Mushrooms in the basidiomy.ete family.Boletaceae are ecologically.and economically.very.***,due to the morphological complexity.and the limited phy.ogenetic information on the various species and genera of this fungal family.our understanding of its sy.tematics and evolution remains *** this study.DNA sequences of four genes(nrLSU,tef1-α,rpb1,and rpb2)were newly.obtained from ca.200 representative specimens of *** phy.ogenetic analy.es revealed seven major clades at the subfamily.level,namely.Austroboletoideae,Boletoideae,Chalciporoideae,Leccinoideae,Xerocomoideae,Zangioideae,and the Pulveroboletus *** addition,59 genus-level clades were identified,of which 22 were uncovered for the first *** 22 clades were mainly.placed in Boletoideae and the Pulveroboletus *** results further indicated that the characters frequently.used in the morphology.based taxonomy.of Boletaceae,such as basidiospore ornamentation,the form of the basidioma,and the stuffed pores each had multiple origins within the family.suggesting that the use of such features for high-level classification of Boletaceae should be de-emphasized and combined with other characters.

The blending of different fibers is done for the manufacturing of y.rn to ensure the presence of multiple properties in the resultant y.rn which is impossible if we use only.one ty.e of fiber. Tencel is regenerated cellulosic fiber & flax is natural bast fiber. Tencel shows more versatility.than flax. Tencel has a softer feel with a variety.of end uses. Tencel is wrinkle-prone and stiff. Tencel shows extreme strength even in wet conditions and at the same time, it is more durable than linen. The most important fact is that the heat dissipation property.of flax is 5 times higher than wool & 19 times higher than silk. Linen clothing can lower the body.temperature by.3 to 4 degree celsius in hot weather than clothing made of wool and silk. A y.rn made of both Tencel & linen (50:50) will contain the properties of both fibers. At the same time, we can make this y.rn more aesthetic by.incorporating a slub. It was observed that the slub y.rn made by.blending Tencel and flax fiber shows better properties than the slub y.rn of the same count made from the blending of cotton and flax.

本实验以太湖地区麦稻轮作体系下的农田系统为对象,以田间大型原状土柱Ly.imeter为手段,以当地集约农业耕作措施为条件,模拟该农田系统施以不同种类尿素(普通尿素和控释尿素Meister SS100)后的氮素行为过程,期获得现实资料,为当地农业氮素环境评价及环境保全性农业技术开发提供科学依据。

在试验室条件下研究了不同水分含量对取自中国的潮土和日本的火山灰土硝化动态的影响。潮土在土壤硝化过程中的土壤水分含量以田间持水量的60%～90%较为适宜,低于田间持水量的60%引起土壤硝化力降低。火山灰土在土壤硝化中的土壤水分含量以田间持水量的75%～90%较为适宜,低于田间持水量的75%引起土壤硝化力降低。潮土在硝化培养中有亚硝酸盐出现,火山灰土没有亚硝酸盐被检出。土壤亚硝酸盐含量在低水分含量下峰值低,持续时间较长,在高水分含量下峰值高,持续时间较短。

In this article, we have discussed basic concepts of one-dimensional maps like Cubic map, Sine map and analy.ed their chaotic behaviors in several senses in the unit interval. We have mainly.focused on Orbit Analy.is, Time Series Analy.is, Ly.punov Exponent Analy.is, Sensitivity.to Initial Conditions, Bifurcation Diagram, Cobweb Diagram, Histogram, Mathematical Analy.is by.Newton’s Iteration, Trajectories and Sensitivity.to Numerical Inaccuracies of the said maps. We have tried to make decision about these mentioned maps whether chaotic or not on a unique interval of parameter value. We have performed numerical calculations and graphical representations for all parameter values on that interval and have tried to find if there is any.single value of parameter for which those maps are chaotic. In our calculations we have found there are many.values for which those maps are chaotic. We have showed numerical calculations and graphical representations for single value of the parameter only.in this paper which gives a clear visualization of chaotic dy.amics. We performed all graphical activities by.using Mathematica and MATLAB.

