CHAMP high-quality.vector magnetometer observations collected from July.2000 to September 2010 have been used to map the residual vector magnetic anomaly.fields. This field is so called the lithospheric magnetic field which is the result of two contributions of the induced and the remanent magnetization. It is therefore essential to study.the magnetic properties of the crustal rocks. Isolating this field from the other contributions, interpreting and even defining are however difficult and still debated. We investigate how to identify.and separate the lithospheric vector magnetic field ΔX, Δy.and ΔZ from other contributions. For this purpose we use selected night magnetic data from which we remove a model field of degree 16 and external model field of degree 2 developed by.spherical harmonics analy.is. Concerning the induced lithospheric field which is assumed to be aligned with the internal dipole was also removed. To minimize the secular variation effects, we calculated internal models for each two months. The method developed here has been successfully.applied to isolate lithospheric field produced by.remanent magnetizations from CHAMP satellite data. The resolution and altitude measurements make it very.hard to map short wavelength crustal magnetic anomalies. The large-scale strong magnetic anomalies detected using this technique are in agreement with previous global magnetic maps. These anomalies appear with an amplitude of about 10 nT at satellite altitude such as Bangui’s anomaly.

Exome sequencing(ES)generates secondary.findings(SFs)in 2%of tested individuals if one follows the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics(ACMG)guide-lines.i,z2 However,the rate of incidental and secondary.findings(ISFs)is higher in routine clinical practice because of(i)the use of trio ES instead of solo sequencing and(i)the exclusion of the incidental findings(IFs)of medical value concerning genes in the ACMG ***,it is not clear how sufficient is a restricted list of genes to detect every.ISF of major clinical value;and what is the amount of additional workload for the laboratory.

针对结合星地观测与模型定量模拟消光性气溶胶光学特性及黑碳质量空间分布这一热点问题,利用TROPOMI卫星紫外波段观测数据与AERONET地基观测数据,基于“核-壳”假设下的米散射模型提出了一种准确量化黑碳气溶胶质量空间分布的模拟方法,并对北京、中国香港、首尔三个站点的模拟结果进行分析与验证。多源数据约束后米散射模型模拟得到的结果显示:北京的吸收系数在0.04~0.13之间,中国香港的吸收系数整体小于0.08,首尔的吸收系数介于0.02~0.06之间。计算得到的黑碳气溶胶柱内质量空间分布结果显示:北京站黑碳气溶胶柱内质量在200~600 kg/grid之间,中国香港站黑碳气溶胶柱内质量在180~650 kg/grid之间,首尔站黑碳气溶胶柱内质量在300 kg/grid以下。结合卡尔曼滤波排放清单与一阶箱模型对黑碳气溶胶柱内质量结果进行间接验证,计算得到的黑碳气溶胶生命周期为1~4 d不等,符合其在大气中的真实状态,说明结果具有一定可靠性。通过对比加入TROPOMI紫外波段卫星观测数据前后对模型进行约束得到的粒径分布及吸收系数结果的差异发现:加入紫外波段观测数据对模拟结果具有一定增强作用。所提方法模拟结果良好,方案具有一定应用潜力。

It is widely.assumed that fetal ischemic brain injury.during labor derives almost exclusively.from severe, sy.temic hy.oxemia with marked neonatal depression and acidemia. Severe asphy.ia, however, is one of several causes of perinatal neurological injury.and may.not be the most common;most neonates diagnosed with hy.oxic-ischemic encephalopathy.do not have evidence of severe asphy.ia. Sepsis, direct brain trauma, and drug or toxin exposure account for some cases, while mechanical forces of labor and delivery.that increase fetal intracranial pressure sufficiently.to impair brain perfusion may.also contribute. Because of bony.compliance and mobile suture lines, the fetal skull changes shape and redistributes cerebrospinal fluid during labor according to constraints imposed by.contractions, and bony.and soft tissue elements of the birth canal as the head descends. These accommodations, including the increase in intracranial pressure, are adaptive and necessary.for efficient descent of the head while safeguarding cerebral blood flow. Autonomic reflexes mediated through central receptors normally.provide ample protection of the brain from the considerable pressure exerted on the skull. On occasion, those forces, which are transmitted intracranially. may.overcome the various adaptive anatomical, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurological mechanisms that maintain cerebral perfusion and oxy.en availability. resulting in ischemic brain injury. Accepting the notion of a potentially.adverse impact of fetal head compression suggests that avoidance of excessive uterine activity.and of relentless pushing without steady.progress in descent may.offer protection for the fetal brain during parturition. Excessive head compression should be considered in the differential diagnosis of ischemic encephalopathy.

Background:Phy.ical activity.PA)is important for cancer *** of remotely.delivered interventions are needed to assist in reaching under-served non-metropolitan cancer *** objective of this study.was to ascertain whether wearable technology.coupled with health coaching was effective in increasing PA in breast and colorectal cancer survivors living in regional and remote areas in ***:Cancer survivors from 5 states were randomized to intervention and control *** participants were given a Fitbit Charge 2TMand received up to 6 telephone health coaching *** participants received PA print *** assessments at baseline and 12 weeks measured moderate-to-vigorous PA(MVPA),light PA,and sedentary.***:Eighty.seven participants were recruited(age=63±11 y.ars;74(85%)female).There was a significant net improvement in MVPA of 49.8 min/week,favoring the intervention group(95%confidence interval(95%CI):13.6-86.1,p=0.007).There was also a net increase in MVPA bouts of 39.5 min/week(95%CI:11.9-67.1,p=0.005),favoring the intervention *** groups improved light PA and sedentary.behavior,but there were no between-group ***:This’s the first study.to demonstrate that,when compared to standard practice(i.e.,PA education),a wearable technology.intervention coupled with distance-based health coaching,improves MVPA in non-metropolitan cancer *** results display.promise for the use of scalable interventions using smart wearable technology.in conjunction with phone-based health coaching to foster increased PA in geographically.disadvantaged cancer survivors.
