The rapid synthesis of structurally complicated electron donors&acceptors still remains a major challenge in organic solar cells(OSC).In this work,we developed a highly efficient strategy to access long-chain oligomeric donor and acceptors for OSC applications.A series of cyclopentadithiophene(CPDT)and benzothiadiazole(BT)-basedπ-conjugated oligomers,i.e.,three oligomeric acceptors(BTDT)n-IC(n=1.3)and one long-chain oligomeric donor(BTDT)4-RD,are facilely synthesized by an atom-and step-economical,and labor-saving direct C—H arylation(DACH)reaction(i.e.,C—H/C—Br cross coupling).Note that(BTDT)4-RD involving five CPDT,four BT and two rhodamine(RD)building blocks is the longest oligomeric donor in the fullerene-free OSC devices ever *** dependence of the structure-property-performance correlation of(BTDT)n-IC(n=1.3)and(BTDT)4-RD on theπ-conjugation lengths is thoroughly investigated by opto-electrochemical measurements,bulk heterojunction(BHJ)OSC devices and ***(BTDT)1.IC:PBDB-T and(BTDT)4-RD:y6 BHJs achieve power conversion efficiencies of 9.1.%and 4.51.,*** findings demonstrate that DACH reaction is a powerful tool to tune the opto-electronic properties and device performances by regulating the lengths ofπ-conjugated oligomers with varied numbers of repeating units.

An optimal flow rate allocation model of the oilfield treated oil pipeline network

Oilfield treated oil pipeline network is the link connecting the upstream oilfields and the downstream *** to the differences in operating costs and transportation fee between different pipelines and the fluctuation in the demand and sales prices of the treated oil,there is an optimal flow allocation plan for the pipeline network to make the oilfield company obtain the highest social and economic *** this study,a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model is developed to determine the optimal flow rate allocation plan of the large-scale and complex treated oil pipeline network,and both the social and economic benefits are considered *** optimization objective is the multi-objective which includes the largest user satisfaction and the highest economic *** model constraints include the oilfield production capacity,refinery demand,pipeline transmission capacity,flow,pressure,and temperature of the node and station,and the pipeline hydraulic and thermal *** 3.7 is utilized for the programming of the off-line calculation procedure and the MINLP model,and GUROBI 9.0.2 is served as the MINLP ***,the model is applied to a real treated oil pipeline network located in China,and three optimization scenarios are *** social benefit,the values of the user satisfaction of each refinery and the total network are 1.before and after optimization for scenarios 1.2,and *** economic benefit,the annual revenue can be increased by 0.227,0.293,and 0.548 billion yuan after the optimization in scenario 1.2,and 3,respectively.

Safety and energy density are significant for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),and the flammable organic elec-trolyte is one of the most critical causes of the safety problem of *** LiNi0.8 Co 0.1.Mn 0.1.O 2(NCM81.)cathode with high capacity can improve the energy density,the interface stability between NCM81. cathode and electrolytes needs to be ***,we report a multifunctional additive,diethyl(2-(triethoxysilyl)ethyl)phosphonate(DETSP),which can suppress the flammability of the elec-trolyte and enhance the cycling stability of NCM81. cathode with a capacity retention of 89.9%after 400 cycles at 1.C,while that of the blank electrolyte is merely 61.3%.In addition,DETSP is compati-ble well with the graphite anode without impairing the electrochemical ***,the performance and safety of NCM81./graphite full cells are also *** and theoretical re-sults demonstrate that DETSP can scavenge acidic byproducts and is beneficial to form a stable cathode-electrolyte interface(CEI).Accordingly,DETSP can potentially be an effective solution to ameliorating the safety of the commercial electrolyte and improving the stability of high-voltage cathodes.

Unlike chemosynthetic drugs designed for specific molecular and disease targets,active small-molecule natural products typically have a wide range of bioactivities and multiple targets,necessitating extensive screening and *** address this issue,we propose a strategy for the direct in situ microdynamic examination of potential drug candidates to rapidly identify their effects and mechanisms of *** a proof-of-concept,we investigated the behavior of mussel oligosaccharide(MOS-1.by tracking the subcellular dynamics of fluorescently labeled MOS-1.in cultured *** recorded the entire dynamic process of the localization of fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC)-MOS-1.to the lysosomes and visualized the distribution of the drug within the ***,lysosomes containing FITC-MOS-1.actively recruited lipid droplets,leading to fusion events and increased cellular lipid *** drug behaviors confirmed MOS-1.is a candidate for the treatment of lipid-related ***,in a high-fat HepG2 cell model and in high-fat diet-fed apolipoprotein E(ApoE)^(-/-)mice,MOS-1.significantly promoted triglyceride degradation,reduced lipid droplet accumulation,lowered serum triglyceride levels,and mitigated liver damage and ***,our work supports the prioritization of in situ visual monitoring of drug location and distribution in subcellular compartments during the drug development phase,as this methodology contributes to the rapid identification of drug ***,this methodology is significant for the screening and development of selective small-molecule drugs,and is expected to expedite the identification of candidate molecules with medicinal effects.

