Hafnium oxide-based ferroelectrics have been extensively studied because of their existing ferroelectricity,even in ultra-thin film ***,studying the weak response from ultra-thin film requires improved measurement *** general,resonance-enhanced piezoresponse force microscopy(PFM)has been used to characterize ferroelectricity by fitting a simple harmonic oscillation model with the resonance ***,an iterative approach,such as traditional least squares(LS)fitting,is sensitive to noise and can result in the misunderstanding of weak *** this study,we developed the deep neural network(DNN)hybrid with deep denoising autoencoder(DDA)and principal component analysis(PCA)to extract resonance *** DDA/PCA-DNN improves the PFM sensitivity down to 0.3 pm,allowing measurement of weak piezoresponse with low excitation voltage in 10-nm-thick Hf_(0.5)Zr_(0.5)O_(2) thin *** hybrid approaches could provide more chances to explore the low piezoresponse of the ultra-thin ferroelectrics and could be applied to other microscopic techniques.

In this paper, we introduce an interface for motion editing that visualizes editing procedures. For intuitive understanding and construction of motion editing procedures, our system represents an editing element that produces modified motion from a given input motion as a graphical node, and enables user to construct a whole motion editing procedure by connecting the nodes with a few mouse interactions. The system provides both the 3D transform manipulator and the time-line slider for intuitive controlling of the parameters of each node. The user evaluation results show that our system is easy and intuitive to be used by users for editing of motion sequences.

Tissue-resident immune cells are known to be derived from their circulating precursors and migrate to tissues for host *** studies have revealed heterogeneity in the origin and proliferation properties of macrophages,which are a prototype tissue-resident immune *** tissue-resident macrophages can originate from embryonic and fetal sources and are selfmaintained by continuous local self-renewal.1,2 As accessory cells,tissue-resident macrophages support parenchymal cells(their‘client cells’),and their functions range from tissue development to tissue homeostasis(for example,osteoclasts,lung macrophages,microglia,splenic red-pulp macrophages,and kupffer cells).Although macrophages are known as the major immune cell with tissue-specific functions,new frameworks integrating the functions of other immune cells with the maintenance of tissue homeostasis will be likely established in the near future.

Advancements in sensor technology have significantly enhanced atmospheric ***,metal oxide and carbon(MO_(x)/C)hybrids have gained attention for their exceptional sensitivity and room-temperature sensing ***,previous methods of synthesizing MO_(x)/C composites suffer from problems,including inhomogeneity,aggregation,and challenges in ***,we introduce a refined method that employs a metal–organic framework(MOF)as a precursor combined with direct laser *** inherent structure of MOFs ensures a uniform distribution of metal ions and organic linkers,yielding homogeneous MO_(x)/C *** laser processing facilitates precise micropatterning(ypical photolithography)of the MO_(x)/C *** optimized MOF-derived MO_(x)/C sensor rapidly detected ethanol gas even at room temperature(105 and 18 s for response and recovery,respectively),with a broad range of sensing performance from 170 to 3,400 ppm and a high response value of up to 3,500%.Additionally,this sensor exhibited enhanced stability and thermal resilience compared to previous MOF-based *** research opens up promising avenues for practical applications in MOF-derived sensing devices.

1D-CNN:Speech Emotion Recognition System Using a Stacked Network with Dilated CNN Features

Emotion recognition from speech data is an active and emerging area of research that plays an important role in numerous applications,such as robotics,virtual reality,behavior assessments,and emergency call ***,researchers have developed many techniques in this field in order to ensure an improvement in the accuracy by utilizing several deep learning approaches,but the recognition rate is still not *** main aim is to develop a new technique that increases the recognition rate with reasonable cost *** this paper,we suggested a new technique,which is a one-dimensional dilated convolutional neural network(1D-DCNN)for speech emotion recognition(SER)that utilizes the hierarchical features learning blocks(HFLBs)with a bi-directional gated recurrent unit(BiGRU).We designed a one-dimensional CNN network to enhance the speech signals,which uses a spectral analysis,and to extract the hidden patterns from the speech signals that are fed into a stacked one-dimensional dilated network that are called *** HFLB contains one dilated convolution layer(DCL),one batch normalization(BN),and one leaky_relu(Relu)layer in order to extract the emotional features using a hieratical correlation ***,the learned emotional features are feed into a BiGRU in order to adjust the global weights and to recognize the temporal *** final state of the deep BiGRU is passed from a softmax classifier in order to produce the probabilities of the *** proposed model was evaluated over three benchmarked datasets that included the IEMOCAP,EMO-DB,and RAVDESS,which achieved 72.75%,91.14%,and 78.01%accuracy,respectively.

In this paper, the problem of stability analysis for neural networks with time-varying delays is considered. By constructing a new augmented Lyapunov-krasovskii＇s functional and some novel analysis techniques, improved delaydependent criteria for checking the stability of the neural networks are established. The proposed criteria are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） which can be easily solved and checked by various convex optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are included to show the superiority of our results.

A recent study has identified a surprising metabolic connection between the gut microbiota and intratumoral neutrophils that impairs the oxidative stress adaptation response to chemotherapy in pancreatic cancer.1 This finding suggests that a microbiota metabolite might be used as an additive in improving chemotherapeutic efficacy for cancer patients.

The effect of channel-width chirping on near- and far-field intensity patterns of the six supermodes was investigated. The supermode discrimination was evaluated in various channel-chirped index guided laser arrays. The results show that the linearly channel-chirped laser array has very good supermode discrimination which is better than that of a uniform laser array, the V channel-chirped laser array has the smallest radiation angle of the fundamental supermode among the calculated arrays, and the asymmetrically V channel-chirped array has a very small radiation angle of the fundamental supermode, which is smaller than that of the uniform array and also allows for very good fundamental supermode discrimination against the higher-order supermodes, which is better than that of the V channel-chirped laser array.

The concentration and speciation of heavy metals in soil solution isolated from long-term contaminated soils were investigated. The soil solution was extracted at 70% maximum water holding capacity （MWHC） after equilibration for 24 h. The free metal concentrations （Cd^2＋, Cu^2＋, Pb^2＋, and Zn^2＋） in soil solution were determined using the Donnan membrane technique （DMT）. Initially the DMT was validated using artificial solutions where the percentage of free metal ions were significantly correlated with the percentages predicted using MINTEQA2. However, there was a significant difference between the absolute free ion concentrations predicted by MINTEQA2 and the values determined by the DMT. This was due to the significant metal adsorption onto the cation exchange membrane used in the DMT with 20%, 28%, 44%, and 8% mass loss of the initial total concentration of Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn in solution, respectively. This could result in a significant error in the determination of free metal ions when using DMT if no allowance for membrane cation adsorption was made. Relative to the total soluble metal concentrations the amounts of free Cd^2＋（3%-52%） and Zn^2＋（11%-72%） in soil solutions were generally higher than those of Cu^2＋（0.2%-30%） and Pb^2＋（0.6%-10%）. Among the key soil solution properties, dissolved heavy metal concentrations were the most significant factor governing free metal ion concentrations. Soil solution pH showed only a weak relationship with free metal ion partitioning coefficients （kp） and dissolved organic carbon did not show any significant influence on kp.
