Currently.in the era of big data and 5G communication technology.electromigration has become a serious reliability.issue for the miniaturized solder joints used in microelectronic *** the effective charge number(Z*)is considered as the driving force for electromigration,the lack of accurate experimental values for Z* poses severe challenges for the simulation-aided design of electronic *** this work,a data-driven framework is developed to predict the Z* values of Cu and Sn species at the anode based LIQUID,Cu_(6)Sn_(5) intermetallic compound(IMC)and FCC phases for the binary.Cu-Sn sy.tem undergoing electromigration at 523.15 *** growth rate constants(kem)of the anode IMC at several magnitudes of applied low current density.j=1×10^6 to 10×10^6A/m^2)are extracted from simulations based on a 1D multi-phase field model.A neural network employ.ng Z* and j as input features,whereas utilizing these computed kemdata as the expected output is *** results of the neural network analy.is are optimized with experimental growth rate constants to estimate the effective charge *** a negligible increase in temperature at low j values,effective charge numbers of all phases are found to increase with current density.and the increase is much more pronounced for the IMC *** predicted values of effective charge numbers Z* are then utilized in a 2D simulation to observe the anode IMC grain growth and electrical resistance changes in the multi-phase *** the work consists of the aspects of experiments,theory.computation,and machine learning,it can be called the four paradigms approach for the study.of electromigration in Pb-free *** a combination of multiple paradigms of materials design can be problem-solving for any.future research scenario that is marked by.uncertainties regarding the determination of material properties.

In this paper we examine several definitions of vaccine efficacy.VE)that we found in the literature,for diseases that express themselves in outbreaks,that is,when the force of infection grows in time,reaches a maximum and then *** fact that the disease occurs in outbreaks results in several problems that we *** propose a mathematical model that allows the calculation of VE for several *** trials usually.needs a large number of volunteers that must be ***,all volunteers should be enrolled in approximately.the same time,but this is generally.impossible for logistic reasons and they.are enrolled in a fashion that can be replaced by.a continuous density.function(for example,a Gaussian function).The outbreak can also be replaced by.a continuous density.function,and the use of these density.functions simplifies the ***,for example Gaussian functions,one of the problems one can immediately.notice is that the peak of the two curves do not occur at the same *** model allows us to conclude:First,the calculated vaccine efficacy.decreases when the force of infection increases;Second,the calculated vaccine efficacy.decreases when the gap between the peak in the force of infection and the peak in the enrollment rate increases;Third,different trial protocols can be simulated with this model;different vaccine efficacy.definitions can be calculated and in our simulations,all result are approximately.the *** final,and perhaps most important conclusion of our model,is that vaccine efficacy.calculated during outbreaks must be carefully.examined and the best way.we can suggest to overcome this problem is to stratify.the enrolled volunteer's in a cohort-by.cohort basis and do the survival analy.is for each cohort,or apply.the Cox proportional hazards model for each cohort.

