An extreme drought appeared in South China from October 2020 to March *** that time,sea surface temperatures exhibited an unprecedented w.rm center over the northw.st Pacific(Nw.)and a cold center over the tropical eastern Pacific(La Niña).This study.demonstrates the combined effects of an exceptionally.w.rm Nw. and a moderate La Niña are closely.linked to the anomalous drought in South *** sea surface temperature anomaly.in these tw. regions induced a steeper horizontal geopotential height gradient over South *** a result,anomalous northeasterly.w.nds prevailed over South China,altering w.ter vapor transport and moisture convergence.A simplified atmospheric general circulation model also verifies the influence of the Nw. w.rm anomaly.on South China *** study.points out that the sea surface temperature variation in the Nw. w.s important to the occurrence of extreme drought in South China from October 2020 to March 2021.

Designing highly.active and stable electrocataly.ts of oxy.en evolution reaction （OER） is one of the crucial *** this study.a novel OER electrocataly.t,NiFe-MIL-53 modified w.th ultra-low.rhodium（Rh@NiFe-MIL-53）,is successfully.prepared via the hy.rothermal ***-situ Raman spectroscopy.and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.reveal that the doped Rh accelerates the phase transformation of NiFe-MIL-53 and the in-situ formed Rh@NiFeOOH is the actual active *** importantly.the enhanced reversibility.of electrochemical reconstruction betw.en NiFeOOH and NiFe（OH）2after doping Rh is beneficial for improving the electrochemical stability.of the cataly.t.X-ray.photoelectron spectroscopy.spectra show.the strong electronic interaction betw.en single-atom Rh and Ni/Fe in Rh@***,theoretical calculations confirm that the integration of single-atom Rh into the NiFeOOH successfully.reduces the band gap,regulates the d-band center （εd）,accelerates the charge transfer,and optimizes the adsorption behavior of oxy.en-containing intermediates,thereby.low.ring the energy.barrier of rate-determining ***,the optimized Rh@NiFe-MIL-53 exhibits excellent OER activity.（240 mV） w.th a small Tafel slope of 48.2 mV dec-1and long-term durability.(over1270 h at 10 m A cm-2and 110 h at 200 mA cm-2).This w.rk presents a new.perspective on designing highly.efficient OER electrocataly.ts.

The new.energy.pow.r generation is becoming increasingly.important in the pow.r *** as photovoltaic pow.r generation has become a research hotspot,how.ver,due to the characteristics of light radiation changes,photovoltaic pow.r generation is unstable and random,resulting in a low.utilization rate and directly.affecting the stability.of the pow.r *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy.for a new.nergy.pow.r generation sy.tem w.th a hy.rid energy.storage unit based on the lithium iron phosphate-supercapacitor hy.rid energy.storage ***,the variational mode decomposition algorithm is used to separate the high and low.frequencies of the pow.r signal,w.ich is conducive to the rapid and accurate suppression of the pow.r fluctuation of the energy.storage ***,the fuzzy.control algorithm is introduced to balance the pow.r betw.en energy.*** this paper,the actual data is used for simulation,and the simulation results show.that the strategy.realizes the effective suppression of the bus voltage fluctuation and the accurate control of the internal state of the energy.storage unit,effectively.avoiding problems such as overshoot and over-discharge,and can significantly.improve the stability.of the photovoltaic pow.r generation sy.temand the stability.of the Direct Current *** is of great significance to promote the development of collaborative control technology.for photovoltaic hy.rid energy.storage units.

COMPrompter: reconceptualized segment any.hing model w.th multiprompt netw.rk for camouflaged object detection

w. rethink the segment any.hing model(SAM) and propose a novel multiprompt netw.rk called COMPrompter for camouflaged object detection(COD). SAM has zero-shot generalization ability.bey.nd other models and can provide an ideal framew.rk for COD. Our netw.rk aims to enhance the single prompt strategy.in SAM to a multiprompt strategy. To achieve this, w. propose an edge gradient extraction module, w.ich generates a mask containing gradient information regarding the boundaries of camouflaged objects. This gradient mask is then used as a novel boundary.prompt, enhancing the segmentation process. Thereafter, w. design a box-boundary.mutual guidance module, w.ich fosters more precise and comprehensive feature extraction via mutual guidance betw.en a boundary.prompt and a box prompt. This collaboration enhances the model's ability.to accurately.detect camouflaged objects. Moreover, w. employ.the discrete w.velet transform to extract high-frequency.features from image embeddings. The high-frequency.features serve as a supplementary.component to the multiprompt ***, our COMPrompter guides the netw.rk to achieve enhanced segmentation results, thereby.advancing the development of SAM in terms of COD. Experimental results across COD benchmarks demonstrate that COMPrompter achieves a cutting-edge performance, surpassing the current leading model by.an average positive metric of 2.2% in COD10K. In the specific application of COD, the experimental results in poly. segmentation show.that our model is superior to top-tier methods as w.ll. Adaptive-basis decomposition-based low.rank netw.rk for efficient non-uniform motion deblurring

In this study. w. present a unified sparsity.driven framew.rk that significantly.enhances motion deblurring performance by.integrating tw. key.components: a custom-designed dataset and a low.rank module(LRM). This framew.rk leverages the inherent sparsity.of per-pixel blur kernels to bolster both deblurring accuracy.and model interpretability. Firstly. w. propose an adaptive-basis decomposition-based deblurring(ADD) approach, w.ich constructs a tailored training dataset to enhance the generalization capacity.of the deblurring netw.rk. The ADD framew.rk adaptively.decomposes motion blur into sparse basis elements, effectively.addressing the intricacies associated w.th non-uniform blurs. Secondly. an LRM is proposed to improve the interpretability.of deblurring models as a plug-and-play.module, primarily.designed to identify.and harness the intrinsic sparse features in sharp images. A series of ablation studies have been conducted to substantiate the sy.ergistic advantages of combining the proposed ADD w.th the LRM for overall improvement in deblurring efficacy. Subsequently. w. empirically.demonstrate through rigorous experimentation that incorporating the LRM into an existing Uformer netw.rk leads to substantial enhancement in reconstruction performance. This integration y.elds a sparsity.guided low.rank netw.rk(SGLRN). Operating under the overarching principle of sparsity. SGLRN consistently.outperforms state-of-the-art methods across multiple standard deblurring benchmarks. Comprehensive experimental results, assessed through quantitative metrics and qualitative visual evaluations, provide compelling evidence of its effectiveness. The overall deblurring results are available at Google Drive.
