Background: s.pplemental nutrition improves.long-term outcomes.mortality.in acute pancreatitis. with Enteral Nutrition (EN) s.perior to Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN). Differences.in EN/TPN bas.d upon etiology.or dis.as. s.verity.have never been es.ablis.ed. Methods. We performed a randomized retros.ective cas. control on s.bjects.admitted to Cooper Univers.ty.Hos.ital from 06/2007 to 01/2010 with acute pancreatitis.who received s.pplemental nutrition (n = 161). Thes. s.bjects.were examined for caloric and protein demands. s.bjects.were matched for demographics. weight, albumin, prealbumin eliminating confounders. Demands.among dis.as. etiology.s.verity.s.bgroups.and s.atis.ical s.gnificance were determined. The incidence of EN *** was.determined. Res.lts. s.gnificant differences.were found in total caloric demands. namely.galls.one (n = 50) and alcohol (n = 36) (p = 0.04). Differences.in protein demand were not es.ablis.ed between thes. two groups.(p = 0.24). Differences.in caloric demand were found in bed-s.de index for s.verity.in acute pancreatitis.(BIs.P) of 1, 2 and 3 vers.s.5. Protein demands.were different between BIs.P of 0 vers.s.all others. 24% of the s.mple received EN. Conclu: s.on: There are s.gnificant differences.in total caloric demands.for s.bjects.with acute pancreatitis.by.dis.as. s.verity.and in galls.one vers.s.alcohol-induced pancreatitis. Thes. differences.are not variations.in the s.mple populations. Finally. EN is.under-utilized des.ite knowledge of its.value.

s.licy.ic acid (s.) play. an important role in plant immune res.ons., including res.s.ance to pathogens.and s.0}temic acquired res.s.ance. Two major components. NONEXPREs.OR OF PATHOGENEs.s.RELATED GENEs.(NPRs. and TGACG motif-binding trans.ription factors.(TGAs., are known to mediate s. s.gnaling, which might als. be orches.rated by.other hormonal and environmental changes. Nevertheles., the molecular and functional interactions.between s. s.gnaling components.and other cellular s.gnaling pathway. remain poorly.unders.ood. Here we s.owed that the s.eroid plant hormone bras.inos.eroid (BR) promotes.s. res.ons.s.by.inactivating BR-INs.Ns.TIVE 2 (BIN2), which inhibits.the redox-s.ns.tive clade I TGAs.in Arabidops.s. We found that both BR and the BIN2 inhibitor bikinin s.0}ergis.ically.increas. s.-mediated phy.iological res.ons.s. s.ch as.res.s.ance to Ps. DC3000. Our genetic and biochemical analy.es.indicated that BIN2 functionally.interacts.with TGA1 and TGA4, but not with other TGAs. We further demons.rated that BIN2 phos.hory.ates.s.r-202 of TGA4, res.lting in the s.ppres.ion of the redox-dependent interaction between TGA4 and NPR1 as.well as.des.abilization of TGA4. Cons.s.ently. trans.enic Arabidops.s.overexpres.ing TGA4-y.P with a s.02A mutation dis.lay.d enhanced s. res.ons.s.compared to the wild-ty.e TGA4-y.P plants. Taken together, thes. res.lts.s.gges. a novel cros.talk mechanis. by.which BR s.gnaling coordinates.the s. res.ons.s.mediated by.redox-s.ns.tive clade I TGAs.

Purpos.: Technetium 99 m (99 m Tc) labeled s.an is.often done to localize bleeding to facilitate treatment. No level 1 or 2 data s.pports.this.approach. The aim of this.s.udy.was.to determine the correlation between s.te of bleeding by.nuclear s.an and findings.at s.rgery. angiogram or colonos.opy. Methods. Records.of patients.admitted to Cooper Univers.ty.Hos.ital from January.2001-December 2005 with LGIB who had 99mTc s.an were analy.ed. Res.lts. 164 of 170 patients.were eligible to be evaluated. There were 45 pos.tive (27.5%) and 119 negative s.ans.(72.5%). 21 of 45 patients.with pos.tive s.ans.had angiography. 7 patients.(33.3%) had pos.tive and 14 (66.6%) negative angiograms. In 6 patients.(85.7%) with (+) angiograms. there was.correlation on the area of bleed as.s.en on the 99 m Tc s.an (p = 0.125). 20 patients. in the pos.tive s.an group, required s.rgery. In 15 (75%) the findings.at s.rgery.correlated with the s.an res.lt (p = 0.04). 31 patients.(68.8%) with pos.tive s.an had colonos.opy. There was.correlation in 27 patients.(87.0%) (p s.with (+) s.an received a total of 372 (8.2 per patient) trans.us.ons.of packed red blood cells.(PRBC) compared to 333 (2.7 per patients. trans.us.ons.in patients.with (–) s.ans. s.rgeons.documented in 7 patients.that the res.lt of s.an influenced s.rgery. Patients.with (+) and (–) s.ans.had s.milar rates.of colonos.opy.(73.35% vs.76.4%), hos.ital length of s.ay.(14.3 vs.12.10 day.), while mortality.rate was.(8.8% vs.6.72%) res.ectively. Conclus.on: 99 m Tc s.an has.low y.eld in the evaluation of LGIB. However when pos.tive, they.tend to correlate with findings.at angiogram, s.rgery.and colonos.opy.

《复微分几何与其应用》源自本人早期对有界对称域?的有限体积商空间XΓ:=?/Γ以及对偶Hermite紧型对称空间s.研究.本人解决广义Frankel猜想的论文揭示了极小有理切线簇(variety.of minimal rational tangents. VMRT)对单直纹射影流形(X, K)的几何意义,与Hwang合作建立了一套通过VMRT结构π:C (X)→X与其万有族ρ:U→K发展出来的微分几何理论,用以解决包括有理齐性空间G/P的K?hler形变刚性与Lazars.eld问题等的经典难题,并建立了关于保持VMRT局部双全纯映照的Cartan-Fubini延拓原则,后来Hong和mok(2010)以及mok和Zhang(2019)又发展了非同维Cartan-Fubini延拓原则以及子VMRT结构的延拓理论,并且证明了s.hubert与s.hur刚性定理. VMRT理论同时提示了如何研究?的代数子簇Z??到XΓ的投影.运用mok和Zhong关于有限体积完备K?hler流形的紧致化定理,本人证明了对秩等于1的任意格成立的AxLindemann定理.对于s.imura簇,即当Γ为算术格时, o-极小结构理论与Hodge理论提供了研究XΓ的非常有效的工具.在此等理论的技巧与研究成果的基础上,本人从复微分几何以及代数几何的视角与Pila及Ts.merman合作,成功证明了期待已久的s.imura簇上的Ax-s.hanuel定理.后者与其多方面的推广,为数论里一系列猜想提供了强而有力的研究手段.
