The molecular mechanisms of energy status related to the umami taste of postharvest shiitake mushrooms during spore release remain poorly *** this study,the variations of energy status and umami taste of mushrooms were measured at 25℃.At 24 h storage,slight spore prints of mushrooms were first pictured,respiration *** ATP decrease and ADP increase were also observed as the initiation of postharvest senescence(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the activities of phosphohexose isomerase,succinate dehydrogenase,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and cytochrome c oxidase and the contents of umami nucleotides and amino acids were maintained at higher levels in mushrooms with spore ***,the equivalent umami concentration(EUC)was strongly correlated with energy levels(R=0.80).Fifteen related gene expression levels in the energy metabolism pathway were ***1 and LeAK were significantly expressed in the conversion of ATP into AMP and played key roles in connecting the energy state and umami *** results provided valuable insights on the umami taste associated with energy metabolism mechanism during postharvest mushroom spore release.

Large voltage losses are the main obstacle for achieving high efficiency in organic solar cells(OSCs).Here we construct ternary OSCs by introducing an asymmetric small molecule acceptor AITC into PBDB-TCl:BTP-eC9 system and demonstrate the effectiveness in simultaneously decreasing energy disorder and non-radiative voltage *** is found that the introduction of AITC can modify domain size and increase the degree of crystallinity,which enhances open-circuit voltage and power conversion efficiency(19.1%,certified as 18.9%).Inspiringly,an output efficiency of 20.6% of the constructed tandem OSCs based on PBDB-TCl:AITC:BTP-eC9 ternary active layer output a recorded efficiency of 20.6%(certified as 20.3%),which is the highest value in OSCs field to *** work demonstrates that decreasing the voltage losses by ternary strategy and constructing of tandem architecture are effective approaches towards improving photovoltaic performance.

Porous polymers have been recently recog- nized as one of the most important precursors for fabrication of heteroatom-doped porous carbons due to the intrinsic porous structure, easy available heteroatom- containing monomers and versatile polymerization meth- ods. However, the heteroatom elements in as-produced porous carbons are quite relied on monomers. So far, the manipulating of heteroatom in porous polymer derived porous carbons are still very rare and challenge. In this work, a sulfur-enriched porous polymer, which was prepared from a diacetylene-linked porous polymer, was used as precursor to prepare S-doped and/or N-doped porous carbons under nitrogen and/or ammonia atmo- spheres. Remarkably, S content can sharply decrease from 36.3% to 0.05% after ammonia treatment. The N content and specific surface area of as-fabricated porous carbons can reach up to 1.32% and 1508 m^2·g^-1, respectively. As the electrode materials for electrical double-layer capacitors, as-fabricated porous carbons exhibit high specific capacitance of up to 431.6 F·g^-1 at 5 mW·s^-1 and excellent cycling stability of 99.74% capacitance retention after 3000 cycles at 100 mV·s^-1. Furthermore, as the electro- chemical catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction, as- fabricated porous carbons presented ultralow half-wave- potential of 0.78 V versus RHE. This work not only offers a new strategy for manipulating S and N doping features for the porous carbons derived from S-containing porous polymers, but also paves the way for the structure- performance interrelationship study of heteroatoms co- doped porous carbon for energy applications.

We report the observation of in-plane anisotropic magnetoresistance and planar Hall effect in non-magnetic HfTe_(5) thin *** observed anisotropic magnetoresistance as well as its sign is strongly dependent on the critical resistivity anomaly temperature T_(p).Below T_(p),the anisotropic magnetoresistance is negative with large negative *** the in-plane magnetic field is perpendicular to the current,the negative longitudinal magnetoresistance reaches its *** negative longitudinal magnetoresistance effect in HfTe_(5) thin layers is dramatically different from that induced by the chiral anomaly as observed in Weyl and Dirac *** potential underlying origin may be attributed to the reduced spin scattering,which arises from the in-plane magnetic field driven coupling between the top and bottom surface *** findings provide valuable insights for the anisotropic magnetoresistance effect in topological electronic systems and the device potential of HfTe5 in spintronics and quantum sensing.

Multivariate statistical analyses were used to assess the contents and distributions of trace elements in agricultural soils in Xinzhou of Shanxi Province, China, and to identify their sources. Samples with high levels of trace elements were concentrated in eastern Xinzhou, with contents declining from the east to west. Principal component and redundancy analyses revealed strong correlations among Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Se, V, and Zn contents, suggesting that these elements were derived from similar parent materials. There were also strong correlations between the contents of these elements and soil properties. Contents of Cd and Pb were significantly higher in the agricultural soil samples than in the background soil samples(P < 0.05), and were higher in areas with higher levels of gross domestic product but decreased with distance to the nearest road. Therefore, human activities appear to have a strong influence on the Cd and Pb distribution patterns. A novel artificial neural network(ANN) model, using environmental input data, was used to predict the soil Cd and Pb contents of specified test dates. The performances of the ANN model and a traditional multilinear model were compared. The ANN model could successfully predict Cd and Pb content distributions, projecting that soil Cd and Pb contents will increase by 128% and 25%, respectively, by 2020. The results thus indicated that the economic condition of an area has a greater effect on trace element contents and distributions in the soil than the scale of the economy itself.

Dubins is a well-known path-planning algorithm for planning the minimum-distance path between two configurations *** this paper,basic Three-Dimension-Dubins（3D Dubins） is used to generate the unmanned aerial vehicle（UAV） net-recovery path for the first *** the path,the UAV can bump the net smoothly,fast and *** the mobility of the UAV,as well as the safety and efficiency of net recovery,a new net recovery path generation method with 3D Dubins is *** examples with various height differences are carried out to demonstrate the applicability and performance of the improved *** simulation results prove that the new method is more adaptive to the mobility of UAV and avoids the continuous and long-term turning *** is also promising to be applied in the planning of the guidance path for small fixed-wing UAV net recovery.

As one of the most appealing edible mushrooms,the quality of Flammulina velutipes can be affected by the cultivation substrate,which has an impact on the mushroom umami taste and *** our study,the effect of mushroom root fermentation broth(MRFB)based substrate on umami taste and nutrients of *** were evaluated;four proportions of MRFB were conducted(CK 0%,E16.7%,E213.4%,E320.1%).Results indicated that MRFB was an effective nutrient supplement for mushroom cultivation substrate.E2 and E3 showed higher crude fiber,crude fat,and soluble *** to CK,the content of monosodium glutamate-like(MSG-like)amino acids,essential amino acids,total amino acids,and total 5′-nucleotides in E2 and E3 were *** equivalent umami concentration(EUC)values in E1,E2 and E3 were 1.70,2.43 and 1.56 times that of CK,*** umami,saltness and sweetness taste values were found in ***,it signified that better umami and richer nutrients were achieved by using substrate with proper volume of MRFB,especially,E2 with 13.4%of ***,better mushroom quality could be derived from the application of MRFB in *** was a favorable nutrient supplement for *** cultivation substrate.

列车运行策略能够具有不同的晚点恢复效果,研究高速列车不同运行调整策略的晚点恢复特性将能为智能调度决策提供依据,通过对不同列车运行调整策略的晚点恢复聚类,分析调整策略的晚点恢复分布特征,运用Pearson相关系数研究晚点恢复、影响晚点恢复效果的晚点时长变量、计划冗余时间变量的相关性,选用K-Means算法研究不同调整策略下车站和区间的晚点恢复效果的聚类问题,聚类结果表明不同列车运行调整策略下的晚点恢复效果可以较明显区分。
