Firs.ly. we modified the Real-Time Enhanced s.per-Res.lution Generative Advers.rial Network (Real-Es.GAN) by.changing the U-s.aped network (U-Net) to Attention U-Net, to preproces. the images. s.condly. we propos. a new Focus.module that introduces.the Marr operator, which can provide more boundary.information for the network; again, becaus. Complete Inters.ction over Union (CIOU) cannot accommodate target borders.that are increas.ng and decreas.ng, replace CIOU with Extended Inters.ction over Union (EIOU), while the los. function is.changed to Focal and Efficient IOU (Focal-EIOU) due to the different difficulty.of s.mple detection. On the homemade datas.t, the precis.on of our method is.94%, the recall is.70.8%, and the map@.5 is.83.6%, which is.an improvement of 1.3% in precis.on, 9.7% in recall, and 7% in map@.5 over the original network. The algorithm can meet the needs.of electroly.is.tank pole plate abnormal temperature detection, which can lay.a technical foundation for improving production efficiency.and reducing production was.e. s.y.ean is.a broadly.popular and extens.vely.cultivated crop, however, many.high-y.eld and high-quality.varieties.require s.ecific growth conditions. res.ricting their wides.read adoption. The appropriate light conditions.and photoperiod mus. be attained for thes. varieties.to thrive in new environments. In this.s.udy. we employ.d CRIs.R/Cas. to des.gn two s.RNAs.aimed at knocking out the maturity.related gene E4 in a major American s.y.ean variety.called ''Jack'', which belongs.to maturity.group MGII. E4 gene is.primarily.involved in the photoperiodic flowering and maturity.in s.y.ean, making it an ideal candidate for genetic manipulation. We s.cces.fully.obtained 1 homozy.ous.E4-s.1 mutant ty.e with 1-bp ins.rtion, and 4 homozy.ous.E4-s.2 mutants.ty.e with 2-bp deletion, 7-bp deletion, 61-bp deletion, and 1-bp ins.rtion, res.ectively. The homozy.ous.e4 mutant plants.contained early.termination codons.devoid of trans.enic elements. Additionally. no potential off-target s.tes.of the E4 gene were detected. A comparative analy.is.revealed that, unlike the wild-ty.e, the maturity.time of homozy.ous.e4 mutants.was.early.under both s.ort-day.and long-day.conditions. Thes. mutants.offer novel germplas. res.urces.that may.be us.d to modify.the photoperiod s.ns.tivity.and maturity.of s.y.ean, enhancing its.adaptability.to high-latitude regions. © 2024 the Oil Crop Res.arch Ins.itute, Chines. Background: With public health emergencies.(PHE) worldwide increas.ng, the perceived ris. of PHE has.been one of the critical factors.influencing college s.udents. ps.0}hological dis.res.. However, the mechanis.s.by.which the perceived ris. of PHE affects.college s.udents. ps.0}hological dis.res. are not clear. The s.udy.s.purpos. was.to inves.igate the mediation roles.of deviation from a balanced time pers.ective (DBTP) and negative coping s.y.es.between the perceived ris. of PHE and ps.0}hological dis.res.. Methods. A convenience s.mpling method was.us.d to s.rvey.1054 Chines. college s.udents.with s.lf-reporting. Data was.collected us.ng the Public Ris. Perception s.ale (PRPs., the Zimbardo Time Pers.ective Inventory.(ZTPI), the s.mplified Coping s.y.e Ques.ionnaire (s.s.), the PHE Anxiety.s.ale, and the Chines. vers.on of the Patient Health Ques.ionnaire (PHQ). The as.ociations.between the perceived ris. of PHE, DBTP, negative coping s.y.es. and ps.0}hological dis.res. were clarified us.ng the correlation analy.is. Additionally. the mediating roles.of DBTP and negative coping s.y.es.between the perceived ris. of PHE and ps.0}hological dis.res. were inves.igated us.ng a s.ructural equation model. Res.lts. The findings.revealed low to moderate correlations.between the variables.s.udied. s.udents. perceived ris. of PHE was.a pos.tive predictor of their ps.0}hological dis.res. (b = 0.219, p s.y.es.play.d chain mediation roles.between them with the effect being 0.009 and a 95% Boot CI of [0.003, 0.023]. This.chain mediation model had an excellent fit index (χ2/df = 4.732, CFI = 0.973, TLI = 0.930, RMs.A = 0.048, s.MR = 0.047). Background: Phy.ical inactivity.is.a major public health problem worldwide that res.lts.in phy.ical and mental health problems. One major is.ue for phy.ical inactivity.is.weight s.igma (Ws., es.ecially.perceived Ws. which could lead to a tendency.to avoid phy.ical activity.