BACKGROUND Ethambutol-induced optic neuropathy(EON)most commonly manifests as bilateral symmetrical loss of vision and often cause serious and irreversible visual impairment because of the lack of early detection and effective *** followed a case of EON with rare binocular asymmetric clinical manifestations and observed the changes of visual function and retinal structure after drug withdrawal,so as to further understand the clinical characteristics of this *** SUMMARY A 54-year-old man complained of gradual visual decline in the left *** patient presented with best-corrected visual acuity of 20/20 in the right eye and 20/50 in the left *** vision examination revealed difficulty in reading green color plates in the left *** visual field manifested as concentric contraction in the left *** nearly a month of drug withdrawal,the right eye had a similar decline in visual *** the last visit,19 mo after drug withdrawal,the visual function significantly recovered in both *** follow-up optical coherence tomography(OCT)examination,both eyes manifested the thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer from mild thickening to thinning and finally temporal atrophy,and the ganglion cell-inner plexiform layer showed significant *** difference was that a reversible structural disorder in the outer retina of the nasal macula was detected in the left eye by macular high-definition *** Nephropathy and high blood pressure,which damage the retinal microcirculation,may cause damage to the outer layer of the *** may influence photoreceptor as well as retinal ganglion cells.

With the cost estimation of military aircraft as the research object, this paper aims to study the contradiction between the choice of explanatory variables in index modeling and the maintaining of model validity. It analyzes and establishes a cost estimation modeling concept based on an Effectiveness Index and studies the way to construct Effectiveness Indexes for the sake of cost estimation modeling. Based on a case study, the paper establishes and analyzes the Effectiveness Index-based cost estimation models and DAPCA （Development And Procurement Costs of Aircraft） models developed by the RAND Corparation . The comparison of these models shows that the Effective- ness Index-based cost parameter models not only comprehensively consider the obvious driving parameter indexes of the cost, but reduces the variables of regressive analysis, hence giving the model a higher reliability.

An Analysis of the Influence of Equipment Reliability on M&S Cost in Multi-theater Deployments

This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of weapon reltability on maintenance and support cost （ M＆S cost） in multi-theater deployments. Based on the M＆S data of typical on-board equipment, it analyzes in depth the M＆S cost in a three-theater deployment scenario with PRICE software and the influence of reliability on M＆S cost. The result shows that under the same hardware parameter index, the M＆S cost in multi-theater deployments is much higher than that in one-theater deployments and that the cost of equipment Mean Time Between Failures （ MTBF） is also more sensitive than that in one-theater deployments, particularly when the MTBF is relatively low. As a result, the requirement for equipment reliability is higher in multi-theater deployments.

Few-layer graphene(FLG)is successfully grown on sapphire substrates by directly depositing carbon atoms at the substrate temperature of 1300℃ in a molecular beam epitaxy *** reflection high energy diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure are used to characterize the sample,which confirm the formation of graphene *** mean domain size of FLG is around 29.2nm and the layer number is about 2–*** results demonstrate that the grown FLG displays a turbostratic stacking structure similar to that of the FLG produced by annealing C-terminated𝛼α-SiC surface.

本文通过对北京城市管理中社区参与主体的调查研究,发现存在着社区居民自主参与率低、非营利组织功能发挥有限、营利组织对社区的支持少等问题。分析认为,居民参与率低的原因主要有经济、文化、空间和渠道等方面的制约;非营利组织作用有限的原因有来自外部的和自身的障碍;企业支持少的原因在于企业追求利润的天性以及社区很难为企业创造现实利润。为促进各社区参与城市管理,本文从体制创新、居民、非营利组织、物业公司及驻社区单位、自愿者参与等方面提出了建议。

The hot deformation behavior of Pt−10Ir alloy was studied under a wide range of deformation *** a low deformation temperature(950−1150℃),the softening mechanism is primarily dynamic *** addition,dynamic recrystallization by progressive lattice rotation near grain boundaries(DRX by LRGBs)and microshear bands assisted dynamic recrystallization(MSBs assisted DRX)coordinate the ***,it is difficult for the dynamic softening to offset the stain hardening due to a limited amount of DRXed *** a high deformation temperature(1250−1350℃),three main DRX mechanisms associated with strain rates occur:DRX by LRGBs,DRX by a homogeneous increase in misorientation(HIM)and geometric DRX(GDRX).With increasing strain,DRX by LRGBs is enhanced gradually under high strain rates;the“pinch-off”effect is enhanced at low strain rates,which was conducive to the formation of a uniform and fine microstructure.

Dear Editor,This letter studies the bipartite consensus tracking problem for heterogeneous multi-agent systems with actuator faults and a leader's unknown time-varying control input. To handle such a problem, the continuous fault-tolerant control protocol via observer design is developed. In addition, it is strictly proved that the multi-agent system driven by the designed controllers can still achieve bipartite consensus tracking after faults occur.
