随着中国城镇化率超过60%,城市发展开始由过去大规模的增量建设向存量提质改造和增量结构优化并重转变,城市更新在这个过程中发挥着重要作用。城市更新从一种技术手段,向综合的政策转变。在当前实践中,城市更新的模式选择仍缺乏一定的客观性,呈现粗放化的态势。通过对城市更新动力的分解,发现更新模式的选择与主导力量之间存在直接关联。本文以研究区域内地块所受的主要动力作为更新类型的评判标准,构建评价指标体系。以丹江口市老城区为例开展实证研究,依据评价结果对更新单元进行类型划分,并根据不同的类型提出针对性的更新模式选择建议。研究表明,基于动力差异评价得到的单元更新类型,是客观选择更新模式的重要依据,对城市更新的精细化发展、促进更新规划的科学实施具有重要意义。

自适应遗传算法优化堆叠LSTM超参数的入侵检测研究

针对传统入侵检测模型检测准确率、精确率偏低和模型泛化能力不足的问题,采用自适应遗传算法优化堆叠(Long short-term memory, LSTM)进行入侵检测研究。构建堆叠LSTM入侵检测模型提取网络数据特征,为充分利用堆叠LSTM各层提取到的数据特征信息,改进堆叠LSTM的网络结构,将各层LSTM提取到的特征信息进行保留合并。为确定模型的最佳超参数取值,使用自适应遗传算法(Adaptive genetic algorithm,AGA)优化模型的超参数,AGA迭代完成后的输出即为最佳超参数取值,使用最佳超参数取值构建入侵检测模型。该模型在NSL-KDD数据集上的检测准确率为99.03%、精确率为94.86%、召回率为95.39%,在UNSW-NB15数据集上的检测准确率为90.21%、精确率为86.97%、召回率为89.11%。在所有对比模型中表现最优,且模型的泛化能力较强,能准确检测出未知攻击。

α5-nAChR与MHC-I在肺腺癌中的表达及相关性

目的探讨α5-烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(alpha5-nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, α5-nAChR)与主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类分子(major histocompatibility complex class I molecule, MHC-I)在肺腺癌中的表达及相关性。方法 TCGA数据库分析CHRNA5(编码α5-nAChR基因)与HLA-B(编码MHC-I基因)在肺腺癌中的表达、相关性及其临床意义。运用免疫组织化学技术检测人肺腺癌临床样本、裸鼠肺腺癌异种移植瘤组织中α5-nAChR与MHC-I的表达及相关性。在人A549细胞、小鼠LLC细胞中,Western blotting检测在α5-nAChR不同表达水平下的FHIT与MHC-I表达及相关性。结果数据库分析表明,CHRNA5高表达或HLA-B低表达肺腺癌患者的生存率降低,CHRNA5与HLA-B的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。α5-nAChR与MHC-I在人肺腺癌、裸鼠肺腺癌异种移植物中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。在肺腺癌细胞中,α5-nAChR的表达分别与FHIT、MHC-I的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),FHIT和MHC-I在肺腺癌细胞中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 α5-nAChR与MHC-I的表达呈负相关,并参与肺腺癌的发生。

背景:近年来随着生物支架材料和生物打印技术的发展,组织工程骨成为了骨缺损修复的研究热点。目的:简述当前骨缺损的治疗方式,总结制备组织工程骨支架的生物材料及生物打印技术,探讨生物材料和打印技术在组织工程中的应用及目前面临的挑战。方法:以“bone defect,tissue engineering,biomaterials,3D printing technology,4D printing technology,bioprinting,biological scaffold,bone repair”或“骨缺损,组织工程,生物材料,3D打印技术,4D打印技术,生物打印,生物支架,骨修复”等作为检索词,应用计算机在中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science数据库检索2009-01-01/2022-12-01发表的相关文献,最后经第一作者筛除并追加收录优质参考文献,共纳入93篇文章进行综述。结果与结论:骨缺损的治疗方式主要有骨移植、膜引导再生技术、基因治疗、骨组织工程技术等,最佳的治疗方式仍没有定论。骨组织工程技术是治疗骨缺损的新兴技术,通过构建能促进成骨细胞增殖分化及增强骨形成能力的三维结构,成为当前研究的重点热点技术。生物支架材料多种多样,各具特点,有利有弊,单一的生物材料无法满足组织工程骨对支架的需求,通常将多种材料复合互补使支架在满足力学性能需求的同时兼顾生物性能。生物打印技术能对支架的孔隙进行调节、构建复杂的空间结构,更利于细胞的黏附增殖和分化。新兴的4D打印技术引入“时间”作为第四维度,使制备的支架具有动态性,随着智能材料的同步发展,4D打印技术为未来骨缺损高效修复提供了可能。

