Our previous study found that feeding with Lactobacillus plantarum Ep-M17 could effectively affect the growth performance,immune response,and gut microbiota of Penaeus ***,high temperature and pressure during feed pelletizing is the main problem that can lead to a decrease in the activity of probiotics or cause their *** investigation needs to investigate whether inactivated Ep-M17 can exert similar effects as live ***,we evaluated the effects of inactivated *** Ep-M17 on growth performance,immune response,disease resistance,and gut microbiota in *** show that adding inactivated Ep-M17 to the feed also promoted body weight gain and increased relative immune protection in ***,histological examination revealed that the administration of inactivated Ep-M17 led to improvements in the density and distribution of microvilli in the intestines and enhancements in the abundance of b and R cells in the ***,the inactivated Ep-M17 supplementation resulted in increased activity levels of nutrient immune-related enzymes in both the shrimp hepatopancreas and ***,it stimulated the expression of Lvlec,PEN-3a,Crustin,LGbP,Lysozyme,and proPo genes in both the hepatopancreas and ***,the inactivated Ep-M17 also increased bacterial diversity in the gut of shrimp and promoted the abundance of specific flora,facilitating the host organism’s metabolism and immunity to improve the disease resistance of ***,supplementation of inactivated *** Ep-M17 in shrimp diets can exert similar effects as live *** Ep-M17 effectively improving growth performance,gut microbiota,immune response,and disease resistance in ***.

The formation of tribolayers may play significant influences on fretting *** elevated temperature,the adhesion among wear debris and the increased diffusion rate facilitate the formation of ***,the intensification of oxidation at elevated temperature and the low diffusion rate in oxides may play an adverse *** present study aims to investigate the role of temperature in tribolayers in fretting wear using aγ-TiAl *** electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,Raman spectrometer,transmission electron microscope and nanoindentation were utilized to investigate the wear debris,tribolayers,and wear *** fretting tests showed that,compared with that at room temperature(RT)and 350℃,significant reduction in wear rate and decrease in the fluctuation of friction coefficient occurred at 550 and 750℃.It was further revealed that when temperature raised from room temperature(RT)to 750℃,the oxidation of the wear debris increased slightly and the diffusion coefficients increased prominently,which facilities the formation of well tribo-sintered *** well tribo-sintered tribolayers presented homogenous structure,nanocrystalline grains with excellent mechanical properties,and resulted in the improvement in the fretting wear resistance of theγ-TiAl alloy at 550 and 750℃.

A huge amount of energy is always consumed to separate the ternary azeotropic mixtures by *** heterogeneous azeotropic distillation and the pressure-swing distillation are two kinds of effective technologies to separate heterogeneous azeotropes without entrainer *** give better play to the synergistic energy-saving effect of these two processes,a novel pressure-swing-assisted ternary heterogeneous azeotropic distillation(THAD)process is proposed *** this process,the ternary heterogeneous azeotrope is decanted into two liquid phases before being refluxed into the azeotropic distillation column to avoid the aqueous phase remixing,and three columns'pressures are modified to decrease the flowrates of the recycle *** the dividing wall column and heat integration technologies are introduced to further reduce its energy consumption,and the pressureswing-assisted ternary heterogeneous azeotropic dividing-wall column and its heat integration structure are achieved.A genetic algorithm procedure is used to optimize the proposed *** design results show that the proposed processes have higher energy efficiencies and lower CO_(2)emissions than the published THAD process.

The investigation of the melting behaviors of the molten salt at micron scale during the melting process is critical for explaining the solid-liquid phase transition *** this paper,a novel experimental system and analysis method were proposed to study the melting process with three heating rates in the range of1-10℃/min of the solar salt at micron *** solid-liquid boundary morphology and phase transition kinetics of molten salt particles were focused ***,the correlations between liquid fraction,temperature and time under different heating rates were *** solid-liquid boundary morphology was depicted by the visualized experimental set-up,and the instantaneous liquid volume fraction during the non-isothermal phase transition was ***,the correlation between temperature and liquid volume fraction was proposed to reveal the evolution of the solid-liquid boundary with temperature at different heating ***,the non-isothermal phase transition kinetic equation was established by introducing a constant parameter(V_(a,b)),and more kinetic parameters such as 1g V_(a,b) and-lg V_(a,b)/b were *** results showed that the exponent b is not sensitive to the heating rate with a range of 3-5 for solar salt ***,the heating rate influences the value of V_(a,b) and presents a positive ***,the non-isothermal phase transition kinetic equations at different heating rates in the range of 1-10℃/min can be quickly predicted by the proposed improved experimental test *** study could fill the research insufficiency and provide significant guidance for future research on the solid-liquid transition mechanism of molten salts at micron scale.

Recently,the emerging 2μm waveband has gained increasing interest due to its great potential for a wide scope of *** with the existing optical communication windows at shorter wavelengths,it also offers distinct advantages of lower nonlinear absorption,better fabrication tolerance,and larger free carrier plasma effects for silicon photonics,which has been a proven device *** much progress has been witnessed for silicon photonics at the 2μm waveband,the primary challenge still exists for on-chip *** the maturity and compatibility of the waveguide coupled photodetectors made of germanium,the 2μm regime is far beyond its cutoff *** this work,we demonstrate an efficient and high-speed on-chip waveguidecoupled germanium photodetector operating at the 2μm *** weak sub-bandgap absorption of epitaxial germanium is greatly enhanced by a lateral separation absorption charge multiplication *** detector is fabricated by the standard process offered by a commercial *** device has a benchmark performance with responsivity of 1.05 A/W and 3 db bandwidth of 7.12 GHz,which is able to receive high-speed signals with up to 20 Gbit/s data *** availability of such an efficient and fast on-chip detector circumvents the barriers between silicon photonic integrated circuits and the potential applications at the 2μm waveband.

1-hexene aromatization is a promising technology to convert excess olefin in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)gasoline to high-value benzene(b),toluene(T),and ***,the increasing market demand of xylene has put forward higher requirements for new generation of *** increasing xylene yield in 1-hexene aromatization,the effect of mesopore structure and spatial distribution on product distribution and Zn loading was *** with different mesopore spatial distribution were prepared by post-treatment of parent HZSM-5 zeolite,including NaOH treatment,tetra-propylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH)treatment,and *** was found the evenly distributed mesopore mainly prolongs the catalyst lifetime by enhancing diffusion properties but reduces the aromatics selectivity,as a result of damage of micropores close to the catalyst *** the selectivity of high-value xylene can be highly promoted when the mesopore is mainly distributed interior the ***,the state of loaded Zn was also affected by mesopores spatial *** the optimized catalyst,the xylene selectivity was enhanced by 12.4%compared with conventional Zn-loaded parent HZSM-5 catalyst at conversion over 99%.It was attributed to the synergy effect of mesopores spatial distribution and optimized acid *** work reveals the role of mesopores in different spatial positions of 1-hexene aromatization catalysts in the reaction process and the influence on metal distribution,as well as their synergistic effect two on the improvement of xylene selectivity,which can improve our understanding of catalyst pore structure and be helpful for the rational design of high-efficient catalyst.
