研究了噻葸、葸、及17％噻蒽和83％蒽混合物的炭化(525℃)和石墨化(2500℃),噻葸炭化后生成密度较低的非石墨化炭。1200～2500℃热处理时,由于硫的不断逸出,闭气孔率增加,引起密度进一步下降。混合物炭化后生成可石墨化炭,与葸在同样温度下的炭化物具有相同的晶体参数,但与蒽的炭化物相比,混合物的炭化物在热处理过程中密度下降比较明显,硫含量的减小主要发生在1400～1600℃。密度的变化似乎是由于微晶顺序的破坏使得直径小于2000A的开气孔的体积增加而产生的。混合物炭化产物和所报道的高硫石油焦类似,在石墨化过程中产生不可逆膨胀(晶胀)。

用噻蒽和蒽的混合物研究了添加Fe2O3对热处理时硫逸出引起的炭体积膨胀的抑制效果。没有添加剂时,炭的密度大约在1200℃以上时开始减小,并持续到2500℃。伴随此过程硫的含量在1400～1600℃急剧减小,加入Fe2O3后,硫含量在整个实验温度范围内都较高。在1200～1600℃炭的密度稍有增加,而在1600～2500℃,其密度不断减小。1600℃以下,在冷却的反应混合物中检测到硫化铁,这与热处理过程中,铁—硫液相的存在相符合,液相似乎是通过改变硫逸出的机理而影响密度的变化。虽然在更高的温度下,FeS已不明显,但铁化合物的存在似乎有减小膨胀的作用。添加剂Fe2O3不影响晶体的生长和石墨化过程向有序结构的发展。炭密度的减小（有或无添加剂时）可归因于晶体排列的破坏。气孔率的测量表明微孔体积的增加是由于形成了直径小于2000（?）的微孔所致。

利用VPE法可以重复制作有低暗电流和低结电容特点的平面结构InGaAs/InP PIN光电二极管。二极管的偏压/高温寿命试验表明:采用Ti/Pt和Ti/Au金属的P面接触的二极管,在10伏反向偏压和250℃情况下老化5500小时后没有显著的退化。

Dear Editor,Adrenocortical carcinomas and adrenal cysts,including pseudocysts,are uncommon tumors[1,2].No consistent approach to surgery for large adrenal tumors including cysts,has been established,and especially when malignancy is suspected,consideration is still given to the option of *** robot-assisted surgery,we successfully performed the resection of a giant adrenal pseudocyst and a giant adrenocortical carcinoma,as reported previously[3],underlining the advantages of robot-assisted surgery for large adrenal tumors.

Microporous molecular crystals are promising materials because of their designable porosity as well as their resistance to chemical and other ***,we developed microporous molecular cocrystals by taking advantage of the specific interactions between porphyrins and fullerene ***-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that one nickel(II)porphyrin interacts with two fullerene molecules to form a two-dimensional honeycomb network with an eclipsed stacking mode,providing onedimensional void *** the pores were activated by heat treatment or mechanical grinding,the prepared cocrystal can incorporate gas and solvent molecules reversibly while maintaining its ***,it retained its single-crystallinity in the presence of water,acid−base,or high *** findings in this study expand the availability of molecular crystals based on intermolecular interactions as porous materials,which are expected to work under conditions that have not been applicable to other molecule-based porous materials.

Signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (STAT3) play an important role in various autoimmune disorders including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Recent studies have revealed that STAT3 activation plays distinctly different roles between innate immune responses and acquired immune responses in colitis. STAT3-mediated activation of acquired immune re-sponses plays a pathogenic role in colitis by enhancing the survival of pathogenic T cells. In contrast, STAT3-mediated activation of innate responses contributes to the suppression of colitis. This review will summarize the current understanding of the roles of STAT3 in IBD and the potential of targeting STAT3 for the treatment of IBD, emphasizing recent observations.