The mass application of Hall thrusters poses the need for a diagnostic method of ionization mechanism in the discharge channel to boost the iteration and optimization of thruster *** work presents an Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) method for diagnostics of the contribution of different ionization mechanisms and the flux of ions in different valences in the discharge channel of a Hall *** emission spectra in the discharge channel are analyzed by jointly utilizing a collisional-radiative model,an ionization-excitation model,and a flux-conservation *** is found that the intensities of some spectral lines can be converted into the reaction rates of collision processes,e.g.,electron-induced excitation and ionization *** latter can further be used to determine the evolutions of particle fluxes by utilizing the conservation law of *** novel method is demonstrated on a kilo-watt Hall *** evolutions of several parameters are determined using this method along the discharge channel,including the ionization rates of different mechanisms,particle fluxes,particle densities,and particle *** novel method can be further developed by being jointly utilized with spectral imaging and tomography techniques,enabling diagnostics of multi-dimensional distributions of the above-mentioned parameters in the discharge channel and near-field plume.

Turing patterns in a reaction-diffusion epidemic model

In this paper, we investigate the spatiotemporal dynamics of a reaction–diffusion epidemic model with zero-flux boundary conditions. The value of our study lies in two aspects: mathematically, by using maximum principle and the linearized stability theory, a priori estimates of the steady state system and the local asymptotic stability of positive constant solution are given. By using the implicit function theorem, the existence and nonexistence of nonconstant positive steady states are shown. Applying the bifurcation theory, the global bifurcation structure of nonconstant positive steady states is established. Epidemiologically, through numerical simulations, under the conditions of the existence of nonconstant positive steady states, we find that the smaller the space, the easier the pattern formation; the bigger the diffusion, the easier the pattern formation. These results are beneficial to disease control, that is, we must do our best to control the diffusion of the infectious to avoid disease outbreak.

Reciprocal activation ofα5-nAChR and STAT3 in nicotine-induced human lung cancer cell proliferation

Cigarette smoking is the top environmental risk factor for lung cancer. Nicotine, the addictive component of cigarettes, induces lung cancer cell proliferation, invasion and migration via the activation of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors （nAChRs）. Genome-wide association studies （GWAS） show that CI4RNA5 gene encoding α5-nAChR is especially relevant to lung cancer. However, the mechanism of this subunit in lung cancer is not clear. In the present study, we demonstrate that the expression of α5-nAChR is correlated with phosphorylated STAT3 （pSTAT3） expression, smoking history and lower survival of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） samples. Nicotine increased the levels of α5-nAChR mRNA and protein in NSCLC cell lines and activated the ]AK2/STAT3 signaling cascade. Nicotine-induced activation of JAK2/STAT3 signaling was inhibited by the silencing of α5-nAChR. Characterization of the CHRNA5 promoter revealed four STAT3-response elements. ChiP assays confirmed that the CHRNA5 promoter contains STAT3 binding sites. By silencing STAT3 expression, nicotine-induced upregulation of α5-nAChR was suppressed. Downregulation of α5-nAChR and/or STAT3 expression inhibited nicotine-induced lung cancer cell proliferation. These results suggest that there is a feedback loop between α5-nAChR and STAT3 that contributes to the nicotine-induced tumor cell proliferation, which indicates that α5-nAChR is an important therapeutic target involved in tobacco-associated lung carcinogenesis.

Nocardial brain abscess in an immunocompetent patient and review of literature

Nocardial brain abscesses are associated with significant morbidity and mortality rates. The optimal management remains unclear. We report a case of 49-year-old woman presented with dizziness, progressive headache for 3 days, accompanied with left arm twitched for twice. The patient underwent a right parietal craniotomy for resection of the lesion. Gross total resection of the lesion was achieved. There were no new neurological deficits post-operatively, and no lesions was demonstrated on Gd-enhanced MRI images at six months follow-up. After review of the literature and experience learned from our case, we suggest that craniotomy and surgical resection of the lesions, instead of aspiration, is a safe, efficacious treatment for the patient with nocardial brain abscesses. Long-term chemotherapy and follow-up is mandatory in all cases.
