引进一个广义环向压应力系数来修正空间轴对称滑移线问题中的哈尔-卡门(Haar-Von Karman)完全塑性假定, 采用简化滑移线方法, 在竖井衬砌后背光滑,水平填土的条件下,得到竖井衬砌上主动土压力的解析式。分析表明:环向压应力系数对竖井衬砌上的主动土压力有较大的影晌,若采用哈尔-卡门完全塑性假定,其所求得的主动土压力最小,在工程应用中偏于危险。笔者建议在工程应用中采用环向压应力系数为静止土压力系数 K0时所求得的竖井衬砌上的主动土压力值。

Cytoplasmic male sterile(CmS)lines play a crucial role in utilization of heterosis in crop ***,the mechanism underlying the manipulation of male sterility in cotton by long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)and brassinosteroids(BRs)remains ***,using an integrative approach combining lncRNA transcriptomic profiles with virus-induced gene silencing experiments,we identify a flower budspecific lncRNA in the maintainer line 2074B,lncRNA67,negatively modulating with male sterility in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum).lncRNA67positively regulates cytochrome P274B(GhCyP724B),which acted as an eTm(endogenous target mimic)for *** suppression of GhCyP724B induced symptoms of BR deficiency and male semisterility in upland cotton as well as in tobacco,which resulted from a reduction in the endogenous BR ***724B regulates BRs synthesis by interacting with GhDIm and GhCyP90B,two BRs biosynthesis ***,GhCyP724B suppressed a unique chimeric open reading frame(Aorf27)in 2074A mitochondrial *** expression of Aorf27 in yeast inhibited cellular growth,and over expression of Aorf27 in tobacco showed male ***,the results proved that the miR3367–lncRNA67–GhCyP724B module positively regulates male sterility by modulating BRs *** findings uncovered the function of lncRNA67–GhCyP724B in male sterility,providing a new mechanism for understanding male sterility in upland cotton.

The Sunda Shelf is a prime biodiversity hotspot where some of the planet's most endemic species can be found. much of the diversity in this important bioregion has been shaped by sea-level fluctuations that took place during the Pleistocene. Using depth contours obtained from the General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans Grid 2023, we provide high-resolution reconstruction of land areas and palaeo-drainages on the Sunda Shelf at the 50, 75, 100, and 120 m isobaths, as well as palaeo-catchments at the 120 m isobath, in order to elucidate the history of this region. The maps presented here aim to reconstruct the connection between palaeo-rivers in the Sunda Shelf and contemporary rivers and identify possible dispersal routes and barriers for the floras and faunas/biotas associated with riverine systems found here.

To address the problems of low accuracy by the CONWEP model and poor efficiency by the Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)method in predicting close-range air blast loads of cylindrical charges,a neural network-based simulation(NNS)method with higher accuracy and better efficiency was *** NNS method consisted of three main ***,the parameters of blast loads,including the peak pressures and impulses of cylindrical charges with different aspect ratios(L/D)at different stand-off distances and incident angles were obtained by two-dimensional numerical ***,incident shape factors of cylindrical charges with arbitrary aspect ratios were predicted by a neural ***,reflected shape factors were derived and implemented into the subroutine of the ABAQUS code to modify the CONWEP model,including modifications of impulse and *** reliability of the proposed NNS method was verified by related experimental *** accuracy improvement was acquired by the proposed NNS method compared with the unmodified CONWEP ***,huge efficiency superiority was obtained by the proposed NNS method compared with the CEL *** proposed NNS method showed good accuracy when the scaled distance was greater than 0.2 m/kg^(1/3).It should be noted that there is no need to generate a new dataset again since the blast loads satisfy the similarity law,and the proposed NNS method can be directly used to simulate the blast loads generated by different cylindrical *** proposed NNS method with high efficiency and accuracy can be used as an effective method to analyze the dynamic response of structures under blast loads,and it has significant application prospects in designing protective structures.

Experimental study of dual nano-network, high-temperature resistant aerogel material as an integration of thermal management functions

Thermal management system is highly desirable to guarantee the performance and thermal safety of lithium-ion batteries,but it reduces the energy density of battery modules and even is unable to provide highly effective ***,a thermal management function integrated material is presented based on high-temperature resistant aerogel and phase change material and is applied at both charge–discharge process and thermal runaway *** this sandwich structure Paraffin@SiC nanowire/Aerogel sheet (denoted as PA@SAS) system,SiC nanowires endow the middle aerogel sheet (SAS) a dual nano-network *** enhanced mechanical properties of SAS were studied by compressive tests and dynamic mechanical ***,the thermal conductivity of SAS at 600°C is only 0.042 W/(m K).The surface phase change material layers facilitate temperature uniformity of batteries (surface temperature difference less than 1.82°C) through latent ***,a large-format battery module with four 58 Ah LiNi0.5Co0.2mn0.3O2LIBs was ***@SAS successfully prevents thermal runaway propagation,yielding a temperature gap of 602°C through the 2 mm-thick cross ***@SAS also exhibits excellent performance in other safety issues such as temperature rise rate,flame heat flux,*** lightweight property and effective insulation performance achieves significant safety enhancement with mass and volume energy density reduction of only 0.79%and 5.4%,*** originality of the present research stems from the micro and macro structure design of the proposed thermal management material and the combination of intrinsic advantages of every *** work provides a reliable design of achieving the integration of thermal management functions into an aerogel composite and improves the thermal safety of lithium-ion batteries.

Enrichment model of continental shale oil in Zhanhua Sag of Jiyang Depression

The quest for enrichment model of continental shale oil in the Zhanhua Sag of the JiyangDepression in the Bohai Bay Basin to provide reference for exploration and development requires acomprehensive approach. Therefore, this study employs rock pyrolysis, Scanning Electron microscopy(SEm), X-Ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Nuclear magnetic Resonance (NmR), and other experiments toanalyze the conditions for shale oil enrichment and establish its patterns. The results show that favorablehydrocarbon generation potential and appropriate thermal maturation degree control “in situ enrichment”;while the storage capacity and the mobility of shale oil determine “migration enrichment.” In the process,the TOC governs the oil-generating capacity of shale with medium to large pores and microfractures servingas the main enrichment spaces and migration pathways for shale oil. Based on the deposition model, thestudy area can be divided into five lithofacies stages (I-algal limestone, II-laminated marl, III-laminatedrecrystallized limestone, IV-laminated mudstones, and IV-blocky calcareous mudstones). Integrating thegeochemical parameters into the sedimentary patterns makes it clear that the study area underwent two phasesof hydrocarbon expulsion during the thermal evolution of source rocks (Stage II: 3 060–3 120 m and StageIV: 3 020–3 040 m). However, judging by the observed TOC (2% to 5.6%), thermal maturity (Ro>0.8%),S1 (>2 mg/g) and OSI (>100 mg/g) as well as moderate basin size, climate, and quantity of terrestrial input,the blocky calcareous mudstones (Stage IV) have better oil-prone characteristics and potential to generate asubstantial quantity of hydrocarbons at this stage. more so, with a brittleness index exceeding 60%, it exhibitsfavorable fracturability accounting for the main controlling factors and enrichment patterns of shale oil in thearea.
