The s.perplas.ic behavior and as.ociated deformation mechanis.s.of a fine-grained Mg-10.1 Li-0.8Al-0.6Zn alloy(LAZ1011)with a grain s.ze of 3.2μm,primarily compos.d of the BCCβphas. and a s.all amount of the HCPαphas.,were examined in a temperature range of 473 K to 623 *** micros.ructural refinement of this.alloy was.achieved by employing high-ratio differential s.eed *** bes. s.perplas.icity was.achieved at 523 K and at s.rain rates.of 10^(-4)-5×10^(-4)s.(-1),where tens.le elongations.of 550±600%were *** the heating and holding s.age of the tens.le s.mples.prior to tens.le loading,a s.gnificant increas. in grain s.ze was.obs.rved at temperatures.above 573 ***,it was.important to cons.der this.effect when analyzing and unders.anding the s.perplas.ic deformation behavior and *** the inves.igated s.rain rate range,the s.perplas.ic flow at low s.rain rates.was.governed by lattice diffus.on-controlled grain boundary s.iding,while at high s.rain rates.lattice diffus.on-controlled dis.ocation climb creep was.the rate-controlling deformation *** was.concluded that s.lute drag creep is.unlikely to *** the late s.ages.of deformation at 523 K,it was.obs.rved that grain boundary s.iding led to the agglomeration of theαphas.,res.lting in s.gnificant s.rain *** mechanis. maps.were cons.ructed forβ-Mg-Li alloys.in the form of 2D and 3D formats.as.a function of s.rain rate,s.res.,temperature,and grain s.ze,us.ng the cons.itutive equations.for various.deformation mechanis.s.derived bas.d on the data of the current tes.s.

BFO thin films.is.well known,it is.unclear whether a s.nglecrys.alline BFO thin film can accommodate mis.it s.rain without the involvement of its.***,unders.anding the s.rain relaxation behavior is.key to elucidating the lattice s.rain–property *** this.s.udy,a correlative s.rain analys.s.bas.d on dark-field inline electron holography(DIH)and quantitative s.anning trans.is.ion electron micros.opy(s.EM)was.performed to reveal the s.ructural mechanis. for s.rain accommodation of a s.ngle-crys.alline BFO thin *** nanos.ale DIH s.rain analys.s.res.lts.indicated a random combination of multiple s.rain s.ates.that acted as.a primary s.rain relief,forming irregularly s.rained *** s.EM-bas.d bond length meas.rement of the corres.onding s.rained nanodomains.revealed a unique s.rain accommodation behavior achieved by a s.atis.ical combination of multiple modes.of dis.orted s.ructures.on the unit-cell *** globally integrated s.rain for each nanodomain was.es.imated to be clos. to􀀀1.5%,irres.ective of the nanos.ale s.rain s.ates.which was.cons.s.ent with the fully s.rained BFO film on the s.TiO3 *** functional theory calculations.s.gges.ed that s.rain accommodation by the combination of metas.able phas.s.was.energetically favored compared to s.ngle-phas.-mediated *** dis.overy allows.a comprehens.ve unders.anding of s.rain accommodation behavior in ferroelectric oxide films.s.ch as.BFO,with various.low-s.mmetry polymorphs.

Fucoidan,a s.lfate polys.ccharide obtained from brown s.aweed,has.various.bioactive properties.including anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,anti-viral,anti-oxidant,anti-coagulant,anti-thrombotic,anti-angiogenic,and anti-Helicobacter pylori ***,the effects.of low-molecular-weight fucoidan(LMW-F)on melanoma cell lines.and three dimens.onal(3D)cell culture models.are not well *** s.udy aimed to inves.igate the effects.of LMW-F on A375 human melanoma cells.and cryopres.rved bios.ecimens.derived from patients.with advanced *** wave was.us.d to fragment fucoidan derived from Fucus.ves.culos.s.into s.aller *** and live/dead as.ays.s.owed that LMW-F inhibited cell proliferation in both A375 cells.and patientderived melanoma explants.in a 3D-printed collagen *** PTEN/AKT pathway was.found to be involved in the anti-melanoma effects.of *** blot analys.s.revealed that LMW-F reduced the phos.horylation of Bcl-2 at Thr 56,which was.as.ociated with the prevention of anti-apoptotic activity of cancer *** findings.s.gges.ed that LMW-F could enhance anti-melanoma chemotherapy and improve the outcomes.of patients.with melanoma res.s.ance.
