Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)is a common adult *** the acute phase of the disease and the adverse effects of anti-cancer treatments can lead to a poor *** N6-methyladenine(m^(6)A)modification plays an important regulatory role in various physiological and pathological ***1429 is a known m^(6)A regulator,but the biological role of KIAA1429 in CML is *** this study,we observed that the m^(6)A levels and KIAA1429 expression were significantly up-regulated in patients with blast phase ***,KIAA1429 regulated the total level of RNA m^(6)A modification in the CML cells and promoted the malignant biological behaviors of CML cells,including proliferation,migration,and imatinib *** KIAA1429 in CML cells reduced the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/yTHDF1 axis,consequently inhibiting CML proliferation and drug efflux,ultimately increasing the sensitivity of CML cells to ***,the knockdown of RAB27B also inhibited the proliferation and drug resistance of CML cells and promoted their ***,a recently developed anti-cancer agent,suppressed the expression of KIAA1429 and CML cell proliferation and promoted cell *** also inhibited the tumorigenesis of CML cells in *** combined use of rucaparib and imatinib enhanced the sensitivity of CML cells to *** study provides evidence that elevated KIAA1429 expression in the blast phase of CML enhances the stability of RAB27B mRNA through the m^(6)A/yTHDF1 axis to up-regulate RAB27B expression,thereby promoting CML *** exerts inhibitory effects on KIAA1429 expression and thus reduces CML progression.

Collaborative edge computing is a promising direction to handle the computation intensive tasks in B5G wireless ***,edge computing servers(ECss)from different operators may not trust each other,and thus the incentives for collaboration cannot be *** this paper,we propose a consortium blockchain enabled collaborative edge computing framework,where users can offload computing tasks to ECss from different *** minimize the total delay of users,we formulate a joint task offloading and resource optimization problem,under the constraint of the computing capability of each *** apply the Tammer decomposition method and heuristic optimization algorithms to obtain the optimal ***,we propose a reputation based node selection approach to facilitate the consensus process,and also consider a completion time based primary node selection to avoid monopolization of certain edge node and enhance the security of the *** results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,and the total delay can be reduced by up to 40%compared with the non-cooperative case.

Developing highly active oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts with robust durability is essential in producing high-purity hydrogen through water *** double hydroxide(LDH)based catalysts have demonstrated efficient catalytic performance toward the relatively sluggish *** considering the promotion effect of phosphate(Pi)on proton transfer,herein,a facile phosphate acid(PA)surface-neutralization strategy is developed to in-situ construct NiCo-LDH/NiCoPi hetero-sheets toward OER *** activity of NiCoLDH is significantly boosted due to the proton promotion effect and the electronic modulation effect of *** a result,the facilely prepared NiCo-LDH/NiCoPi catalyst displays superior OER catalytic activity with a low overpotential of 300 mV to deliver 100 mA cm^(-2)OER and a Tafel slope of 73 mV dec^(-1).Furthermore,no visible activity decay is detected after a 200-h continuous OER *** present work,therefore,provides a promising strategy to exploit robust OER electrocatalysts for commercial water electrolysers.

Multiparty private set intersection(PsI)allows several parties,each holding a set of elements,to jointly compute the intersection without leaking any additional *** the development of cloud computing,PsI has a wide range of applications in privacy ***,it is complex to build an efficient and reliable scheme to protect user *** address this issue,we propose EMPsI,an efficient PsI(with cardinality)protocol in a multiparty *** avoids using heavy cryptographic primitives(mainly rely on symmetric-key encryption)to achieve better *** addition,both PsI and PsI with the cardinality of EMPsI are secure against semi-honest adversaries and allow any number of colluding clients(at least one honest client).We also do experiments to compare EMPsI with some state-of-the-art *** experimental results show that proposed EMPsI(-CA)has better performance and is scalable in the number of clients and the set size.

Hybrid Model of Power Transformer Fault Classification Using C-set and MFCM – MCsVM

This paper aims to increase the diagnosis accuracy of the fault classification of power transformers by introducing a new off-line hybrid model based on a combination subset of the et method(C-set)&modified fuzzy C-mean algorithm(MFCM)and the optimizable multiclass-sVM(MCsVM).The innovation in this paper is shown in terms of solving the predicaments of outliers,boundary proportion,and unequal data existing in both traditional and intelligence *** into consideration the closeness of dissolved gas analysis(DGA)data,the C-set method is implemented to subset the DGA data samples based on their type of faults within unrepeated ***,the MFCM is used for removing outliers from DGA samples by combining highly similar data for every subset within the same cluster to obtain the optimized training data(OTD)*** is also used to minimize dimensionality of DGA samples and the uncertainty of transformer condition *** that,the optimized MCsVM is trained by using the(OTD).The proposed model diagnosis accuracy is 93.3%.The obtained results indicate that our model significantly improves the fault identification accuracy in power transformers when compared with other conventional and intelligence models.

