The hardness,wettability,and electrochemical properties of Ti6Al4v alloy surfaces treated with anodic oxidation and plasma oxidation as well as the viabilities of the different cell lines on the obtained surfaces were *** anodic oxidation was performed for 10 min under 100 v potential,and it resulted in a 0.95μm thick nanoporous anatase-TiO2 *** the other hand,plasma oxidation was carried out at 650℃ for 1 h and resulted in a dense rutile-TiO2 structure with a thickness of 1.2μ*** a hardness of Hv0.025823 and roughness of^220 nm were obtained by plasma oxidation,those obtained by anodic oxidation were Hv0.025512 and^130 nm,*** anodic oxidation process created a more hydrophilic surface with a contact angle of 87.2°.Both oxidation processes produced similar properties in terms of corrosion behavior and showed better resistance than the as-received state in a certain range of ***,the surface treatments led to no significant change in the protein adsorption levels,which indicates that the difference in viability between the osteoblast and fibroblast cells was not due to the difference in surface protein *** all the factors,the surfaces obtained by anodic oxidation treatment revealed higher cell viability than those obtained by plasma oxidation(p=0.05).

For the designing of cutting-dies is a complex and experience-based process,it is poorly supported by conventional 3D CAD ***,the majority of design activities,including the(re)modeling of those cutting die-components that are directly responsible for performing shaping operations on a sheet-metal stamping part,traditionally still need to be carried-out repetitively,separately,and manually by the *** eliminate some of these drawbacks and upgrade the capabilities of conventional 3D CAD software,this paper proposes a new methodology for the development of a parametric system capable of automatically performing a(re)modeling process of compound washer dies' *** presented methodology integrates CATIA v5 built-in modules,including Part Design,Assembly Design and Knowledge Advisor,publication mechanism,and compound cutting die-design *** system developed by this methodology represents an 'intelligent' assembly template composed of two modules GAJA1 and GAJA2,***1 is responsible for the direct input of the die-design problem regarding the shape,dimensions and material of the stamping part,its extraction in the form of geometric features,and the transferring of relevant design parameters and features to the module ***2 interprets the current values for the input parameters and automatically performs the modeling process of cutting die-components,using die-design knowledge and the company's internal design and manufacturing *** results show that this system significantly shortens the modeling-time for cutting the die-components,improves the modeling-quality,and enables the training of inexperienced designers.

Objective:To identify the larvicidal activities of silver nano particles synthesised with Rhizophora mucronata（***） leaf extract against the larvae of Aedes aegypti（***） and Culex quinquefasciatus（***）.Methods:In vitro larvicidal activities such as LC50 and LC90 were assessed for the *** and *** larval ***, characterisation such as Uv,XRD,FTIR and AFM analysis were carried out for the synthesised silver nano ***:The LC50 value of the synthesised silver nano particle was identified as 0.585 and 0.891 mgg/L for *** and *** larvae respectively. Further,the LG90 values are also identified as 2.615 and 6.291 mg/L for *** and Cx. quinquefasciatus species *** synthesised silver nanoparticles have maximum absorption at 420 nm with the average size of 60-95 *** XRD data showed 20 intense values with various degrees such as 37.10°,47.66°,63.97°and 70.01°.The FTIR data showed prominent peaks in（3 426.89,2 925.49,2 869.56,2 346.95,1 631.49,1 031.73,669.18 and 455.12） different ***:The biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles with leaf aqueous extract of R. mucronata provides potential source for the larvicidal activity against mosquito borne diseases.

Objective:To study the canine echinococcosis by coproantigen ELISA ***:During the present investigation experimental infection was established using evaginated worms of Echinococcus granulosus(***).To check cross reactivity two pups were infected with Taenia hydatigena(***).In order to detect the presence of antigen,hyperimmune sera were raised against excretory-secretory products of adult worms *** granulosus. Faecal sample collected either from experimentally infected pups or from other sources were heated at 70℃to detect heat stable soluble ***:Pups harbouring less than 104 worms showed negative *** collected from 14 days onwards from experimentally infected animals harbouring more than 104 worms showed positive *** maximum positive samples were detected in samples collected from in and around slaughter house and the least number of samples were detected positive maintained by dog ***:The affinity purified IgG exhibited promising results for detection of canine echinococcosis by indirect ELISA.