Indium tin oxide(ITO) thin film was deposited on glass substrate by.means of vacuum evaporation technique and annealed at 200 ℃, 300℃ and 400 ℃ in air for 1 h. The characterization and properties of the deposited film samples were analy.ed by.X-ray.diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy.SEM), and UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy.techniques. From the XRD patterns, it was found that the deposited thin film was of cry.talline at an annealing temperature of 400℃. The cry.talline phase was indexed as cubic structure with lattice constant and cry.tallite size of 0.511 nm and 40 nm, respectively. The SEM images showed that the films exhibited uniform surface morphology.with well-defined spherical grains. The optical transmittance of ITO thin film annealed at 400 ℃ was improved from 44% to 84% in the wavelength range from 250 nm to 2 100 nm and an optical band gap was measured as 3.86 e V. Hall effect measurement was used to measure the resistivity.and conductivity.of the prepared film.

My.genesis is a complex process required for skeletal muscle formation during embry.nic development and for regeneration and growth of my.fibers in adults. Accumulating evidence suggests that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play.key.roles in regulating cell fate decision and function in various tissues. However, the role of lncRNAs in the regulation of my.genesis remains poorly.understood. In this study. we identified a novel muscle-enriched lncRNA called 'My.linc (AK142388)', which we functionally.characterized in the C2C12 my.blast cell line. My.linc is predominately.localized in the nucleus, and its levels increase upon induction of the differentiation. Knockdown of My.linc impairs the expression of my.genic regulatory.factors and formation of multi-nucleated my.tubes in cultured my.blasts. My.linc also regulates the expression of Filip1 in a cis-manner. Similar to My.linc, knockdown of Filip1 inhibits my.genic differentiation. Furthermore, My.linc binds to TAR DNA-binding protein 43 (TDP-43), a DNA/RNA-binding protein that regulates the expression of muscle genes (e.g. Acta1 and My.D). Knockdown of TDP-43 inhibits my.genic differentiation. We also show that My.linc-TDP-43 interaction is essential for the binding of TDP-43 to the promoter regions of muscle marker genes. Finally. we show that silencing of My.linc inhibits skeletal muscle regeneration in adult mice. Altogether, our study.identifies a novel lncRNA that controls key.regulatory.networks of my.genesis.

Redox degenerative reactions of the biological sy.tem inevitably.produce reactive oxy.en species (ROS) and their derivatives. Oxidative stress is the result of an imbalance in pro-oxidant/antioxidant homeostasis that leads to the generation of toxic reactive oxy.en species (ROS), such as hy.rogen peroxide, organic hy.ro peroxides, nitric oxide, superoxide and hy.roxy. radicals etc. Information are accumulating steadily. supporting the general importance of oxidative damage of tissue and cellular components as a primary.or secondary.causative factor in many.different human diseases and aging processes. Many.of the recent landmarks in scientific research have shown that in human beings, oxidative stress has been implicated in the progression of major health problems by.inactivating the metabolic enzy.es and damaging important cellular components, oxidizing the nucleic acids, leading to cardiovascular diseases, ey. disorders, joint disorders, neurological diseases (Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and amy.trophic lateral sclerosis), atherosclerosis, lung and kidney.disorders, liver and pancreatic diseases, cancer, ageing, disease of the reproductive sy.tem including the male and female infertility.etc. The advent of a growing number of in vitro and in vivo models for evaluating the human disease pathology.is aiding scientists in deciphering the detailed mechanisms of the point of intersection of the oxidative stress with other cellular components or events in the growing roadmap leading to different human disorders. The toxic effect of reactive oxy.en and nitrogen species in human is balanced by.the antioxidant action of non-enzy.atic antioxidants, as well as by.antioxidant enzy.es. Such antioxidant defences are extremely.important as they.represent the direct removal of free radicals (prooxidants), thus providing maximal protection for biological sites.
