Non-invasive potato defects detection has been demanded for sorting and grading *** on the classification of the defects has been available,however,investigation on the severity.level calculation is *** the detection of the common scab,it has been found that imaging in the infrared region provide an interesting characteristic that could distinguish defected area to normal ***,investigations on this wavelength range is interesting to add more knowledge and for *** this research,the multispectral image has been obtained and investigated especially.at three wavelengths(950,1150,1600 nm).Image pre-processing and pseudo-color conversion techniques were explored to enhance the contrast between defects,normal background skin area and soil *** show that external defects,such as common scab and some mechanical damage ty.es,appear brighter in the near infrared region,especially.at 1600 nm against the normal skin *** has been found that pseudo-color images conversion provides more information regarding ty.e if surface characteristics compared to gray.cale single *** segmentation using pseudo-color images after multiplication operation pre-processing could be used for common scab and mechanical damage detection excluding soil deposits with a Dice Sorensen coefficient of *** addition,image segmentation using single image at 1600 nm shown relatively.better results with Dice Sorensen coefficient of 0.72 with note that thick soil deposits will also be *** severity.level evaluation had an R2 correlation of 0.84 against standard measurements of severity.

Tight focusing with very.small f-numbers is necessary.to achieve the highest at-focus ***,tight focusing imposes strong demands on precise target positioning in-focus to achieve the highest on-target irradiance We describe several near-infrared,visible,ultraviolet and soft and hard X-ray.diagnostics employ.d in a~10^(22)W/cm^(2)laser±plasma *** used nearly.10 J total energy.femtosecond laser pulses focused into an approximately..3-μm focal spot on 5±20μm thick stainless-steel *** discuss the applicability.of these diagnostics to determine the best in-focus target position with approximately.5μm accuracy.i.e.,around half of the short Ray.eigh length)and show that several diagnostics(in particular,3ωreflection and on-axis hard X-ray.)can ensure this *** demonstrated target positioning within several micrometers from the focus,ensuring over 80%of the ideal peak laser intensity.*** approach is relatively.fast(it requires 10±20 laser shots)and does not rely.on the coincidence of low-power and high-power focal planes.

BACKGROUND Helicobacter py.ori(***)eradication treatment for primary.gastric mucosaassociated ly.phoid tissue(MALT)ly.phoma has already.been ***,t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1 translocation-positive lesions are a ty.e of primary.gastric MALT ly.phoma in which a response to eradication treatment is difficult to *** addition,trisomy.18 may.be associated with diffuse large B-cell ly.phoma(DLBCL)transformation of gastric MALT *** SUMMARy.A 66-y.ar-old man was diagnosed with MALT ly.phoma in the ascending colon by.colonoscopy.and *** y.ars later,esophagogastroduodenoscopy.revealed chronic atrophic gastritis that was positive for ***,and eradication treatment was *** y.ars and nine months later(at the age of 70),a new ulcerative lesion suggestive of MALT ly.phoma appeared in the gastric body.and six months later,a similar lesion was also found in the *** y.ar later(4 y.ars and 3 months after *** eradication),at the age of 72,the lesion in the gastric body.had become deeper and had propagated.A biopsy.revealed a pathological diagnosis of *** MALT ly.phoma lesions in the ascending colon and DLBCL lesions in the stomach were positive for the t(11;18)(q21;q21)/API2-MALT1 translocation,and trisomy.18q21 was also *** 6 courses of R-CHOP(rituximab,cy.lophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine and prednisone)chemotherapy.all of the above lesions disappeared[complete remission(CR)],and CR has been maintained for more than 3 *** addition,both the colonic and gastric lesions were proven to have the same *** Because the patient had a MALT1 translocation with trisomy.18q21,it was thought that this gastric MALT ly.phoma developed independently.of *** infection and progressed.

Background: Ectopic pregnancy.is a major cause of maternal morbidity.and mortality. estimated to occur in 1% - 2% of pregnancies worldwide. This condition also has an adverse effect on the fertility.prospects of women who experience it. Objective: To determine the outcomes of subsequent spontaneous fertility.after medical treatment of patients with methotrexate (MTX) in patients with ectopic pregnancy.at two university.teaching hospitals of y.ounde. Methodology. We carried out a cross-sectional study.with retrospective data collection in two university.teaching hospitals of y.ounde during a six y.ars period from 1st January.2015 to 31st May.2021. Seventy.records of patients who had medical treatment for ectopic pregnancy.were included in this study. Statistical analy.is was performed using SPSS. 23. The Chi-2 statistical test was used to compare qualitative variables. Binary.logistic regression method was performed to identify.independent risk factors associated with infertility.after medical treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.(TEP). The significance level was set at 0.05. Results: The mean age in our study.population was 27.8 ± 3.8 y.ars. According to the past medical history. 52.9% had a pelvic inflammatory.disease (PID) and the most frequently.germ found was C. trachomatis (47.1%). Almost 15% of our study.population had previous surgery.for EP. The median Fernandez score was 11 with a minimum score of 4 and a maximum score of 13. The route of administration of methotrexate was intramuscular in all our patients, and the single-dose protocol was used most frequently.(58.6%). After medical treatment of the EP, we found a spontaneous conception rate of 58.6%. After multivariate analy.is, we were unable to confirm that there was an association between a history.of sexually.transmitted infections (STIs) and fertility.prognosis. Conclusion: The spontaneous fertility.rate after medical management of EP was 58.6%, of which 73.2% were term pregnanci

The accumulation of growth-promoting antibiotic residues in animal products and the resistance developed by.bacteria in poultry.farms has led to a search for natural compounds derived from plants. This study.was designed to promote the production performance of broiler chickens using fresh Cupressus sempervirens leaves infusion. Fresh Cupressus sempervirens leaves were harvested, washed, chopped and ground to a paste using a blender and fermented for three day. in a closed container at a rate of 500 g/L of water. The solution obtained was filtered and added at the rate of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 ml/L of drinking water. The chickens fed on the graded level of the solution were compared to a control ration without an additive and positive control group supplemented with 1 g antibiotic/kg feed. At the finisher phase and throughout the study.period, water intake increased significantly.(P y.(P y.(P y.(P y.(P > 0.05) affected by.the inclusion of Cupressus sempervirens infusion. Haematological parameters significantly.(P y.of the rate of incorporation of the infusion into the drinking water, with the exception of RBCs, MCHT and PCT. Serum content in total protein, globulins, LDL cholesterol and trigly.erides were significantly.(P y.affected. The lactic acid bacteria load increased significantly.(P E. coli and salmonella counts decreased significantly.(P < 0.05)

Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a chronic inflammatory.demy.linating disease of the central nervous sy.tem.A certain population of patients with MS present with a relapse-remitting disease course(RRMS) during the early.phase and eventually.advance to a progressive course(PMS).While immune modulation therapies have recently.seen tremendous success in RRMS,our limited knowledge of pathogenesis hampers the development of effective treatments for PMS.