Intelligent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding modulators with a wide tuning range and cyclic stability are urgently needed but their fabrication remains challenging.A gel-like MXene/norepinephrine ink is developed and multifunctional MXene gratings with wide EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)tuning range,superior reversibility,and high mechanical flexibility are constructed by direct ink writing approach for dynamic EMI shielding and patterned Joule heating *** modulable MXene/norepinephrine grating with a high conductivity of 351. S·cm-1.can conveniently realize the seamless modulation of the EMI SE by adjusting the angle between the MXene grating filaments and the electric field of the incident electromagnetic waves,offering highly reversible switching between shielding“On”(28.0 dB)and“Off”(0.5 dB)***,due to the optimized integration of the MXene ink and the rationally designed pattern,a superior specific EMI SE of 95,688.2 dB·cm^(2)·g^(-1. is achieved in the“On”***,the MXene/norepinephrine ink can be used to fabricate many complex patterned gratings with superior stability,instant responsibility,and superb mechanical flexibility,exhibiting a unique patterned Joule heating *** writing of multifunctional gratings paves a means for developing intelligent EMI shielding materials,wearable electronic devices,and advanced thermal management materials.

K-ion batteries(KIBs)have drawn much attention due to the abundant potassium reserves and wide accessibility as well as high energy density,which can be designed for large-scale energy storage *** the most promising anode materials for KIBs,graphitic carbons,especially those with an intermediate structure between the crystalline graphite and amorphous carbons become a hot research focus because of the improved rate capability and enhanced diffusion-controlled capacity at low voltage ***,we first review the structures of graphitic carbons in the view of graphitic domains and the structure changes in their K-ion intercalation ***,we summarize the preparation mechanisms and characterizations of graphitic carbons and the influence factors in their degree of ***,we illustrate the strategies to optimize their K-ion storage properties from four aspects,namely graphitic domain design,microstructure engineering,electrochemical active component regulation,and defect ***,we propose the issues that urgently need to be solved in graphitic carbons and the possible *** hope that this view could offer some inspiration for the further designing and optimizing of graphitic carbons for practical KIBs.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),a prevalent solid carcinoma of significant concern,is an aggressive and often fatal disease with increasing global incidence rates and poor therapeutic *** etiology and pathological progression of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)-related HCC is multifactorial and ***,no single animal model can accurately mimic the full NASH-related HCC pathological progression,posing considerable challenges to transition and mechanistic ***,a novel conditional inducible wild-type human HRAS overexpressed mouse model(HRAS-HCC)was established,demonstrating 1.0%morbidity and mortality within approximately one month under normal dietary and lifestyle *** symptoms of HCC such as ascites,thrombus,internal hemorrhage,jaundice,and lung metastasis were successfully replicated in ***-depth pathological features of NASH-related HCC were demonstrated by pathological staining,biochemical analyses,and typical marker gene *** murine anti-PD-1.and sorafenib treatment effectively prolonged mouse survival,further confirming the accuracy and reliability of the *** on protein-protein interaction(PPI)network and RNA sequencing analyses,we speculated that overexpression of HRAS may initiate the THBS1.COL4A3 axis to induce NASH with severe fibrosis,with subsequent progression to ***,our study successfully duplicated natural sequential progression in a single murine model over a very short period,providing an accurate and reliable preclinical tool for therapeutic evaluations targeting the NASH to HCC continuum.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis(PSC)is a biliary disease accompanied by chronic inflammation of the liver and biliary *** stem cells(MSCs)are used to treat liver diseases because of their immune regulation and regeneration-promoting *** study was performed to explore the therapeutic potential of human placental MSCs(hP-MSCs)in PSC through the Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)receptor *** tissues were collected from patients with PSC and healthy donors(n=4)for RNA sequencing and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoid ***-MSCs were injected via the tail vein into Mdr2^(-/-),bile duct ligation(BDL),and 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1.4-dihydrocollidine(DDC)mouse models or co-cultured with organoids to confirm their therapeutic effect on biliary *** in bile acid metabolic profile were analyzed by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Compared with healthy controls,liver tissues and intrahepatic cholangiocyte organoids from PSC patients were characterized by inflammation and cholestasis,and marked downregulation of bile acid receptor TGR5 ***-MSC treatment apparently reduced the inflammation,cholestasis,and fibrosis in Mdr2^(-/-),BDL,and DDC model *** activating the phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase pathway,hP-MSC treatment promoted the proliferation of cholangiocytes,and affected the transcription of downstream nuclear factorκB through regulation of the binding of TGR5 and Pellino3,thereby affecting the cholangiocyte inflammatory phenotype.
