High-voltage and fast-charging LiCoO_(2)(LCO)is key to high-energy/power-density Li-ion ***,unstable surface structure and unfavorable electronic/ionic conductivity severely hinder its high-voltage fast-charging ***,we construct a Li/Na-B-Mg-Si-O-f-rich mixed ion/electron interface network on the 4.65 V LCO electrode to enhance its rate capability and long-term cycling ***,the resulting artificial hybrid conductive network enhances the reversible conversion of Co^(3+)/^(4+)/O_(2)/nredox by the interfacial ion–electron cooperation and suppresses interface side reactions,inducing an ultrathin yet compact cathode electrolyte ***,the derived near-surface Na+/Mg2+/Si^(4+)-pillared local intercalation structure greatly promotes the Li^(+)diffusion around the 4.55 V phase transition and stabilizes the cathode ***,excellent 3 C(1 C=274 mA g1)fast charging performance is demonstrated with 73.8%capacity retention over 1000 *** findings shed new insights to the fundamental mechanism of interfacial ion/electron synergy in stabilizing and enhancing fast-charging cathode materials.

Process and performance of DAAf microspheres prepared by continuous integration from synthesis to spherical coating based on microfluidic system

In order to improve the energy output consistency of 3, 3’-diamino-4, 4’-azoxyfurazan(DAAf) in the new insensitive booster and the safety and efficiency in the preparation process, a continuous preparation system of DAAf from synthesis to spherical coating was designed and established in this paper, which combined ultrasonic micromixing reaction with microdroplet globular template. In the rapid micromixing stage, the microfluidic mixing technology with ultrasonic was used to synergistically strengthen the uniform and rapid mass transfer mixing reaction between raw materials to ensure the uniformity of DAAf particle nucleation-growth, and to prepare high-quality DAAf crystals with uniform structure and morphology and concentrated particle size distribution. In the microdroplet globular template stage, the microfluidic droplet technology was used to form a droplet globular template with uniform size under the shear action of the continuous phase of the dispersed phase solution containing DAAf particles and binder. The size of the droplet template was controlled by adjusting the flow rate ratio between the continuous phase and the dispersed phase. In the droplet globular template, with the diffusion of the solvent in the dispersed phase droplets, the binder precipitates to coat the DAAf into a ball, forming a DAAf microsphere with high sphericity, narrow particle size distribution and good monodispersity. The problem of discontinuity and DAAf particle suspension in the process was solved, and the coating theory under this process was studied. DAAf was coated with different binder formulations of fluororubber(f2604), nitrocellulose(NC) and NC/glycidyl azide polymer(GAP), and the process verification and evaluation of the system were carried out. We report the ultrafast optical pump-probe spectroscopy measurements on the single-crystal cerium *** experimental results of temperature-dependent quasiparticle dynamics reveal development of the hybridization between localized f moments and conduction electrons,i.e.,evolving from fluctuating hybridization to collective *** phonon renormalization is discovered to appear at the emerging temperature(T^(+))of fluctuating hybridization apart from its known presence at the coherent temperature(T^(*)),and can hardly be explained by the mean-field *** quasiparticle relaxation at high temperatures indicates coexistence of nonthermal electron-electron scattering and inelastic Kondo scattering,while its behavior at low temperatures suggests onset ofαphase in theγ-phase dominated *** also extract the indirect gap below T^(*),representing the appearance of collective *** findings provide novel information about the hybridization and phase evolution in the heavy fermion systems.

Die filling is a critical stage during powder compaction,which can significantly affect the product quality and *** this paper,a forced feeder is introduced attempting to improve the filling performance of a lab-scale die filling *** die filling process is analysed with a graphics processing units(GPU)enhanced discrete element method(DEM).Various stirrer designs are assessed for a wide range of process settings(i.e.,stirrer speed,filling speed)to explore their influence on the die filling performance of free-flowing *** results show that die filing with the novel helical-ribbon(i.e.,type D)stirrer design exhibits the highest filling ratio,implying that it is the most robust stirrer design for the feeder configuration ***,die filling performance with the type D stirrer design is a function of the stirrer speed and the filling speed.A positive variation of filling ratio(ηf>0%)can be ensured over the whole range of filling speed by adjusting the stirrer speed(i.e.,increasing the stirrer speed).The approach used in this study can not only help understand how the stirrer design affects the die filling performance but also guide the optimization of feeder system and process settings.

Dynamic fluorescent materials play a crucial role in secure inks for data encryption;however,they are still plagued by issues such as photodegradation,poor latency,and susceptibility to unauthorized ***,we propose a photochemically modulated dynamic fluorescent encryption system based on^(1)O_(2)sensitization of fluorescent composites,comprising a^(1)O_(2)-sensitive fluorophore(f2)and non-emissive *** UV irradiation,in-situ generated^(1)O_(2)from the polymer effectively binds with f2 to form endoperoxides(f2EPO),resulting in a significant redshift in emission,up to 150 ***^(1)O_(2)concentration is closely related to the irradiation time,rendering different fluorescent colors in a time-gated ***,the emission of f2EPO can be regulated by polymer chemical structure,molecular weight,and crosslinking *** on these merits,we develop a dynamic data encryption method with various non-emissive polymers as the data storage media,UV light irradiation as the data encoder,and f2 as the data *** light irradiation of diverse polymer solutions generates^(1)O_(2)at different concentrations,effectively encoding the data,which remains invisible under both UV and natural *** addition of f2 to these irradiated polymer solutions produces different redshifted fluorescence,enabling secure data *** to the non-emissive nature of the polymers,time-gated readout fashion,excellent latency of^(1)O_(2),and subtle interactions between^(1)O_(2)and f2,this data encryption is nearly *** work offers an advantage data encryption approach beyond the reach of conventional fluorophores.

