Aqueous Zn-ion batteries （AZIBs） have received considerable attention owing to their various advantages such as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and high ionic ***,they still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth,corrosion,hydrogen evolution reaction （hER） from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocry.t.l layer on the Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving these ***,we propose the use of a perovskite CatiO3（CtO） protective layer on Zn（CtO@Zn） as a promising approach for improving the performance of *** CtO artificial layer provides an efficient pathway for Zn ion diffusion towards the Zn metal because of the high dielectric constant （εr=180） and ferroelectric characteristics that enable the alignment of dipole moments and redistribute the Zn2+ions in the CtO *** avoiding the direct contact of the Zn anode with the electrolyte solution,the uneven dendrite growth,corrosion,parasitic side reactions,and hER are mitigated,while CtO retains its mechanical and ch.m.cal robustness during ***,CtO@Zn demonstrates an improved lifespan in a symmetric cell configuration compared with bare ***@Zn shows steady overpotential （～68 m V） for 1500 h at 1 mA cm-2/0.5 mA h cm-2,excelling bare ***,when paired with the V2O5-C cathode,the CtO@Zn//V2O5-C full battery delivers 148.4 mA h g-1（based on the mass of the cathode） after 300 *** study provides new insights into Zn metal anodes and the development of high-performance AZIBs.

Carbide nucleation, growth and trapping behavior in directionally solidified mAR-m247 LC alloy and the corresponding mechanism have been investigated. Carbide forming element enrichment controls the carbide nucleation and the carbide growth behavior. If the carbide forming element enrichment and the nucleation sites are suitable, carbide nucleation can occur both above and below the liquids temperature. heterogeneous carbide nucleation is the preferred nucleation mechanism at low carbide forming element enrichment. Carbide growth occurs mainly at inter-secondary gamma dendrite arm area and lower part of the mushy zone. the carbides are subsequently.t.apped at these positions after growing to a certain size. Some carbides are only partially.t.apped by.t.e solid-liquid interface and the carbide growth accelerates after being partially.t.apped. A critical growth rate exists between 2 multiplied by 10** minus **6 m/s and 5 multiplied by 10** minus **6 m/s. the carbide volume fraction decreases in the directionally solidified part at slow growth rate which is caused by.t.e lack of suitable growth site and the low trapping ability of the solid-liquid interface. A multi-bit antifuse-type one-time programmable （OtP） memory is designed, which has a smaller area and a shorter programming time compared with the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OtP memory. While the conventional antifuse-type OtP memory can store a bit per cell, a proposed OtP memory can store two consecutive bits per cell through a data compression technique. the 1 kbit OtP memory designed with.m.gnachip 0.18 μm CmOS （complementary metal-oxide semiconductor） process is 34% smaller than the conventional single-bit antifuse-type OtP memory since the sizes of cell array and row decoder are reduced. And the programming time of the proposed OtP memory is nearly 50% smaller than that of the conventional counterpart since two consecutive bytes can be compressed and programmed into eight OtP cells at once. the layout area is 214 μm× 327 μ,, and the read current is simulated to be 30.4 μA.

the effects of roughness geometries and relative roughness height at the slip flow regime to investigate the thermal and hydraulic performances of microchannel have been considered in the present article using a thermal Lattice Boltzmann method(tLBm).A two dimensional 9-bit(D2Q9)single relaxation time(SRt)model is used to simulate this *** micro-flows,the local density variation is still relatively small,but the total density changes,therefore,in order to account this density variation and its effect on the kinematic viscosityν,a new relaxation time proposed by Niu et al.[13]is *** roughness geometry is modeled as a series of square and circular riblets with a relative roughness height from 0%to 10%of the channel *** friction coefficients in terms of Poiseuille number(Pn)and the dimensionless heat transfer rate in terms of Nusselt number(Nu)have been discussed in order to analyze the roughness *** thermal-hydraulic performance(η)is calculated considering the simultaneous effects of thermal and fluid friction(pressure drop)at the slip flow regime at Knudsen number,Kn,ranging from 0.01 to 0.10 with other controlling parameters for both kind of *** results have been compared with previous published works and it is found to be in very good agreement.

