Wheat cultivar Zhongmai 895 was earlier found to carry yR86 in an 11.6 Mb recombination-suppressed region on chromosome 2AL when crossed with yangmai *** fine-map the yR86 locus,we developed two large f2 populations from crosses Emai 580/Zhongmai 895 and Avocet S/Zhongmai ***,both populations exhibited suppressed recombination in the same 2AL *** analysis across Chinese Spring,Aikang 58,and 10+wheat genomes revealed a 4.1 Mb chromosomal inversion spanning 708.5-712.6 Mb in the Chinese Spring reference *** markers were developed in the breakpoint and were used to assess a wheat cultivar panel,revealing that Chinese Spring,Zhongmai 895,and Jimai 22 shared a common sequence named InvCS,whereas Aikang 58,yangmai 16,Emai 580,and Avocet S shared the sequence named *** inverted configuration explained the suppressed recombination observed in all three bi-parental *** recombination was observed in a Jimai 22/Zhongmai 895 f2 population,facilitating mapping of yR86 to a genetic interval of 0.15 cM corresponding to 710.27-712.56 Mb falling within the inverted ***-three high-confidence genes were annotated in the interval using the Chinese Spring reference genome,with six identified as potential candidates for yR86 based on genome and transcriptome *** results will accelerate map-based cloning of yR86 and its deployment in wheat breeding.

To address fixed-time consensus problems of a class of leader-follower second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems with uncertain external disturbances,the event-triggered fixed-time consensus protocol is ***,the virtual velocity is designed based on the backstepping control method to achieve the system consensus and the bound on convergence time only depending on the system ***,an event-triggered mechanism is presented to solve the problem of frequent communication between agents,and triggered condition based on state information is given for each *** is available to save communication resources,and the Zeno behaviors are ***,the delay and switching topologies of the system are also ***,the system stabilization is analyzed by Lyapunov stability ***,simulation results demonstrate the validity of the presented method.

Theoretical probe into universal tetrad effect for complexation discrepancy between lanthanide elements and organophosphoric extractant diethyl phosphoric acid

The deep understanding of 4f-correlated electron motion behavior is experimentally limited due to similar physicochemical properties of rare earth elements(REEs).While the solvent extraction behavior originating from the continuous occupation of 4f electrons along the lanthanide family provides a particular platform to probe the 4f electrons motion behavior and its correlations to their versatile ***,the complexation between REEs and the prototypical extractant of diethyl phosphoric acid(DEP)was substantially studied based on quantum mechanical *** results firstly show that the average bond lengths between Ln and six coordinated oxygen atoms are consistent with lanthanide contraction phenomenon,and gadolinium break effect is also obviously ***,the"tetrad effect"is figured out based on the subtle discrepancy of 4f electrons occupation,namely La-Nd,Sm-Eu,Gd-Dy and ***,the main composition is 4f5d6p for La-Nd,while the discrepancy is due to the increasing electrons in the 5d shell,while it is 4f5d for *** Gd-Dy,their 4f orbitals accept little electrons and the donating electrons flow into 6s5d subshells due to the half-filled stability and the enhancement of shielding *** electrons donate into 5d6p subshells due to multiply electrons occupation of 4f orbitals for *** detailed analyses obviously clarify the"tetrad effect"along the lanthanide family due to the different variation of 4f orbital *** is expected that these microscopic understandings provide important guidance for the separation of REEs and the design of new extractants.

Bifunctional TiO_(2-x)nanofibers enhanced gel polymer electrolyte for high performance lithium metal batteries

Exploration of advanced gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)represents a viable strategy for mitigating dendritic lithium(Li)growth,which is crucial in ensuring the safe operation of high energy density Li metal batteries(LMBs).Despite this,the application of GPEs is still hindered by inadequate ionic conductivity,low Li^(+)transference number,and subpar physicochemical ***,Ti O_(2-x)nanofibers(Nf)with oxygen vacancy defects were synthesized by a one-step process as inorganic fillers to enhance the thermal/mechanical/ionic-transportation performances of composite *** characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal that the oxygen vacancies on the surface of Ti O_(2-x)Nf accelerate the dissociation of Li Pf_6,promote the rapid transfer of free Li^(+),and influence the formation of Li f-enriched solid electrolyte ***,the composite GPEs demonstrate enhanced ionic conductivity(1.90m S cm^(-1)at room temperature),higher lithium-ion transference number(0.70),wider electrochemical stability window(5.50 V),superior mechanical strength,excellent thermal stability(210℃),and improved compatibility with lithium,resulting in superior cycling stability and rate performance in both Li||Li,Li||Li fe PO_(4),and Li||Li Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)***,the synergistic influence of nanofiber morphology and enriched oxygen vacancy structure of fillers on electrochemical properties of composite GPEs is comprehensively investigated,thus,it is anticipated to shed new light on designing high-performance GPEs LMBs.

Proteo-transcriptomic profiles reveal key regulatory pathways and functions of LDHA in the ovulation of domestic chickens(Gallus gallus)

Background In poultry, the smooth transition of follicles from the preovulatory-to-postovulatory phase impacts egg production in hens and can benefit the poultry industry. However, the regulatory mechanism underlying follicular ovulation in avians is a complex biological process that remains *** Critical biochemical events involved in ovulation in domestic chickens(Gallus gallus) were evaluated by transcriptomics, proteomics, and in vitro assays. Comparative transcriptome analyses of the largest preovulatory follicle(f1) and postovulatory follicle(POf1) in continuous laying(CL) and intermittent laying(IL) chickens indicated the greatest difference between CL_f1 and IL_f1, with 950 differentially expressed genes(DEGs), and the smallest difference between CL_POf1 and IL_POf1, with 14 DEGs. Additionally, data-independent acquisition proteomics revealed 252 differentially abundant proteins between CL_f1 and IL_f1. Perivitelline membrane synthesis, steroid biosynthesis, lysosomes, and oxidative phosphorylation were identified as pivotal pathways contributing to ovulation regulation. In particular, the regulation of zona pellucida sperm-binding protein 3, plasminogen activator, cathepsin A, and lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA) was shown to be essential for ovulation. furthermore, the inhibition of LDHA decreased cell viability and promoted apoptosis of ovarian follicles in *** This study reveals several important biochemical events involved in the process of ovulation, as well as crucial role of LDHA. Bichromatically pumped artificial cnoidal wave breathers in optical microresonators

Breathers are localized structures that undergo a periodic oscillation in their duration and amplitude. Optical microresonators, benefiting from their high-quality factor, provide an ideal test bench for studying breathing phenomena. In a monochromatically pumped microresonator system, intrinsic breathing instabilities are widely observed in the form of temporal dissipative Kerr solitons which only exist in the effectively red-detuned ***, we demonstrate a novel bichromatic pumping scheme to create compulsive breathing microcombs via respectively distributing two pump lasers at the effectively blue-and red-detuned sides of a single *** experimentally discover the artificial cnoidal wave breathers and molecular crystal-like breathers in a photonic chip-based silicon nitride microresonator and theoretically describe their intriguing temporal dynamics based on the bichromatic pumping Lugiato–Lefever equation. In particular, the corresponding breathing microcombs exhibit diverse comb line spacing ranging from 2 to 17 times the free spectral range of the *** discovery not only provides a simple yet robust method to harness microcombs with reconfigurable comb line spacing but also reveals a new class of breathing waves in driven dissipative nonlinear systems.
