Dynamic recrystallization(DRX)is of great significance for the thermomechanical processing and microstructural regulation of TiAl ***,the underlying DRX mechanism remains poorly *** this study,an Avrami kinetics model for DRX was established,which was capable of predicting the DRX fraction *** addition,the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber on the DRX mechanisms of TiAl matrix composite during the isothermal compression was investigated for the first *** re-sults showed that other than inhibiting DRX by particles in the TiAl matrix composites,the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber accelerated a novel DRX process,which was induced by twinning and twin intersec-tions(TDRX).Thus,this composite exhibited a higher DRX rate than that of the as-cast TiAl monolithic *** origin of the twin intersection and TDRX for the composite was *** stress concentration near the Al_(2)O_(3)fiber was above the critical shear stress for twinning and thus was favorable for the formation of twinning and twin *** high stored strain energy at the regions of twins and twin intersections provided the driving force for *** accelerated the grain refinement in the TiAl matrix near the Al_(2)O_(3)*** present findings would provide a new perspective on DRX mechanisms,and provide the scientific guidance for optimizing the microstructures of TiAl matrix composites.

BACKGROUND Left ventricular(LV)remodeling and diastolic function in people with heart failure(HF)are correlated with iron status;however,the causality is *** Mendelian randomization(MR)study investigated the bidirectional causal relationship between systemic iron parameters and LV structure and function in a preserved ejection fraction *** Transferrin saturation(TSAT),total iron binding capacity(TIBC),and serum iron and ferritin levels were extracted as instrumental variables for iron parameters from meta-analyses of public genome-wide association *** without myocardial infarction history,HF,or LV ejection fraction(LVEF)<50%(n=16,923)in the UK Biobank Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study constituted the outcome *** dataset included LV end-diastolic volume,LV endsystolic volume,LV mass(LVM),and LVM-to-end-diastolic volume ratio(LVMVR).We used a two-sample bidirectional MR study with inverse variance weighting(IVW)as the primary analysis method and estimation methods using different algorithms to improve the robustness of the *** In the IVW analysis,one standard deviation(SD)increased in TSAT significantly correlated with decreased LVMVR(β=-0.1365;95%confidence interval[CI]:-0.2092 to-0.0638;P=0.0002)after Bonferroni ***,no significant relationships were observed between other iron and LV *** Bonferroni correction,reverse MR analysis showed that one SD increase in LVEF significantly correlated with decreased TSAT(β=-0.0699;95%CI:-0.1087 to-0.0311;P=0.0004).No heterogeneity or pleiotropic effects evidence was observed in the *** We demonstrated a causal relationship between TSAT and LV remodeling and function in a preserved ejection fraction population.

Nanomaterials as lubricating oil additives have attracted significant attention because of their designable composition and structure,suitable mechanical property,and tunable surface ***,the poor compatibility between nanomaterials and base oil limits their further *** this work,we demonstrated oil-soluble poly(lauryl methacrylate)(PLMA)brushes-grafted metal-organic frameworks nanoparticles(nanoMOFs)as lubricating oil additives that can achieve efficient friction reduction and anti-wear *** were synthesized by free-radical polymerization,which was coordinatively grafted onto the surface of the UiO-67 ***,PLMA brushes were grown on the macroinitiator-modified UiO-67 by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization,which greatly improved the lipophilic property of the UiO-67 nanoparticles and significantly enhanced the colloidal stability and long-term dispersity in both non-polar solvent and base *** adding UiO-67@PLMA nanoparticles into the 500 SN base oil,coefficient of friction and wear volume reductions of 45.3%and 75.5%were achieved due to their excellent mechanical properties and oil ***,the load-carrying capacity of 500 SN was greatly increased from 100 to 500 N by the UiO-67@PLMA additives,and their excellent tribological performance was demonstrated even at a high friction frequency of 65 Hz and high temperature of 120℃.Our work highlights oil-soluble polymer brushes-functionalized nanoMOFs for highly efficient lubricating additives.

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI *** the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing *** advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are *** with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the ***,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.

真核细胞中,RNA 3’端poly(A)或oligo(A)的特异性水解被称为脱腺苷酸化(deadenylation)。脱腺苷酸化的执行者被称为脱腺苷酸酶(deadenylase)。绝大多数真核细胞中都存在多种脱腺苷酸酶,其中CCR4-NOT复合体和PAN2-PAN3复合体负责细胞中大多数mRNA的非特异性降解,PARN和PNLDC1等参与了特定子集mRNA的降解和多种非编码RNA的生物合成。作为RNA水平的重要调控者之一,脱腺苷酸酶参与了几乎所有细胞生命活动和多种重要生理和病理过程。在真核细胞中,脱腺苷酸酶的分子调控机制可能是:细胞中的大量RNA结合蛋白是RNA命运调控的中心分子,一方面根据RNA的状态或细胞需求识别特定的靶标RNA子集,另一方面招募特定脱腺苷酸酶,对特定子集RNA的3’端进行降解或修剪,从而调控RNA的最终命运。细胞中十余种脱腺苷酸酶同工酶、上千种RNA结合蛋白以及多种多样的翻译后修饰构成了复杂的动态分子调控网络,帮助细胞在生长、增殖、分化、应激、死亡等重要生命活动中精确维持RNA稳态或快速转换基因表达谱。

Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra,which is both a Lie algebra and a Novikov algebra with some compatibility condition,appeared in the study of Hamiltonian pairs in completely integrable *** also emerged in the description of a class special Lie conformal algebras called quadratic Lie conformal *** this paper,we investigate the extending structures problem for Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebras,which is equivalent to some extending structures problem of quadratic Lie conformal ***,given a Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra(A,o,[.,.]),this problem is how to describe and classify all Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra structures on a vector space E(A⊂E)such that(A,o,[.,.])is a subalgebra of E up to an isomorphism whose restriction on A is the identity *** by the theories of extending structures for Lie algebras and Novikov algebras,we construct an object gH2(V,A)to answer the extending structures problem by introducing the notion of a unified product for Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebras,where V is a complement of A in *** particular,we investigate the special case when dim(V)=1 in detail.

Implications of the Stellar Mass Density of High-z Massive Galaxies from JWST on Warm Dark Matter

A significant excess of the stellar mass density at high redshift has been discovered from the early data release of James Webb Space Telescope(JWST),and it may require a high star formation ***,this will lead to large number density of ionizing photons in the epoch of reionization(EoR),so that the reionization history will be changed,which can arise tension with the current EoR *** dark matter(WDM),via the free streaming effect,can suppress the formation of small-scale structure as well as low-mass *** provides an effective way to decrease the ionizing photons when considering a large star formation efficiency in high-z massive galaxies without altering the cosmic reionization *** the other hand,the constraints on the properties of WDM can be derived from the JWST *** this work,we study WDM as a possible solution to reconcile the JWST stellar mass density of high-z massive galaxies and reionization *** find that,the JWST high-z comoving cumulative stellar mass density alone has no significant preference for either CDM or WDM *** using the observational data of other stellar mass density measurements and reionization history,we obtain that the WDM particle mass with mw=0.51_(-0.12)^(+0.22) keV and star formation efficiency parameter f_(*)^(0)> 0.39 in 2σ confidence level can match both the JWST high-z comoving cumulative stellar mass density and the reionization history.

Subgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track-subgrade frost heave and develop a dynamic model of vehicle-track-subgrade frost heave;(2)explore the transfer relation between subgrade frost heave and track structure deformation;(3)examine the characteristics of interlayer debonding;(4)study the influence of subgrade frost heave on the dynamic response of vehicles in high-speed railways in seasonally frozen regions.A Fourier series was used to fit the frost heave waveform and simulate the behavior of subgrade uneven frost heave using data collected *** results show:(i)The position of frost heave significantly affects the transfer of deformation to a slab *** largest deformation of the track slab,with the amplitude transfer ratio reaching 20%,was recorded when the frost heave occurred near the joint of the base plate.(ii)At the same frost heave amplitude,long-wave frost heave causes smaller deformation and debonding of the track structure than short-wave frost *** the wavelength range of 10-30 m,the main frequency of the acceleration spectral density was concentrated between 3.5 and 3.7 Hz,with larger frost heave wavelengths producing smaller superposition on the vertical acceleration of the vehicle.(ii)The maximum wheel-rail force occurs when the front bogie passes the frost heave peak,with greater frost heave amplitudes producing greater wheel-rail *** these results,we conclude there is a clear need to control the frost heave deformation of the track to reduce the dynamic response of the vehicle and in turn improve train operatSubgrade frost heave in seasonally frozen ground can greatly influence the safety and smooth running of high-speed trains and the service performance of track *** this study,we used a static model to:(1)investigate track`-subgr

Controlling the dispersion characteristic of metasurfaces(or metalenses) along a broad bandwidth is of great importance to develop high-performance broadband metadevices. Different from traditional lenses that rely on the material refractive index along the light trajectory, metasurfaces or metalenses provide a new regime of dispersion control via a sub-wavelength metastructure, which is known as negative chromatic ***, broadband metalenses design with high-performance focusing especially with a reduced device dimension is a significant challenge in society. Here, we design, fabricate, and demonstrate a broadband highperformance diffractive-type plasmonic metalens based on a circular split-ring resonator metasurface with a relative working bandwidth of 28.6%. The metalens thickness is only 0.09λ0(λ0is at the central wavelength),which is much thinner than previous broadband all-dielectric metalenses. The full-wave simulation results show that both high transmissive efficiency above 80%(the maximum is even above 90%) and high average focusing efficiency above 45%(the maximum is 56%) are achieved within the entire working bandwidth of 9–12 ***, an average high numerical aperture of 0.7(NA = 0.7) of high-efficiency microwave metalens is obtained in the simulations. The broadband high-performance metalens is also fabricated and experimental measurements verify its much higher average focusing efficiency of 55%(the maximum is above 65% within the broad bandwidth) and a moderate high NA of 0.6. The proposed plasmonic metalens can facilitate the development of wavelength-dependent broadband diffractive devices and is also meaningful to further studies on arbitrary dispersion control in diffractive optics based on plasmonic metasurfaces.
