The shiny cowbird Molothrus bonariensis parasitizes many species with different life-history traits and has a detrimental effect on the survival of the progeny of the *** response,hosts have developed numerous antiparasitic ***,we examined the effects of brood parasitism by shiny cowbird on the clutch and brood sizes(83 nests)in a small host,the black-backed water tyrant Fluvicola *** also studied whether the death of parasite nestlings was related to the care of the foster parents and whether the host had any antiparasitic defense against the shiny *** results indicate that brood parasitism significantly decreased the host hatching and fledging *** majority of nest failures(57%)were caused by brood *** cowbird parasitism occurred in 52%of nests and the intensity of parasitism was 1.23±0.53 eggs per parasitized *** the total host eggs,54%were *** the incubation stage,20 nests(47%)were abandoned because of egg punctures by shiny cowbirds *** two parasitic fledglings were recorded,while the remaining nestlings either died from starvation(n=12)or predation(n=3).Foster parents abandoned parasitic nestlings between 5 and 10 days *** findings demonstrate that the shiny cowbird has very low rates of fledging success when parasitizing black-backed water ***,parasitism had a high reproductive cost in the black-backed water tyrant because a very low proportion(7%)of the parasitized nests(n=43)were successful.

Detailed sedimentological analysis of the Pokaran Boulder Bed,representing the most basal unit of the Neoproterozoic-lower Cambrian Marwar Supergroup,clearly indicates its glacial *** glacial sediments are interpreted as an ice-contact submarine fan *** on the detrital and inherited zircon population of the Marwar Supergroup sediments and interlayered pyroclastic deposits,a Marinoan cryochron of the Cryogenian Period is envisaged for the Pokaran Boulder *** well-preserved Ediacaran elements in the post-glacial sedimentary succession also support a Cryogenian to Early Cambrian age of the Marwar *** glacial deposition at the base of the Marwar Supergroup strengthens the regional correlation between the studied sediments with the lesser himalayan Blaini-Krol-Tal sediments and the haqf Supergroup of *** available zircon ages and paleomagnetic data of the Malani Igneous suite,along with the Marinoan glacial deposits,detrital zircon ages,and Ediacaran fossil elements of the Marwar Supergroup add significant information to the Neoproterozoic Earth history.

The NATo agreement STANAG 4569 defines the protection levels for the occupants of logistic and light armored *** Allied Engineering Publication,AEP-55,Volume 2 document outlines the test conditions for underbelly improvised explosive device(IEDs),which must be buried in water-saturated sandy *** use of sandy gravel has some drawbacks,for instance reproducibility,time consumption,and *** paper focuses on the investigation of four alternatives to sandy gravel,which could produce similar specific and cumulative impulses:a concrete pot filled with water,a concrete pot filled with quartz sand,a steel pot without filling and a concrete pot filled with glass spheres(diameter 200μm—300μm)and different water *** impulses are measured with a ring technology developed at the Fraunhofer EMI.A numerical soil model based on the work of Marrs,2014 and Fi serov a,2006 and considering the soil moisture was used to simulate the experiments with glass spheres at different water contents,showing much better agreement with the experiments than the classical laine&Sandvik model,even for high saturation *** results can be used to create new test conditions at original scale that are more cost-effective,more reproducible and simpler to manage in comparison to the current tests carried out with STANAG sandy gravel.

The group standard Pharmacovigilance guidelines for clinical application of Chinese patent medicines for mucosal administration was released on January 16, 2024, on the national group standards information platform by the Institute of Basic Research in Clinical Medicine of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and School and hospital of Stomatology of Peking University, under the centralized management by the China Association of Chinese Medicine. The standard number is T / CACM 1563. 6-2024. It aims to propose key elements and specify technical methods for safety monitoring and reporting, signal identification, risk assessment, and risk control based on the Drug administration law of the People ' s Republic of China (revised in 2019), which establishes normative pharmacovigilance guideline of Chinese patent medicine for mucosal administration that is in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) based on the pharmacovigilance content for clinical application of Chinese patent medicine for mucosal administration. The group standard has been discussed by internal and external experts through multiple rounds of consultation. It serves as a guiding document for stakeholders involved in pharmacovigilance activities, including pharmaceutical license holders, drug manufacturers, medical institutions, research institutes, and pharmaceutical trading enterprises. © 2024 Zhongguo Zhongyi yanjiuyuan. Big data and information and communication technologies can be important to the effectiveness of smart *** on the maximal attention on smart city sustainability,developing data-driven smart cities is newly obtained attention as a vital technology for addressing sustainability ***-time monitoring of pollution allows local authorities to analyze the present traffic condition of cities and make *** to air pollution occurs a main environmental problem in smart city *** effect of the deep learning(Dl)approach quickly increased and penetrated almost every domain,comprising air pollution ***,this article develops a new Coot optimization Algorithm with an Ensemble Deep learning based Air Pollution Prediction(CoAEDl-APP)system for Sustainable Smart *** projected CoAEDl-APP algorithm accurately forecasts the presence of air quality in the sustainable smart city *** achieve this,the CoAEDl-APP technique initially performs a linear scaling normalization(lSN)approach to pre-process the input *** air quality prediction,an ensemble of three Dl models has been involved,namely autoencoder(AE),long short-term memory(lSTM),and deep belief network(DBN).Furthermore,the CoA-based hyperparameter tuning procedure can be designed to adjust the hyperparameter values of the Dl *** simulation outcome of the CoAEDl-APP algorithm was tested on the air quality database,and the outcomes stated the improved performance of the CoAEDl-APP algorithm over other existing systems with maximum accuracy of 98.34%.

This paper investigates the problem of collecting multidimensional data throughout time(i.e.,longitudinal studies)for the fundamental task of frequency estimation under local Differential Privacy(lDP)*** to frequency estimation of a single attribute,the multidimensional aspect demands particular attention to the privacy ***,when collecting user statistics longitudinally,privacy progressively ***,the“multiple”settings in combination(i.e.,many attributes and several collections throughout time)impose several challenges,for which this paper proposes the first solution for frequency estimates under *** tackle these issues,we extend the analysis of three state-of-the-art lDP protocols(Generalized Randomized Response–GRR,optimized Unary Encoding–oUE,and Symmetric Unary Encoding–SUE)for both longitudinal and multidimensional data *** the known literature uses oUE and SUE for two rounds of sanitization(***),i.e.,l-oUE and l-SUE,respectively,we analytically and experimentally show that starting with oUE and then with SUE provides higher data utility(i.e.,l-oSUE).Also,for attributes with small domain sizes,we propose longitudinal GRR(l-GRR),which provides higher utility than the other protocols based on unary ***,we also propose a new solution named Adaptive lDP for longitudinal and Multidimensional FREquency Estimates(AlloMFREE),which randomly samples a single attribute to be sent with the whole privacy budget and adaptively selects the optimal protocol,i.e.,either l-GRR or *** shown in the results,AlloMFREE consistently and considerably outperforms the state-of-the-art l-SUE and l-oUE protocols in the quality of the frequency estimates.