The liver is an essential player in the pathway of coagulation in both primary and secondary haernostasis. Only yon Willebrand factor is not synthetised by the liver, thus liver failure is associated with impairment of coagulation. However, recently it has been shown that the delicate balance between pro and antithrornbotic factors synthetised by the liver might be reset to a lower level in patients with chronic liver disease. Therefore, these patients might not be really anticoagulated in stable condition and bleeding may be caused only when additional factors, such as infections, supervene. Portal hypertension plays an important role in coagulopathy in liver disease, reducing the number of circulating platelets, but platelet function and secretion of thrornbopoietin have been also shown to be impaired in patients with liver disease. vitamin K deficiency may coexist, so that abnormal clotting factors are produced due to lack of gamma carboxylation. Moreover during liver failure, there is a reduced capacity to clear activated haernostatic proteins and protein inhibitor complexes from the circulation. Usually therapy for coagulation disorders in liver disease is needed only during bleeding or before invasive procedures. When end stage liver disease occurs, liver transplantation is the only treatment available, which can restore normal haemostasis, and correct genetic clotting defects, such as haemophilia or factor v Leiden mutation. During liver transplantation haemorrage may occur due to the pre-existing hypocoagulable state, the collateral circulation caused by portal hypertension and increased fibrinolysis which occurs during this surgery.

Objective:To present results of virological study of wild birds inhabiting Western Mongolia. Methods:Over a period of 2003-2008,we isolated 13 influenza A viruses:H1N1,H3N6, H13N8 and H4N6 *** did not isolate any H5N1 subtype,that still cause epizooty in wild birds and ***:We revealed taxonomic and ecological heterogeneity of the birds involved in maintenance of circulation of influenza viruses in the given *** viruses were isolated from birds of 6 orders;among them there are species preferring water and semi-aquatic biotopes,one species preferring dry plain region,and also one species which can inhabit both dry and water ***:Representatives of all main orders of Western Mongolia avifauna are involved in support of influenza A virus circulation,highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza viruses were registered in Mongolia thus it’s necessary to continue permanent influenza virus surveillance in wild birds’ populations.

Objective：To investigate the effects of E7080 and N5-（1-iminoethyl）-L-ornithine dihydrochloride （L-NIO）on colorectal cancer alone and in ***：HT29 colorectal cancer cell line from Sap Institute was ***-time cell analysis （xCELLigence system） was performed to determine the effects of E7080 and L-NIO on colorectal cell *** apoptosis was determined with Annexin v staining,and the effect of agents on angiogenesis was determined with chorioallantoic membrane （CAM） ***：We found that E7080 has a strong antiproliferative effect with an half maximum inhibition of concentration （IC50） value of 5.60×10-8 mol/*** it has been observed that E7080 showed antiangiogenic and apoptotic effects on HT29 colorectal cancer *** scores of E7080 were 1.2,t.0 and 0.6 for 100,10 and 1 nmol/L E7080 concentrations,***,apoptosis has been detected in 71％ of HT29 colorectal cancer cells after administration of 100 nmol/L E7080 which may indicate strong apoptotic *** administration of L-NIO alone did not show any effect,but the combination of E7080 with L-NIO increased the antiproliferative,antiangiogenic and apoptotic effects of ***：Results of this study indicate that E7080 may be a good choice in treatment of colorectal *** the increased effects of E7080 when combined with L-NIO raise the possibility to use a lower dose of E7080 and therefore avoid/minimize the side effects observed with E7080.