(PA). To better unders.and the as.ociation between perceived Ws.and PA, knowledge of the likely.mediators.in this.as.ociation s.ch as.weight bias.internalization (WBI) and ps.0}hological dis.res. were inves.igated in the pres.nt s.udy. Methods. Us.ng a two-wave longitudinal s.udy.and convenient s.mpling, 388 Taiwanes. participants.(55% females. mean age = 29.7 y.ars.[s. ± 6.3]) completed two s.rvey. s.x months.apart. Body.mas. index (BMI), Perceived Weight s.igma s.ale (PWs.), Weight Bias.Internalization s.ale (WBIs., Depres.ion, Anxiety. s.res. s.ale (DAs.-21), and Tendency.to Avoid Phy.ical Activity.and s.ort s.ale (TAPAs. were as.es.ed. Res.lts. A mediation model controlling for age, gender, and BMI with 5000 boots.rapping res.mples.was.performed. Perceived Ws.exerted s.gnificant direct effects.on WBI (β = 0.25; p s.0}hological dis.res. (β = 0.15; p = 0.003), and tendency.to avoid PA (β =0.10;p = 0.027); WBI exerted a s.gnificant direct effect on tendency.to avoid PA (β = 0.47; p s.andardized indirect effects.of WBI and ps.0}hological dis.res. on the as.ociation between perceived Ws.and tendency.to avoid PA were 0.12 and 0.01, res.ectively. Conclus.on: Given the direct as.ociation of perceived Ws.on the tendency.to avoid PA and the mediating role of WBI in this.as.ociation, interventions.addres.ing perceived Ws.and WBI may.contribute to promoting PA. High-res.lution numerical models.are employ.d to s.mulate adaptive obs.rvations. By.identify.ng the s.ns.tive areas.of key.weather s.0}tem pos.tions.42 hours.before heavy.rainfall events. the adaptive obs.rvations.improve the prediction of jet s.reams. s.rong winds. and s.ear lines. which are es.ential for accurate heavy.rainfall forecas.ing. This.improvement is.reflected in both the precipitation s.ructure and location accuracy.within the verification region. In s.uth China, targeted obs.rvations.enhance rainfall predictions.by.improving water vapor trans.ort. In the s.chuan Bas.n, adaptive obs.rvations.refine water vapor trans.ort and adjus. vortex dy.amics. This.res.arch highlights.the importance of accurately.predicting s.ear lines.and jet s.reams.for forecas.ing heavy.rainfall in thes. areas. s.ftware tes.ing is.a critical phas. due to mis.onceptions.about ambiguities.in the requirements.during s.ecification, which affect the tes.ing proces.. Therefore, it is.difficult to identify.all faults.in s.ftware. As.requirement changes.continuous.y. it increas.s.the irrelevancy.and redundancy.during tes.ing. Due to thes. challenges. fault detection capability.decreas.s.and there aris.s.a need to improve the tes.ing proces., which is.bas.d on changes.in requirements.s.ecification. In this.res.arch, we have developed a model to res.lve tes.ing challenges.through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-bas.d environment. The res.arch objective is.to identify.the mos. relevant and meaningful requirements.through s.mantic analy.is.for correct change analy.is. Then compute the s.milarity.of requirements.through cas.-bas.d reas.ning, which predicted the requirements.for reus. and res.ricted to error-bas.d requirements. Afterward, the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency.to s.lect relevant tes. cas.s.bas.d on frequently.reus.d or not reus.d tes. cas.s.to increas. the fault detection rate. Furthermore, the propos.d model was.evaluated by.conducting experiments. The res.lts.s.owed that requirement redundancy.and irrelevancy.improved due to s.mantic analy.is. which correctly.predicted the requirements. increas.ng the fault detection rate and res.lting in high us.r s.tis.action. The predicted requirements.are mapped into tes. cas.s. increas.ng the fault detection rate after changes.to achieve higher us.r s.tis.action. Therefore, the model improves.the redundancy.and irrelevancy.of requirements.by.more than 90% compared to other clus.ering methods.and the analy.ical hierarchical proces., achieving an 80% fault detection rate at an earlier s.age. Hence, it provides.guidelines.for practitioners.and res.archers.in the modern era. In the future, we will provide the working prototy.e of this.model for proof of concept.
