=Co or Ni,X=Si or Ge） alloys exhibit giant reversible barocaloric ***,giant volume expansion would result in the as-cast MnMX ingots fragmenting into powders,and inevitably bring the deterioration of mechanical properties and *** fragmentation can bring degradation of structural transformation entropy change during cyclic application and removal of *** this paper,giant reversible barocaloric effects with high thermal cycle stability can be achieved in the epoxy bonded （MnCoGe）0.96（CuCoSn）*** reversible isothermal entropy change of 43.0 J·kg-1·K-1and adiabatic temperature change from barocaloric effects (?TBCE) of 15.6 K can be obtained within a wide temperature span of 30 K at 360 MPa,which is mainly attributed to the integration of the change in the transition temperature driven by pressure of-101 K·GPa-1and suitable thermal hysteresis of 11.1 ***,the variation of reversible ?TBCEagainst the applied hydrostatic pressure reaches up to 43 K·GPa-1,which is at the highest level among the other reported giant barocaloric *** importantly,after 60 thermal cycles,the composite does not break and the calorimetric curves coincide well,demonstrating good thermal cycle stability.

Cognitive dysfunction is a core symptom common in psychiatric disorders including depression that is primarily managed by antidepressants lacking efficacy in improving *** this study,we report a novel dual serotonin transporter and voltage-gated potassium Kv7/KCNQ/M-channel inhibitor D01(a 2-methyl-3-aryloxy-3-heteroarylpropylamines derivative)that exhibits both anti-depression effects and improvements in cognition.D01 inhibits serotonin transporters(K_(i)=30.1±6.9 nmol/L)and M channels(IC_(50)=10.1±2.4μmol/L).D01 also reduces the immobility duration in the mouse FST and TST assays in a dose-dependent manner without a stimulatory effect on *** administrations of D01(20 and 40 mg/kg)can significantly shorten the immobility time in a mouse model of chronic restraint stress(CRS)-induced depression-like ***,D01 dose-dependently improves the cognitive deficit induced by CRS in Morris water maze test and increases the exploration time with novel objects in normal or scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits in mice,but not ***,D01 reverses the long-term potentiation(LTP)inhibition induced by *** together,our findings demonstrate that D01,a dual-target serotonin reuptake and M channel inhibitor,is highly effective in the treatment-resistant depression and cognitive deficits,thus holding potential for development as therapy of depression with cognitive deficits.

针对光敏纳米复合材料的变色特性,结合智能响应材料研究热点,采用一步溶剂热法和紫外可见吸收光谱检测技术,设计搭建了包括纳米材料制备、变色反应系统、外光场配制、气氛配制、变色效率检测等环节在内的一套综合教学实验系统。借助紫外光与可见光交替辐照进行材料的变色效应检测,使本科生对材料的智能变色效应有直观体验。通过对比反应温度、反应时间、反应物类型等工艺参数对材料智能变色效应的影响,激发学生对材料科学研究的热情,培养学生的创新思维和动手能力,推动实验课程建设和创新研究型拔尖人才的培养。

青藏高原冻土区高寒草甸能量分配及蒸散发影响因子

高寒草甸的能量分配和蒸散发对青藏高原多年冻土区水循环至关重要。然而,能量分配、蒸散发及其驱动因素的季节变化(冻融循环)仍需要明确。因此,本研究在位于青藏高原风火山流域的高寒草甸进行了为期4年的能量通量(包括潜热和感热)观测,并估算了大气边界参数(包括表面导度,解耦系数和Priestley-Taylor系数)。研究结果表明,研究区日均潜热(27.45±23.89 W/m^(2))和显热(32.51±16.72W/m^(2))分别占可利用能量的31.71%和50.14%。在降雨期,更多可利用能量被分配到潜热;而在冻结期,67.54±28.44%的可利用能量分配给显热。显热在降雨期间是潜热的一半,而由于冻结期较低的土壤水分含量及植被盖度,显热在冻结期间是潜热的7倍。研究区年均蒸散发为347.34±8.39 mm/year,接近年均降水量。较低的日均解耦系数(0.45±0.23)和Priestley-Taylor系数(0.60±0.29)表明高寒草甸的蒸散发受水分供应限制。然而,在降雨期由于降水充足,蒸散发受到可利用能量的限制。在过渡期,蒸散发和降水之间存在较大差异,表明在该季节上游冰川和雪的融水通过侧向流动补给到土壤中。本研究的结果表明,在未来模拟多年冻土区水和能量通量时应考虑大气边界参数的季节变化。