The effect of different rainfall patterns on surface runoff,infiltration and thus soil losses and sediment concentrations are still in the focus of current *** most simulated rainfall experiments,pre-cipitation is applied at a fixed intensity.for a fixed ***,the impact of rainfall patterns on soil erosion processes may.be different vary.ng the rainfall duration and intensity.that produces an event with similar rainfall erosivity.***-five rainfall events were applied on micro-scale runoff plots in a soil covered with corn straw to evaluate the sediment y.eld and runoff *** different rainfall ty.es were composed by.association of duration(Dur)and intensity.IP)with the same erosivity.*** Dur varied from 38 to 106 min and the IP varied from 75.0 to 44.6 mm h^(-1).The sediment y.eld varied from 1.89±1.26 g m^(-2) to 4.02±2.66 g m^(-2) and runoff ranged from 16.9±8.74 mm to 32.63±10.67 mm with highest rates occurring with high intensity.and low *** highest rainfall intensity.provides the maximum sediment y.eld(0.138 g m^(-2) min^(-1))and runoff rates(0.87 mm min^(-1)).The time to start surface runoff varied from 14 to 19.2 min and it was longer in treatments with longer durations and low precipitation *** difference was found in the amount of sediments apply.ng rain with the same erosivity.and different associations of duration and ***,the intensity.and duration of the rain,with the same erosivity.altered the amount and time of *** rainfall experiments with con-stant intensity.and fixed time,the erosion rates depend on the duration of the applied ***,the results of this study.can contribute to the development of new perspectives in the design of water erosion experiments with simulated rain considering the duration,intensity.and also the association of these variables to produce rainfall that delivery.the same soil erosion capacity.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,play. an important role in various analy.es performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard Model measurements and searches for new particles decay.ng to quarks often rely.on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity.of 140 fb^(-1) collected by.the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by.using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by.the jet *** in tagging efficiency.between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Background:Mucopoly.accharidoses ty.e Ⅲ (MPS Ⅲ) are a group of autosomai recessive ly.osomal storage diseases,caused by.mutations in genes that code for enzy.es involved in the ly.osomal degradation of heparan sulphate:heparan sulfate sulfamidase (SGSH),a-N-acety.glucosaminidase (NAGLU),heparan sulfate acety.-CoA:a-glucosaminide N-acety.transferase (HGSNAT),and N-acety.glucosamine-6-sulfatase (GNS).Methods:In this study.we have performed the molecular analy.is of the SGSH,NAGLU and HGSNAT genes in 10 patients from 6 different MPS Ⅲ Tunisian ***:In the SGSH gene,two mutations were identified:one novel (p.D477N) and one already.described (p.Q365X).In the NAGLU gene,two novel mutations were discovered (p.L550P and p.E153X).For the novel missense mutations found in these two genes we performed an in silico structural analy.is and the results were consistent with the clinical course of the patients harboring those ***,in HGSNAT gene,we found the splicesite mutation c.234+1G>A that had already.been reported as relatively.frequent in MPS ⅢC patients from countries surrounding the basin of the Mediterranean *** presence in two Tunisian MPS ⅢC families points to the hy.othesis of its peri Mediterranean *** the exception of the c.234+1G>A mutation,that was identified in two unrelated MPS ⅢC families,the other identified mutations were family.specific and were alway. found in homozy.osity.in the patients studied,thus reflecting the existence of consanguinity.in MPS Ⅲ Tunisian ***:Three novel mutations are reported here,further contributing to the knowledge of the molecular basis of these *** results of this study.will allow carrier detection in affected families and prenatal molecular diagnosis,leading to an improvement in genetic counseling.

Defensive pressure affects basketball technical actions but not the time-motion variables

Background: Novel play.r tracking technologies can change the understanding of performance determinants in team sports by.allowing to accurately.measuring the activity.demands. The aim of this study.was to identify.how the defensive pressure affects the time-motion variables and the technical actions in ***: Twenty.international male play.rs(age: 16.05 ± 2.09 y.ars, weight: 73.13 ± 8.10 kg, height: 183.10 ± 5.88 cm) play.d two 10 min basketball quarters, where they.used a man-to-man 1/4-court defense until the 4th min(F1/4), changed to man-to-man full court(FULL) for 3 min and, from the 7th to the 10 th min returned to 1/4-court defense(S1/4). A computerized notational analy.is was performed using Simi Scout and positional data were captured with the Ubisense Real Time Location Sy.tem(mean sampling rate 3.74 ± 0.45 Hz per transmitter/play.r).Results: The time-motion variables presented similar results between defensive conditions, showing a total distance covered around 90 m/***, results suggested possible vertical jump impairments in S1/4 periods. There was more distance covered while jogging in the offensive court(38.15 ± 12.17 m/min offensive court vs. 32.94 ± 10.84 m/min defensive court, p < 0.05) and more distance covered while running in the defensive court(16.41 ± 10.27 m/min offensive court vs. 19.56 ± 10.29 m/min defensive court, p < 0.05).Conclusion: These results suggest how to improve task representativeness during specific conditioning or game-based training situations and also to help coaches' strategic decisions during the games.

Nutrient content affecting Spodoptera frugiperda and Dalbulus maidis occurrence in corn

This work aims to study.the effect of the nutrient contents in the leaves of corn on the incidence of Spodopterafrugiperda （Smith）（Lepidoptera： Noctuidae） and Dalbulus maidis （Delong ＆ Wolcott）（Homoptera： Cicadellidae）. The treatments were represented by.unfertilized corn plants and corn plants fertilized with 250 kg of the formulation 4-14-8 （N- P-K）＋ 100 kg of ammonium sulfate （AS）/ha and 500 kg of the formulation 4-14-8 （N-P-K）＋200 kg of AS/ha, arranged in randomized blocks with four replicates. Attacks by.S. frugiperda and D. maidis were higher as the nitrogen, sulfur, calcium and copper content in the leaves of corn increased. The effects of calcium and copper found in this study.were not consistent with that of lower susceptibility.associated with higher levels of these nutrients mentioned in the literature. We believe that there was a cumulative effect of the nutrients altogether, building up a nutritiously.better vegetable which in turn had less reserve for defense, or that the content of both nutrients in the leaves were not high enough to induce such effects.