Quantum resources offer intrinsic randomness that is valuable for applications such as cryptography, scientific simulation, and computing. silicon-based photonics chips present an excellent platform for the cost-effective deployment of next-generation quantum systems on a large scale, even at room temperature. Nevertheless,the potential susceptibility of these chips to hacker control poses a challenge in ensuring security for on-chip quantum random number generation, which is crucial for enabling extensive utilization of quantum resources.

Rationally Leveraging Polymer Chain-Length Heterogeneity for Robust structural Engineering

The inherent uncertainty of chain length in synthetic polymers casts doubt on the explicit understanding of fundamental *** study quantitatively assesses the critical role of chain-length distribution in the self-assembly process,aiming to identify the point at which discernible discrepancies begin to *** blending discrete diblock copolymers of varying sizes,chain-length nonuniformity can be precisely regulated while the average composition remains *** a minor heterogeneity leads to an expansion of lattice dimension,while a phase transition occurs as the difference exceeds a ***,a transition from the Frank–Kasperσphase to the body-centered cubic phase was triggered by enlarging the size difference of the corona block,while introducing heterogeneity in the core block stabilized the hexagonally close-packed spheres.A self-consistent field theory calculation reveals that the synergy between the long and short chains effectively releases packing frustration,leading to substantial changes in the free-energy landscape and stabilizing unconventional phases otherwise *** work calls particular attention to the importance of chain-length heterogeneity and provides a robust approach to finely tuning the phase behavior and physical properties of block copolymers without altering their chemical composition.

Nonlinear proinflammatory effect of short-term PM_(2.5)exposure:A potential role of lipopolysaccharide

The association between PM_(2.5)(particulate matter≤2.5μm)short-term exposure and its health effect is non-linear from the epidemiological *** this nonlinearity is suggested to be related with the PM_(2.5)heterogeneity,however,the underlying biological mechanism is still ***,a total of 38 PM_(2.5)filters were collected continuously for three weeks in winter Beijing,with the ambient PM_(2.5)varying between 10 and 270μg/m^(3).Human monocytes-derived macrophages(THP-1)were treated with PM_(2.5)water-soluble elutes at10μg/mL to investigate the PM_(2.5)short-term exposure effect from a proinflammatory *** proinflammatory cytokine tumor necrosis factor(TNF)induced by the PM_(2.5)elutes at equal concentrations were unequal,showing the heterogeneity of PM_(2.5)proinflammatory *** the various chemical and biological components,lipopolysaccharide(LPs)showed a strong positive association with the TNF ***,some outliers were observed among the TNF-LPs ***,for PM_(2.5)from relatively clean air episodes,the higher LPs amount corresponded to relatively low TNF *** this phenomenon was also observed in the promotion tests by treating macrophages with PM_(2.5)elutes dosed with additional trace *** expression analysis indicated the involvement of oxidative-stress related genes in the LPs signaling ***,a potential oxidative-stress-mediated suppression on the PM_(2.5)-borne LPs proinflammatory effect was proposed to be accounted for the ***,the results showed the differential role of LPs in the heterogeneity of PM_(2.5)proinflammatory effects from a component-based *** experimental studies are needed to elucidate the signaling pathway of LPs attached on PM_(2.5)from different air quality episodes.

Numerical study on Heat Transfer and Frictional Resistance of Two Types of Molten salts in straight Channels and supercritical Carbon Dioxide in Airfoil Channels

Molten salt and supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))are considered to be one of the most promising combined heat transfer refrigerants for third-generation solar thermal power *** evaluate the potential of chloride salts and carbonates in third-generation solar thermal power generation,this paper uses molten salts and sCO_(2)as the working media of printed circuit board heat exchangers(PCHE),and uses numerical simulation to study the heat transfer and friction of PCHE channels with different molten salts and sCO_(2),and establishes predictive correlations respectively.A local heat transfer and friction study was conducted on the sCO_(2)side of the airfoil channel,and it was found that the inlet mass flow rate has a significant impact on it,while the inlet temperature has a relatively small impact.A comprehensive comparison was made between the heat transfer and friction of two molten salts,and the comprehensive performance of chloride salts was 70%-80%higher than that of *** results indicate that the potential of chloride salts in third-generation solar thermal power generation is much greater than that of carbonates.
