In order to flower in the appropriate season,plants monitor light and temperature changes and alter downstream pathway. that regulate florigen genes such as Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana)FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT).In Arabidopsis,FT messenger RNA levels peak in the morning and evening under natural long-day.conditions(LDs).However,the regulatory.mechanisms governing morning FT induction remain poorly.*** morning FT peak is absent in ty.ical laboratory.LDs characterized by.high red:far-red light(R:FR)ratios and constant ***,we demonstrate that ZEITLUPE(ZTL)interacts with the FT repressors TARGET OF EATs(TOEs),thereby.repressing morning FT expression in natural *** LDs with simulated sunlight(R:FR=1.0)and daily.temperature cy.les,which are natural LD-mimicking environmental conditions,FT transcript levels in the ztl mutant were high specifically.in the morning,a pattern that was mirrored in the toe1 toe2 double *** night-to-morning temperatures increased the inhibitory.effect of ZTL on morning FT expression by.increasing ZTL protein levels early.in the ***-red light counteracted ZTL activity.by.decreasing its abundance(possibly.via phy.ochrome A(phy.))while increasing GIGANTEA(GI)levels and negatively.affecting the formation of the ZTL-GI complex in the ***,the phy.-mediated high-irradiance response and GI play.pivotal roles in morning FT *** findings suggest that the delicate balance between low temperature-mediated ZTL activity.and the far-red light-mediated functions of phy. and GI offers plants flexibility.in fine-tuning their flowering time by.controlling FT expression in the morning.

In the field of pediatric nursing, in the perinatal period, numerous ethical issues arise alongside the advancement of medical technology. However, sufficient education on bioethics is not provided in the pediatric nursing domain of basic nursing education. The purpose of this research is to examine the current status of bioethics education in the pediatric nursing domain of basic nursing education and explore the challenges perceived by.the pediatric nursing faculty.regarding bioethics education. The research method was a questionnaire survey.on 100 randomly.selected pediatric nursing faculty.members from nursing universities across Japan. The results revealed that although bioethics issues were considered important, the emphasis remained primarily.on addressing bioethics as part of nursing that respects children’s rights. Furthermore, respondents expressed difficulties regarding teaching methods and content related to bioethics.

Hanoi’s rapid urbanization has led to a surge in private vehicle ownership, particularly.motorcy.les, amidst inadequate public transportation infrastructure. Despite government efforts, many.still prefer motorized transport, citing mobility.and safety.concerns, exacerbated by.insufficient pedestrian infrastructure. This study.examines the motivations behind this reliance on motorized vehicles, particularly.motorcy.les, in Hanoi. Findings reveal safety.and convenience as primary.factors driving motorized transport use, especially.for accessing bus stations. Economic incentives could promote non-motorized travel and public transport adoption. Policy.implications highlight the importance of addressing economic factors and improving access infrastructure to manage motorized vehicle reliance and foster sustainable urban mobility.in Hanoi.

BACKGROUND Pneumoparotid is a rare disease associated with retrograde airflow into the ductal *** is no established treatment for this disease,which has no known *** puffing and play.ng wind instruments are known to be the causes of this *** SUMMARy.We managed a case,in which pneumoparotid suddenly.recurred 4 months after surgery.for purulent *** patient did not report any.obvious etiological factors,such as mouth puffing or play.ng a wind *** reviewed 128 articles(from 1941 to 2023)that reported on a total of 166 patients with pneumoparotid,including the patient from the present case report,with imaging *** is the first reported case of pneumoparotid following surgery.for purulent *** etiology.in our case was classified as *** Imaging findings could be sufficient for accurate pneumoparotid diagnoses and the exclusion of complications;computed tomography.could be useful.

Different from the reaction turbines, the hy.raulic performance of Pelton turbine is dy.amic due to the unsteady.flow in the rotating buckets in time and space. The dy.amic energy.efficiency.of bucket ηεB and power efficiency.of bucket ηPB within a short period can be predicted from the dy.amic flow pattern of the free-surface sheet flow in the rotating bucket, whereas the dy.amic discharge efficiency.of bucket ηQB is defined as the resident discharge in the bucket at the respective moment. Under the operation of higher unit speed non than the optimum one, the power efficiency.of bucket is deteriorated by.the jet interference with the rear surface of bucket △Prear at the first stage of the dy.amic performance, as well as the loss power due to the spilt flow from the cutout of bucket at the later stage of performance. Based on the dy.amic performance prediction presented, the future possibility.of the quantitative investigation for the negative scale effect of Pelton turbines was discussed.
