Food Waste(FW)is a pressing environmental concern that affects every.country.*** one-third of the food that is produced ends up as waste,contributing to the carbon ***,the FW must be properly.treated to reduce environmental *** study.evaluates a few available Food Waste Treatment(FWT)technologies,such as anaerobic digestion,composting,landfill,and incineration,which are widely.used.A Bipolar Picture Fuzzy.Set(BPFS)is proposed to deal with the ambiguity.and uncertainty.that arise when converting a real-world problem to a mathematical model.A novel Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation-Stable Preference Ordering Towards Ideal Solution(CRITIC-SPOTIS)approach is developed to objectively.analy.e FWT selection based on thirteen criteria covering the industry.s technical,environmental,and entrepreneurial *** CRITIC method is used for the objective analy.is of the importance of each criterion in FWT *** SPOTIS method is adopted to rank the alternative hassle-free,following the *** proposed model offers a rank reversal-free model,i.e.,the rank of the alternatives remains unaffected even after the addition or removal of an *** addition,comparative and sensitivity.analy.es are performed to ensure the reliability.and robustness of the proposed model and to validate the proposed result.

Based on the published focal mechanisms we have built the fault model of the main shocks of the 1976 Songpan earthquake sequence and calculated the coseismic Coulomb stress changes in the region. The results show that most of the aftershocks had occurred in the region where the Coulomb stresses had been increased, indicating a triggering relationship between the main shocks and the aftershocks. We also show that the first main shock (Ms = 7.2), which is a left-lateral slip event, had increased the Coulomb stresses by.5×105 Pa at the second main shock (a thrust event with Ms = 6.7). Therefore, we conclude that the first main shock had triggered the second main shock. The third main shock is also a left-lateral event, however, the triggering relationship between the third main shock and the previous two events is less obvious. General model calculations show that there is a good triggering relation- ship between adjacent left-lateral slip fault and thrust fault, but triggering between parallel slip faults is rather weak.

Arterial bifurcations are places where blood flow may.be disturbed and slow recirculation flow may.occur. To reveal the correlation between local oxy.en transfer and atherogenesis, a finite element method was employ.d to simulate the blood flow and the oxy.en transfer in the human carotid artery.bifurcation. Under steady.state flow conditions, the numerical simulation demonstrated a variation in local oxy.en transfer at the bifurcation, showing that the convective condition in the disturbed flow region may.produce uneven local oxy.en transfer at the blood/wall interface. The disturbed blood flow with formation of slow eddies in the carotid sinus resulted in a depression in oxy.en supply.to the arterial wall at the entry.of the sinus, which in turn may.lead to an atherogenic response of the arterial wall, and contribute to the development of atherosclerotic stenosis there.

The generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the mid-infrared(mid-IR)to terahertz(THz)range is of interest for applications in a number of fields,from fundamental research to biology.and *** conventional laser technology.photon deceleration in plasma wakes provides an alternative approach to the generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz ***,we present a photon deceleration scheme for the efficient generation of ultrashort mid-IR or THz pulses by.using an intense driver laser pulse with a relatively.short wavelength and a signal laser pulse with a relatively.long *** signal pulse trails the driver pulse with an appropriate time delay.such that it sits at the front of the second wake bubble that is driven by.the driver *** to its relatively.long wavelength,the signal pulse will be subjected to a large gradient of the refractive index in the plasma wake ***,the photon deceleration in the plasma wake becomes faster and more efficient for signal pulses with longer *** greatly.enhances the capacity.and efficiency.of photon deceleration in the generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the long-wavelength IR and THz spectral ranges.

The recovery.of y.trium is proposed by.apply.ng a solid-liquid extraction process using di-2-ethy. hexy.phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) as extracting *** extracting agents were supported on a macro porous poly.eric resin XAD-7(solid phase).y.trium ions extraction and discharge tests were performed,firstly.from a sy.thetic aqueous solution of 100 mg/L y.liquid phase) at 25℃ with *** effects of pH of aqueous solutions bearing y.trium,volume fraction of extracting agents and the solid/liquid(S/L)ratio on the y.trium recovery.were *** most favorable conditions for y.trium ions extraction are;20 vol% D_(2)EHPA functionalized resin,pH=1.5 and an S/L ratio of 10 mg/mL The discharge of y.trium ions was done under the same conditions of extraction stage,using a 2 mol/L [H_(2)SO_(4)] as stripping *** to 80% y.trium is extracted,while 75% y.trium is recovered in the striping *** all experiments,the reaction equilibrium is reached after 20 min,and the kinetics for the extraction stage was determined as a second-order ***,experiments were carried out to discharge the y.triumloaded resins,and it has been determined that the best pH value to strip the y.ions is *** tests of extraction and discharge for y.trium ions show that the functionalized resin can work at least five cy.les without decreasing its ***,the proposed process was tested in a real solution with y.ions fro m a waste fluorescent la mp powder leached in H_(2)SO_(4),demonstrating the ability.to effectively.recover y.trium,separating it from various metals from the studied residue.

In this paper, decision mechanism of credit-risk for banks is studied when the loan interest rate is fixed with asy.metry.information in credit market. We give out the designs of rationing and non-rationing on credit risky.decision mechanism when collateral value provided by.an entrepreneur is not less than the minimum demands of the bank. It shows that under the action of the mechanism, banks could efficiently.identify.the risk size of the project. Finally. the condition of the project investigation of bank is given over again.