Paper-based devices have attracted extensive attention due to the growing demand for disposable flexible ***,we integrate semiconducting devices on cellulose paper substrate through a simple abrasion technique that yields high-performance photodetectors.A solvent-free WS_(2) film deposited on paper favors an effective electron-hole separation and hampers *** as-prepared paper-based WS2 photodetectors exhibit a sensitive photoresponse over a wide spectral range spanning from ultraviolet(365 nm)to near-infrared(940 nm).Their responsivity value reaches up to~270 mA W^(−1) at 35 v under a power density of 35 mW cm^(−2).A high performance photodetector was achieved by controlling the environmental exposure as the ambient oxygen molecules were found to decrease the photoresponse and stability of the WS_(2) ***,we have built a spectrometer using such a paperbased WS_(2) device as the photodetecting component to illustrate its potential *** present work could promote the development of cost-effective disposable photodetection devices.

Objective:To examine the effect of the COvID-19 virus,especially the Omicron variant,on hematological parameters of hospitalized pediatric patients during the COvID-19 ***:Medical records of pediatric COvID-19 patients hospitalized at Kartal Dr.Lütfi K?rdar City Hospital in Istanbul,Turkey,between March 2020 and May 2022 were retrospectively reviewed to analyze data regarding demographics,SARS-Co v-2 infection polymerase chain reaction(PCR)test results,reversetranscriptase(RT)-PCR for other respiratory agents,duration of hospital stay,and hematological and biochemical laboratory ***:Out of 467 children with a confirmed diagnosis of SARSCo v-2 infection,94(20.1%)had Omicron infection and 373(79.9%)were infected with other variants;the Omicron group had younger patients than the remaining samples(Pymptoms in all children were cough(53.5%)and fever(32.3%),followed by vomiting(20.8%).Lung involvement in the Omicron group(10.6%)was significantly lower than in the remaining samples(29.8%)(Pymphocyte levels were lower in the Omicron-infected group(both Pvated partial thromboplastin time,international normalized ratio,and D-dimer levels were significantly higher in this group(Pvely).In terms of lung involvement,those with lung involvement were significantly older(Pvolvement was less common with Omicron infection,this group had greater hematological system involvement,such as anemia,lymphopenia,D-dimer elevation,and coagulation disorders.

AIM：To evaluate the protective activity of allylpyrocatechol （APC）, the major antioxidant constituent of Piper betel, against the indomethacin-induced stomach ulceration in the rat model and correlates with its antioxidative and mucin protecting properties.METHODS： Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into five groups. Normal control rats （group Ⅰ ） were given the vehicle oral dose of gum acacia in distilled water （1 mL per rat）; ulcerated control and treated rats （groups Ⅱ-v） were given a single dose of indomethacin （30 mg/kg body wt.）; group Ⅱ rats were sacrificed 4 h after indomethacin administration; groups Ⅲ-Ⅴ rats were given the vehicle （1 mL per rat） or APC （2 mg/kg body wt.） or misoprostol （1.43 μg/kg body wt.） once daily by oral intubation for 7 d starting from 4 h after the indomethacin administration. After 7 d, the stomach tissues were excised for histological examination and biochemical analysis. RESULTS： Treatment with APC （2 mg/kg body wt per day） and misoprostol （1.43 μg/kg body wt per day） for 7 d could effectively heal the stomach ulceration as revealed from the ulcer index and histopathological studies. Compared to the zero day ulcerated group, treatment with APC and misoprostol reduced the ulcer index by 93.4% and 85.4% respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Both APC and misoprostol accelerated ulcer healing observed in natural recovery （P 〈 0.05）, their respective healing capacities not being significantly different. The healing capacities of APC and misoprostol could be attributed to their antioxidant activity as well as the ability to enhance the rnucin content of the gastric tissues. Compared to the ulcerated untreated rats, those treated with APC and rnisoprostol showed near normal MDA levels, while the protein levels were 86% and 78% of the normal value respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Likewise, both APC and rnisoprostol increased the SOD, catalase, and rnucin levels significantly （P 〈 0.05）, the effect of APC being better. CONCLUSION： APC can protect ind