A power management unit （PmU） chip supplying dual panel supply voltage, which has a low electro-magnetic interference （EmI） characteristic and is favorable for miniaturization, is designed. A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply.t. reduce the layout area. the PmU chip is designed with.m.gnaChip＇s 0.25 μ high-voltage process. the driving currents of ELVDD and ELVSS are more than 50 mA when a SPICE simulation is done.

In order to improve and stabilize the magnetic properties of nanocomposite Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe magnetic alloys by a compositional adjustment, small amount of Dy and/or Co was added to Nd9Fe84B7 alloys. DtA analysis on the amorphous of the alloys took place as the soft magnetic phases were cry.t.llized, and then the hard magnetic Nd2Fe14B was precipitated from th.m. While α-Fe and a metastable 1:7 (tbCu7-type) phase were formed simultaneously in Dy and Co-free alloys, they were cry.t.llized separately at different temperatures after Dy or Co was added. this phase separation occurred more clearly in the Dy.t.eated alloys and the other soft magnetic phase Fe3B was also stabilized by Dy and/or Co. the 1: 7 phase that was stabilized by Dy and/or Co was not eliminated at 700 ℃, decreasing magnetic properties of the alloys. It was eventually disappeared above 725 ℃, but Fe3B was not eliminated even at 750 ℃ when Dy was added more than 0.5 at% or Co was added more than 2.0 at%. Amount of Nd2Fe14B in the alloys tended to increase as Dy addition increased,whereas Co addition did not lead to any appreciable change in the ratio of α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B. moreover, Dy addition apparently increased coercivity of an alloy while Co addition had a beneficial effect on remanence. the grains in the Dytreated alloys were usually finer than those in the Co-treated alloys. the grain size of both α-Fe and Nd2Fe14B in the alloys exhibiting mr ≥ 0.72 was in the range of 20 ～ 40 nm or even larger 50 nm, which is larger than the theoretical optimum size ( ～ 10 nm). typical magnetic properties obtained from a Nd7.5Dy1.5Fe82.5Co1.5B7 alloy annealed for 12 min at 725 ℃were ihc=4.85 kOe, Br= 11.32 kG, (Bh.m.x = 15.73 mGOe, and mr=0.73.

A feature extraction and fusion algorithm was constructed by combining principal component analysis(PCA) and linear discriminant analysis(LDA) to detect a fault state of the induction *** yielding a feature vector with PCA and LDA from current signal that was measured by an experiment,the reference data were used to produce matching *** a diagnostic step,two matching values that were obtained by PCA and LDA,respectively,were combined by probability model,and a faulted signal was finally *** the proposed diagnosis algorithm brings only merits of PCA and LDA into relief,it shows excellent performance under the noisy *** simulation was executed under various noisy conditions in order to demonstrate the suitability of the proposed algorithm and showed more excellent performance than the case just using conventional PCA or LDA.

the hydration of quick lime and the sulfation of hydrated lime were carried out for verification of relationship between the reactivity of quick lime and the properties of hydrated lime as a sorbent. the effect of reactivity of quick lime was investigated with the change of calcination temperature and time. Results obtained showed that the temperature rise during the hydration of quick limes varied from 31 to 69℃ with the variation of calcination temperature and time. the specific surface area and the sulfation ability of hydrated lime prepared by hydration of quick lime showed a proportional relationship with the reactivity of quick lime. the hydrated lime which was prepared by hydration of quick lime calcined at 1100℃ had the highest reactivity and showed 41.53 m^2/g of the specific surface area, 0.16 cm^3/g of the pore volume and 87% of the removal efficiency for SO2 removal,

this paper is to represent new algorithms to predict process parameters on top-bead width in robotic gas metal arc（GmA） welding *** models have been developed：linear, curvilinear and intelligent model based on full factorial design with two *** analysis was employed for optimization of the coefficients of linear and curvilinear models, while genetic algorithm（GA） was utilized to estimate the coefficients of an intelligent *** only.t.e fitting of these models were checked and compared by using a variance test（ANOVA）, but also the prediction on top-bead width using the developed models were carried out based on the additional *** developed models were employed to investigate the characteristic between process parameters and top-bead *** solutions and graphical representation showed that the intelligent model developed can be employed for prediction of bead geometry in GmA welding process.