The rapid development of portable and wearable electronic devices is responding to the urgent demand for high-efficiency flexible energy storage *** supercapacitors,showing long cycle life,high power density,and good safety,are considered ideal ***,the relatively low energy density restricts their practical *** a large dielectric constant of 18-46,Ta_(2)O_(5)-based materials typically exhibit excellent electron-binding ability,which is critical for enhancing the energy density of *** this work,the free-standingβ-Ta_(2)O_(5)/single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)composite film was prepared,with a highβ-Ta_(2)O_(5)loading of over 70%.By anchoringβ-Ta_(2)O_(5)nanoparticles onto the surface of SWCNTs,the system’s flexibility and conductivity were significantly enhanced,which also facilitated the intercalation electrodynamics of metal *** a result,the flexibleβ-Ta_(2)O_(5)/SWCNTs film exhibits excellent Li-ion storage performance,with a high volumetric specific capacitance of 392.3 f cm^(-3)at the scan rate of 10 mV s^(-1)and 198.9 f cm^(-3)at 500 mV s^(-1).In addition,the asymmetric device,assembled by theβ-Ta_(2)O_(5)/SWCNTs and activated carbon films,shows a high energy density of 45.5 Wh kg^(-1)at the power density of 10.8 kW kg^(-1).This technique opens up a new avenue for improving the energy density and rate performance of flexible supercapacitors.

Rare earth(RE)ions,with abundant 4f energy level and unique electronic arrangement,are considered as substitutes for Pb^(2+)in perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs),allowing for partial or complete replacement of lead and minimizing environmental *** review provides a comprehensive overview of the characteristics of RE-doped PNCs,including up-conversion luminescence,down-conversion luminescence,and quantum confinement effects,***,RE doping has been found to effectively suppress defect formation,reduce nonradiative recombination,enhance photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQy),and even allow for controlling over the morphology of the *** review also highlights the recent advancements in lead-free RE-based perovskites,especially in the case of Eu-based perovskites(CsEuBr_(3) and CsEuCl_(3)).furthermore,it briefly introduces the applications of PNCs in various fields,such as perovskite solar cells(PSCs),luminescent solar concentrators(LSCs),photodetectors(PDs),and light-emitting diodes(LEDs).A systematic discussion on the luminescence mechanisms of RE-doped PNCs and lead-free RE-based perovskites is provided,along with an outlook on future research *** ultimate goal of this review is to provide guidance for the development of RE-based perovskite optoelectronic devices.

Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)is a globally important oil *** blotch is one of the most important foliar diseases affecting peanut,which results in serious yield losses *** web blotch-resistant peanut varieties is the most effective and economically viable method for minimizing yield losses due to web *** the current study,a bulked segregant analysis with next-generation sequencing was used to analyze an f2:3 segregating population and identify candidate loci related to web blotch *** on the fine-mapping of the candidate genomic interval using kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)markers,we identified a novel web blotch resistance-related locus spanning approximately 169 kb on chromosome *** region included four annotated genes,of which only Arahy.35VVQ3 had a non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism in the coding region between the two *** markers(Chr.16.12872635 and Chr.16.12966357)linked to this gene were shown to be co-segregated with the resistance of peanut web blotch by 72 randomly selected recombinant inbred lines(RIL),which could be used in marker-assisted breeding of resistant peanut varieties.

Molecular oxygen abundance is a key parameter in understanding the chemical network of the interstellar *** estimate the molecular oxygen column density and abundance for a sample of Galactic massive star formation regions based on observations from the Submillimiter Wave Astronomy Satellite(SWAS)*** obtained an averaged O_(2)spectrum based on this sample using the(SWAS)survey data(O_(2),487.249 GHz,N=3-1,J=3-2).No emission or absorption feature is seen around the supposed central velocity with a total integration time of t_(total)=8.67×10^(3)hr and an rms noise per channel of 1.45 m *** a kinetic temperature T_(kin)=30 K,we derive the 3σupper limit of the O_(2)column density to be 3.3×10^(15)cm^(-2),close to the lowest values reported in Galactic massive star formation regions in previous *** corresponding O_(2)abundance upper limit is6.7×10^(-8),lower than all previous results based on SWAS observations and is close to the lowest reported value in massive star formation *** a galactic scale,our statistical results confirm a generally low O_(2)abundance for Galactic massive star formation *** abundance is also lower than results reported in extragalactic sources.

The strategic selection of appropriate preparation methods and binder strategies is crucial for enhancing the particle and combustion performance of pyrotechnic delay compositions (PDCs). This study, utilizing droplet microfluidics technology (DMT) and micron-scale raw materials, prepared spherical B/Pb 3 O 4 composite particles with varying concentrations of fluorine rubber (f 2604 ). The morphology, specific surface area, bulk density, flowability, friction sensitivity, thermal decomposition, and combustion performance of these microspheres were characterized. The results indicate that as the binder content increases, the particle size of the microspheres first decreases and then increases, the specific surface area decreases, and the bulk density increases, correlating with tighter binding of the reactant powders by the binder. furthermore, tighter powder-to-powder binding results in a progressive decrease in the thermal decomposition peak temperature of the samples (from 404.2 degrees C to 346.4 degrees C). Additionally, increased binder content reduces the friction sensitivity and combustion rate of the samples, which is attributed to the energy absorption properties of the binder. Compared to the control group, the microsphere samples exhibit significantly enhanced bulk density, flowability, friction safety, and combustion delay precision, potentially improving the reliability of PDCs in ignition sequences.
