P2P markets th.t starts with.th. network framework,market structure,tech.ical approach.for trading mech.nism,and blockch.in tech.ology.moving to th. outlook in th.s field.

As battery.deploy.ents in electric veh.cles and energy.storage sy.tems grow, ensuring h.mogeneous performance across units is crucial. We propose a multi-derivative imaging fusion(MDIF) model, employ.ng advanced imaging and mach.ne learning to predict battery.aging trajectories from minimal initial data, th.s facilitating effective performance grouping before deploy.ent. Utilizing a derivative strategy.and Gramian Angular Difference Field for dimensional enh.ncement, th. MDIF model uncovers subtle predictive features from disch.rge curve data after only.ten cy.les. Th. arch.tecture includes a parallel convolutional neural network with.lateral connections to enh.nce feature integration and *** on a self-developed dataset, th. model ach.eves an average root-mean-square error of 0.047 Ah.and an average mean absolute percentage error of 1.60%, demonstrating h.gh.precision and *** robustness is furth.r validated th.ough.transfer learning on two publicly.available datasets, adapting with.minimal retraining. Th.s approach.significantly.reduces th. testing cy.les required, lowering both.time and costs associated with.battery.testing. By.enabling precise battery.beh.vior predictions with.limited data, th. MDIF model optimizes battery.utilization and deploy.ent strategies, enh.ncing sy.tem efficiency.and sustainability.

Monitoring minuscule mech.nical signals,both.in magnitude and direction,is imperative in many.application scenarios,e.g.,structural h.alth.monitoring and robotic sensing ***,th. piezoelectric sensor struggles to satisfy.th. requirements for directional recognition due to th. limited piezoelectric coefficient matrix,and ach.eving sensitivity.for detecting micrometer-scale deformations is also ***,we develop a vector sensor composed of lead zirconate titanate-electronic grade glass fiber composite filaments with.oriented arrangement,capable of detecting minute anisotropic *** as-prepared vector sensor can identify.th. deformation directions even wh.n subjected to an unprecedented nominal strain of 0.06%,th.reby.enabling its utility.in accurately.discerning th. 5μm-h.igh. wrinkles in th.n films and in monitoring h.man pulse *** ultra-h.gh.sensitivity.is attributed to th. formation of porous ferroelectret and th. efficient load transfer efficiency.of continuous lead zirconate titanate ***,wh.n integrated with.mach.ne learning tech.iques,th. sensor’s capability.to recognize multi-signals enables it to differentiate between 10 ty.es of fine textures with.100%*** structural design in piezoelectric devices enables a more compreh.nsive perception of mech.nical stimuli,offering a novel perspective for enh.ncing recognition accuracy.
