For the high end-to-end channel capacity, the amplify-and-forward scheme multiple-hop MIMO relays system is considered. The distance between each transceiver is optimized to prevent some relays from being the bottleneck and guarantee the high end-to-end channel capacity. However, in some cases, the location of relays can’t be set at the desired location, the transmit power of each relay should be optimized. Additionally, in order to achieve the higher end-to-end channel capacity, the distance and the transmit power are optimized simultaneously. We propose the Markov Chain Monte Carlo method to optimize both the distance and the transmit power in complex propagation environments. Moreover, when the system has no control over transmission of each relay, the interference signal is presented and the performance of system is deteriorated. The general protocol of control transmission for each relay on the MAC layer is analyzed and compared to the Carrier Sense Multiple Access-Collision Avoidance protocol. According to the number of relays, the Mac layer protocol for the highest end-to-end channel capacity is changed. We also analyze the end-to-end channel capacity when the number of antennas and relays tends to infinity.

Small bowel adenocarcinoma (SBA) in patients with Crohn’s disease (CD) is quite rare, difficult to diagnose without surgery, and has a poor prognosis. Here, we report a 48-year-old man with SBA and a 21-year history of CD who was diagnosed by a combination of positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) and double-balloon enteroscopy (DBE). Since the age of 27 years, the patient had been treated for ileal CD and was referred to our hospital with persistent melena. Multiple hepatic tumors were found by CT. PET/CT detected an accumulation spot in the small bowel. DBE revealed an ulcerative tumor in the ileum about 100 cm from the ileocecal valve. An endoscopic forceps biopsy specimen showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. There were some longitudinal ulcer scars near the tumor, and the chronic inflammation inthe small bowel appeared to be associated with the cancer development. Previous reports suggest the risk of SBA in patients with CD is higher than in the overall population. Since early diagnosis is extremely difficult in these cases, novel techniques, such as PET/CT and DBE, may be expected to help in making a preoperative diagnosis of the development of SBA in CD.

AIM- To investigate the reduction of cell viability in human hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） cell lines induced by inhibition of nuclear factor kB （NFkB）. METIIOI）S： HLE, SKHep1, and HepG2 were incubated and E3330 was used to compare the stimulation of some chemotherapeutic drugs with that of TNF family, Fas ligand, TNF（x and TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand （TRAIL） at the point of the reduction of cell viability by inhibiting NFkB. RESULTS： E3330 decreased NFKB levels in HLE cells stimulated by TNF and TRAIL. The cytotoxicity of the combination of TRAIL, TNFa, Fas ligand, and E3330 increased synergistically in a dose-dependent manner compared to either E3330 alone in all HCC cell lines by MTT assay. However, the combination of some chemotherapeutic drugs and E3330 did not decrease the cell viability. CONCLUSION： Inhibition of NFd3 sensitizes human HCC cell lines to TNF-mediated apoptosis including TRAIL, and TRAIL-based tumor therapy might be a powerful potential therapeutic tool in the treatment of human HCC.

Primary cardiac epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is extremely uncommon. To our knowledge, only fourteen cases have been reported. We report a case of a primary EHE of the right atrium which incidentally detected in 77-year-old woman. Echocardiograhpy revealed a 26 × 16 mm right atrial mass attached to the base of the interatrial septum and moderate regurgitation of the tricuspid valve. The tumor and stalk were completely resected from the interatrial septum with a partial resection of the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve. The patient had an uneventful postoperative course and no signs of recurrence nor metastasis of EHE 4 years after operation. Because of malignant potential of EHE, a longer period of close follow up is necessary.

＜正＞This paper aims to analyze the stability of elliptic tunnel generally,to make clear the relations between stability and various physical values of ground and support,and to propose the preliminary design *** analytical solution of stress and displacement around elliptic tunnel was derived using Airy’s stress function on elliptic coordinates represented by complex variable,and the factors which affect the stability of elliptic tunnel were examined by using Von-Mises’ and Drucker-Prager’ s yield criterions. As conclusions,it was shown that safety index of ground around elliptic tunnel in any construction stage is composed of 6 non-dimensional factors and the factors included in the respective yield *** on the analysis of the factors, the stability and the support’s effect were clarified *** the preliminary design method was proposed.

Reduction of dichlorosilanes with Mg metal in the presence of LiCl and Lewis acid such as FeCl2 or ZnCl2 was found to be the highly practical method for the synthesis of polysilanes (PS). This method is so useful and practical that PS can be prepared by stirring dichlorosilanes at room temperature. This method was successfully applied for the synthesis of various types of PS having a linear structure, a cyclic structure and silane-styrene copolymers as another type of PS. The structure of the reaction intermediates was also analyzed. At the initiation stage the results of FD-MS (Field desorption mass spectrometry) and GPC (Gel permeation chromatography) showed that linear oligomers were mainly formed by stepwise reactions, and then the high polymers and cyclic oligomers were formed in parallel.

Upgrading heavy and residual oils into valuable lighter fuels has attracted much attention due to growing worldwide demand for light petroleum product. This study focused on hydrocracking process for atmospheric residue (AR) of Mongolian crude oil in the first time compared to those of other countries. Residue samples were hydrocracked with a commercial catalyst at 450℃, 460℃, 470℃ for 2 hours under hydrogen pressure of 10 MPa. The AR conversion and yield of light fraction (LF) reached to 90.6 wt% and 53.9 wt%, at 470℃ by the hydrocracking for atmospheric residue of Tamsagbulag crude oil (TBAR). In each sample, the yield of MF was the highest at 460℃ temperature, which is valuable lighter fuel product. The polyaromatic, polar hydrocarbons and sulfur compounds were concentrated in the MF and HF because the large amount of light hydrocarbons produced from TBAR as the increasing of the hydrocracking temperature. The content of n-paraffinic hydrocarbons was decreased in HF of TBAR, on effect of hydrocracking temperature. This result suggests the longer molecules of n-paraffin (С20-С32) in HF were reacted better, than middle molecules of n-paraffin (С12-С20) in MF during the hydrocracking reaction. Because the hydrocarbon components of feed crude oils were various, the contents of n-paraffinic hydrocarbons in MF and HF of TBAR and DQAR were similar, but MEAR’s was around 2 times lower and the hydrogen consumption was the highest for the MEAR after hydrocracking.
