在最近的市场上基础油的品质亟需有大幅度的改进。尤其是发动机油需要有高质量的基础油,以满足ACEA规格、ILSAC GF-3和即将颁布的ILSAC GF-4规格挥发度的日趋严格的要求。为了满足这类新提出的要求,采用来自燃料油加氢裂化装置塔底组分的VHVI基础油的配方可能比采用其他高质量基础油如PAO油的配方在成本上较为低廉。SK公司所开发的深度加氢裂化和加氢异构化脱蜡工艺(名为UCO润滑油工艺)是生产高品质VHVI基础油的一种较为经济的加氢精制路线。UCO润滑油工艺的产品质量能达到PAO的通用性能或与之相当。根据以VHVI 基础油即UCO润滑油工艺生产的基础油进行的一项应用研究的结果,ACEA A3／B3 SAE 10W／40配方中的15％PAO可以用18%的VHVI基础油来代替。而且在不用PAO油的条件下,完全用VHVI油也能够开发出符合最新ACEA规格和欧洲OEM要求的5W／40粘度等级的高品质发动机油。由于市场上已经能供应高粘度的VHVI基础油。我们也对高粘度VHVI基础油用于10W／40和15W／40发动机油配方中d的增粘作用进行了研究,并发现配方中500中性基础油和粘度指数改进剂的用量可以大幅度减少。由于VHVI基础油的供应量上升,对它们的需求量也随之迅速增加。VHVI基础油的供应能力还有很大的潜力,但价格难以保持目前的高水平。由于环保法规的日趋严格和VHVI基础油的成本优势,预期VHVI基础油的用量会继续增加,并且将开发出更多适用于VHVI基础油的添加剂。

With the rise of remote collaboration,the demand for advanced storage and collaboration tools has rapidly ***,traditional collaboration tools primarily rely on access control,leaving data stored on cloud servers vulnerable due to insufficient *** paper introduces a novel mechanism that encrypts data in‘bundle’units,designed to meet the dual requirements of efficiency and security for frequently updated collaborative *** bundle includes updated information,allowing only the updated portions to be reencrypted when changes *** encryption method proposed in this paper addresses the inefficiencies of traditional encryption modes,such as Cipher Block Chaining(CBC)and Counter(CTr),which require decrypting and re-encrypting the entire dataset whenever updates *** proposed method leverages update-specific information embedded within data bundles and metadata that maps the relationship between these bundles and the plaintext *** utilizing this information,the method accurately identifies the modified portions and applies algorithms to selectively re-encrypt only those *** approach significantly enhances the efficiency of data updates while maintaining high performance,particularly in large-scale data *** validate this approach,we conducted experiments measuring execution time as both the size of the modified data and the total dataset size *** show that the proposed method significantly outperforms CBC and CTr modes in execution speed,with greater performance gains as data size ***,our security evaluation confirms that this method provides robust protection against both passive and active attacks.

Spinal muscular atrophy(SMA)is a genetic condition that results in selective lower motor neuron loss with concomitant muscle weakness and *** genetic cause of SMA was understood in 1995 when loss or impairment of the survival motor neuron 1(SMN1)gene was identified as the main contributing factor(Lefebvre et al.,1995).This,in combination with the discovery that humans have a“back-up”gene,SMN2,which can produce low levels(approximately 10%)of the full-length functional SMN protein,has led to the generation of SMA-specific gene *** was traditionally classified according to age of symptom onset and developmental milestones achieved,with life expectancy and severity varying between ***,SMN2 copy number is used as a proxy for the prediction of disease severity,with higher SMN2 copy number typically being associated with reduced severity of SMA,although this relationship is not absolute:some individuals with low SMN2 copy number have less severe SMA phenotypes and vice ***,the etiology of SMA is further complicated by other factors,such as non-typical nucleotide variants and SMN2-independent modifiers of disease severity.

In computing systems, processing and memory units have been integrated into logic-in-memory (LiM) to enhance the computational efficiency and performance. LiM has been attempted to perform not only binary but also ternary logic functions, which reduces computing complexity. Herein, we demonstrate a binary and ternary LiM (BT-LiM) cell with eight triple-gated (TG) feedback field-effect transistors (FBFETs) reconfigured into n-or p-channel modes. The TG FBFETs exhibit symmetrical latch-up voltages and an on-current ratio of 1.02 between the n-and p-channel modes, which indicates a high potential for reconfigurable logic applications. The BT-LiM cell can perform yES, NOT, AND, Or, NAND, NOr, XNOr, and XOr logic functions in a single cell because of these reconfigurable characteristics. Further, binary and ternary logic functions are realized in the cell without a programming stage, and the cell maintains the results of the logic functions under zero-bias conditions. This study achieves multifunctional LiM that can operate all binary and ternary Boolean logics.

High-mobility group box 1 was first discovered in the calf thymus as a DNA-binding nuclear protein and has been widely studied in diverse fields,including neurology and ***-mobility group box 1 in the extracellular space functions as a pro-inflammatory damage-associated molecular pattern,which has been proven to play an important role in a wide variety of central nervous system disorders such as ischemic stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,frontotemporal dementia,Parkinson’s disease,multiple sclerosis,epilepsy,and traumatic brain *** drugs that inhibit high-mobility group box 1 as a damage-associated molecular pattern,such as glycyrrhizin,ethyl pyruvate,and neutralizing anti-high-mobility group box 1 antibodies,are commonly used to target high-mobility group box 1 activity in central nervous system *** it is commonly known for its detrimental inflammatory effect,high-mobility group box 1 has also been shown to have beneficial pro-regenerative roles in central nervous system *** this narrative review,we provide a brief summary of the history of high-mobility group box 1 research and its characterization as a damage-associated molecular pattern,its downstream receptors,and intracellular signaling pathways,how high-mobility group box 1 exerts the repair-favoring roles in general and in the central nervous system,and clues on how to differentiate the pro-regenerative from the pro-inflammatory *** targeting high-mobility group box 1 in the central nervous system may benefit from differentiating between the two functions rather than overall suppression of high-mobility group box 1.

Development of the telencephalon relies upon several signaling centers-localized cellular populations that supply secreted factors to pattern the cortical *** such signaling center is the cortical hem,which arises during embryonic development at the telencephalic dorsal midline,adjacent to the choroid plexus and hippocampal primordium(Figure 1A).While the cortical hem has also been described in reptiles and birds,most of our knowledge about the developmental roles of the cortical hem is derived from the analysis in *** cortical hem produces several types of secreted molecules,including wingless-related integration site(Wnt)and bone morphogenetic(Bmp)*** cortical hem is particularly important for the development of the hippocampus,which is involved in learning and memory,and the neocortex,which is the most complex brain region that mediates multiple types of behavior and higher cognitive functions(Mangale et al.,2008;Dal-Valle-Anton and Borrell,2022).
