Well productivity in the Asmari carbonate formation of southwest Iran has decreased in recent years as a result of production *** production rate must be maintained below 1500 STB/day to prevent water *** this study,a gas lift well is modeled using data from one of the producing wells of this *** analysis is performed using lift-gas injection rates and wellhead pressures at different reservoir pressures and water cut conditions to optimize *** aspects are considered to optimize the artificial gas injection rates at different tubing head pressures and water cut *** the lift-gas injection rate from 0.4 MMscf/day to 1 MMscf/day enhances the oil production rate by 37.71%and 43.89%for 10%and 30%water cut conditions,*** injection rates of 5.2 MMscf/day and 5.4 MMscf/day are determined to be economically optimal for 30%water cut with tubing head pressures of 260 psig and 270 psig,respectively.

Background The long-term sequelae of COVId-19 in children and adolescents remain poorly understood and *** systematic review and meta-analysis sought to summarize the risk factors for long COVId in the pediatric *** We searched six databases from January 2020 to May 2023 for observational studies reporting on risk factors for long COVId or persistent symptoms those were present 12 or more weeks post-infection using multivariable regression *** registries,reference lists of included studies,and preprint servers were hand-searched for relevant ***-effects meta-analyses were conducted to pool odds ratios for each risk *** study risk of bias was rated using QUIPS,and the GRAdE framework was used to assess the certainty of evidence for each unique *** Sixteen observational studies(N=46,262)were included,and 19 risk factors were amenable to *** moderate certainty in the evidence,age(per 2-year increase),allergic rhinitis,obesity,previous respiratory diseases,hospitalization,severe acute COVId-19,and symptomatic acute COVId-19 are probably associated with an increased risk of long *** sex,asthma,comorbidity,and heart diseases may be associated with an increased risk of long COVId,and Asian and Black races may be associated with a decreased risk of long *** did not observe any credible subgroup effects for any risk *** The current body of literature presents several compelling risk factors for the development of long COVId in the pediatric *** research is necessary to elucidate the pathophysiology of long COVId.

This study presents a neural network-based model for predicting linear quadratic regulator(LQR)weighting matrices for achieving a target response *** on the expected weighting matrices,the LQR algorithm is used to determine the various responses of the *** responses are determined by numerically analyzing the governing equation of motion using the state-space *** training a neural network,four input parameters are considered:the time history of the ground motion,the percentage reduction in lateral displacement,lateral velocity,and lateral acceleration,Output parameters are LQR weighting *** study the effectiveness of an LQR-based neural network(LQRNN),the actual percentage reduction in the responses obtained from using LQRNN is compared with the target percentage ***,to investigate the efficacy of an active control system using LQRNN,the controlled responses of a system are compared to the corresponding uncontrolled *** trained neural network effectively predicts weighting parameters that can provide a percentage reduction in displacement,velocity,and acceleration close to the target percentage *** on the simulation study,it can be concluded that significant response reductions are observed in the active-controlled system using ***,the LQRNN algorithm can replace conventional LQR control with the use of an active control system.

The purpose of the current investigation was to develop a pharmaceutical equivalent osmotic drug delivery formulation of Paliperidone(PLd)in the form of controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets(CPOT)in order to keep the drug's steady state concentration in the *** helps to achieve the greatest therapeutic benefit with the fewest side *** the purpose of identifying various formulation attributes,preliminary trials were *** design was used to study the influence of seven input factors namely drug to polymer ratio,polymer 1(HPMC K100 M)to polymer 2(HPMC K15M),drug to total osmogens,coating level,amount of pore former,concentration of ethyl cellulose and amount of plasticizer on dependent variable similarity factor(f2).Utilizing the Minitab 17,data analysis was *** similarity factor(f2)was computed using the osmotic tablet reference product INVEGA®.The findings demonstrate that each of the seven independent variables significantly affects the similarity *** optimized batch,both core and coated tablets showed acceptable pharmaco-technical *** release profile of the optimized batch tablets was found to be similar to that of reference product with good zero-order release *** release was observed through the channels formed by in-situ pores on tablet surface performed using *** the results it can be concluded that prepared CPOT of PLd was found pharmaceutical equivalent with commercial product which is cost effective and fully compliance with cGMP.

A novel double side friction stir Z shape lap-butt welding(dS-FSZW)process was proposed to achieve excellent mechanical properties of Al/Cu medium-thick dissimilar *** influence of welding parameters on weld microstructure and properties of dS-FSZW joint were systematically *** indicated that defect-free medium-thick Al/Cu dS-FSZW joint could be achieved under an optimal welding ***-FSZW joint was prone to form void defects in the bottom of the second-pass *** recrystallization mechanisms at the top and middle of the weld nugget zone(WNZ)were continuous dynamic recrystallization(CdRX)and geometric dynamic recrystallization(GdRX).While the major recrystallization mechanism at the bottom of the WNZ was ***-FSZW joint of the optimal welding condition with 850 r/min-400 mm/min was produced with a continuous thin and crack-free IMCs layer at the Al/Cu interface,and the maximum tensile strength of this joint is 160.57 MPa,which is equivalent to 65.54%of pure Cu base ***,the corrosion resistance of Al/Cu dS-FSZW joints also achieved its maximum value at the optimal welding parameter of 850 r/min-400 mm/*** demonstrates that the dS-FSZW process can simultaneously produce medium-thick Al/Cu joints with excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistance.

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)has continued to develop over recent decades with regard to both indications for its use and improvements in *** most common complication is post-ERCP pancreatitis(PEP)with incidence rates being reported at~10%.The exact mechanism of PEP is unknown but is likely multifactorial with papillary edema contributing to the activation of the inflammatory cascade playing an important *** risk factors include patient-related factors(female sex,younger age,sphincter of Oddi dysfunction,and history of PEP)and procedure-related factors(difficult cannulation,multiple pancreatic duct guidewire passes,pancreatic acinarization,multiple pancreatic duct contrast injections,and precut sphincterotomy).Several preventative prophylactic strategies have been posited;however,current guidelines recommend the use of rectal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIds),aggressive intravenous(IV)fluid hydration,and pancreatic duct *** patient selection and the use of noninvasive imaging modalities for diagnosis of pancreaticobiliary abnormalities is a key aspect in *** studies continue to explore various pharmacologic,procedure-related,and combination strategies for prevention and will be important as the use of ERCP continues to grow.

A new type of symmetry,ren-symmetry,describing anyon physics and corresponding topological physics,is ***-symmetry is a generalization of super-symmetry which is widely applied in super-symmetric physics such as super-symmetric quantum mechanics,super-symmetric gravity,super-symmetric string theory,super-symmetric integrable systems and so *** and Grassmann numbers are,in some sense,dual conceptions,and it turns out that these conceptions coincide for the ren situation,that is,a similar conception of ren-number(R-number)is devised for *** particular,some basic results of the R-number and ren-symmetry are exposed which allow one to derive,in principle,some new types of integrable systems including ren-integrable models and ren-symmetric integrable *** examples of ren-integrable KdV-type systems and ren-symmetric KdV equations are explicitly given.