Monocarpic senescence,characterized by whole-plant senescence following a single flowering phase,is widespread in seed plants,particularly in crops,determining seed harvest time and ***,how external and internal signals are systemically integrated into monocarpic senescence remains largely ***,we report that the Arabidopsis thaliana transcription factor WRKY1 plays essential roles in multiple key steps of monocarpic ***1 expression is induced by age,salicylic acid(SA),and nitrogen(N)*** and leaf senescence are accelerated in the WRKY1 overexpression lines but are delayed in the wrky1 *** combined DNA affinity purification sequencing and RNA sequencing analyses uncover the direct target genes of *** studies show that WRKY1 coordinately regulates three processes in monocarpic senescence:(1)suppressing FLOWERING LOCUS C gene expression to initiate flowering,(2)inducing SA biosynthesis genes to promote leaf senescence,and(3)activating the N assimilation and transport genes to trigger N *** summary,our study reveals how one stress-responsive transcription factor,WRKY1,integrates flowering,leaf senescence,and N remobilization processes into monocarpic senescence,providing important insights into plant lifetime regulation.

Effect of coordination structure of aluminum on its activation from minerals and Oxisols during their acidification

The types and contents of phyllosilicate minerals in soils play an important role in soil acidification,as soil acid buffering capacity varies with the composition of the phyllosilicate *** addition to aluminum-oxygen （Al-O） octahedrons,a certain number of Al-O tetrahedrons exist in phyllosilicate minerals due to the isomorphic substitution of silicon ion (Si4+) by aluminum ion (Al3+) in Si-O tetrahedrons of ***,the effect of the two coordination structures of Al on the release of Al during mineral acidification has not yet been ***,the differences in Al activation in phyllosilicate minerals and soils with different Al coordination structures were investigated through constant-p H experiments and27Al magic-angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance （MAS-NMR） *** results of27Al MAS-NMR spectra showed that kaolinite contained Al-O octahedrons,phlogopite and illite contained Al-O tetrahedrons,and vermiculite composite contained both octahedral and tetrahedral *** p Hvermiculite composite>phlogopite>kaolinite,which was consistent with the orders of cation exchange capacity and content of tetrahedral Al of the *** to the rate constants,the Al release rates were in the order of phlogopite>illite>vermiculite composite>kaolinite at p H *** for phlogopite,the Al release rates in these minerals increased with decreasing suspension p ***,the Al release contents and rates were greater in phlogopite,illite,and vermiculite composite containing Al-O tetrahedrons than in kaolinite containing only Al-O *** Oxisols derived from basalt with different ages were selected for similar ***27Al MAS-NMR spectra of the Oxisols showed that the 0.01-million-year （Ma） Oxisol contained both octahedral and tetrahedral Al,while the 1.33-Ma Oxisol contained only Al-O *** contents of b

基于有向自然连通度的作战网络抗毁性研究

介绍了作战环的概念,建立了基于作战环的武器装备体系作战网络模型,提出了有向自然连通度指标作为作战网络抗毁性测度。为验证其可行性与有效性,设计了3个仿真实验:边减少、边增加与连接概率增加仿真实验,比较分析有向自然连通度与Laplace矩阵谱半径分别作为抗毁性测度指标的评估效果。研究表明:与Laplace矩阵谱半径指标相比,有向自然连通度指标更加敏感精准;抑制作战网络侦察节点侦察能力对抗毁性影响最为显著;可以通过提高武器装备体系侦察信息准确性、指控能力、火力打击能力及通信能力来增强作战网络抗毁性。
