For permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) working at trapezoidal speed for long time, high thrust brings high temperature rise, while low thrust limits dynamic performance. Thus, it is crucial to find a balance between temperature rise and dynamic performance. In this paper, a velocity planning model of the PMLSM at trapezoidal speed based on electromagnetic-fluid-thermal(EFT) field is proposed to obtain the optimal dynamic performance under temperature limitation. In this model, the winding loss is calculated considering the acceleration and deceleration time. The loss model is indirectly verified by the temperature rise experiment of an annular winding sample. The actual working conditions of the PMLSM are simulated by dynamic grid technology to research the influence of acceleration and deceleration on fluid flow in the air gap, and the variation rule of the thermal boundary condition is analyzed. Combined with the above conditions, the temperature rise of a coreless PMLSM(CPMLSM) under the rated working condition is calculated and analyzed in detail. Through this method and several iterations, the optimal dynamic performance under the temperature limitation is achieved. The result is verified by a comparison between simulation and prototype tests, which can help improve the dynamic performance.

无轨运输斜井由于高效率、低投入、易维护等优点而在铁路、公路、水利以及矿山等行业中得到了广泛应用,但各个行业对斜井纵坡和内轮廓等设计参数均无统一标准。文章参考铁路、公路、矿山等行业有关无轨运输斜井坡度和内轮廓的设计规定,通过理论计算和公式推导,提出了铁路隧道无轨运输斜井的最大坡度和基本内轮廓尺寸等主要设计参数,确定了无轨运输斜井净宽、净高的设置原则,以及斜井内错车道或平坡段的设置间距。

Objective:Trained immunity of natural killer(NK)cells has shown great potential in the treatment of cancers by eliciting enhanced effector responses to restimulation by cytokines or cancer cells for long time periods after preactivation.However,the human NK cells responsible for the generation and maintenance of trained immunity are largely unknown.We hypothesized that heterogeneous human NK cells would respond differentially to stimulation with a combination of IL-12,IL-15,and IL-18,and that an NK cell subset might exist that is mainly responsible for the induction of trained immunity.On the basis of our hypothesis,we aimed to identify the subset from which cytokine-trained human NK cells originate and to explore possible regulatory targets for drug intervention.Methods:Flow cytometry assays were performed to analyze the functions of cytokine-trained NK cells and examine cell division and protein expression in NK cell subsets.Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)plus TotalSeq™technology was used to track the heterogeneity of NK cells during the induction of trained immunity.Results:Traditional developmental markers for peripheral NK cells were unable to identify the precursors of human NK cells with trained immunity.Therefore,we used scRNA-seq plus TotalSeq™technology to track the heterogeneity of NK cells during the induction of trained immunity and identified a unique cluster of CD57−NKG2A+EZH2+IFNG+MKI67+IL12R+IL15R+IL18R+NK cells.Enrichment and pseudotime trajectory analyses suggested that this cluster of NK cells contained the precursor of trained NK cells.We then used flow cytometry to further investigate the role of EZH2 in trained NK precursors and found that CD57−NKG2A+EZH2+NK cells had faster cell cycles and an enhanced trained phenotype,and EZH2 inhibition significantly impaired the induction of trained immunity in NK cells.These results suggested that EZH2 is a unique epigenetic marker of precursors of human NK cells with trained immunity.Conclusions:Our work revealed human NK heterogeneity in the in

Nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3 D) porous carbon materials have numerous applications due to their highly porous structures, abundant structural nitrogen heteroatom decoration and low densities. Herein,nitrogen doped hierarchical 3 D porous carbons(NHPC) were prepared via a novel metal–organic aerogel(MOA), using hexamethylenetetramine(HMT), 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and copper(II) as starting materials. The morphology, porous structure of the building blocks in the NHPC can be tuned readily using different amount of HMT, which makes elongation of the pristine octahedron of HKUST-1 to give rise to different aspect ratio rod-like structures. The as-prepared NHPC with rod-like carbons exhibit high performance in lithium sulfur battery due to the rational ion transfer pathways, high N-doped doping and hierarchical porous structures. As a result, the initial specific capacity of 1341 m A h/g at rate of 0.5 C(1 C = 1675 m A h/g) and high-rate capability of 354 m A h/g at 5 C was achieved. The decay over 500 cycles is 0.08% per cycle at 1 C, highlighting the long-cycle Li–S batteries.

针对机械参数辨识精度受推力系数波动影响而降低的问题,提出等效机械参数模型,将推力系数与待辨识参数相结合,并推导该模型在控制器调谐和前馈补偿上与传统模型的等效性。为了进一步实现等效机械参数在线辨识,构建基于混合自适应扩展卡尔曼滤波的辨识器。混合自适应扩展卡尔曼滤波在系统噪声矩阵和渐消因子中加入自适应机制,能够估计系统噪声,并在负载突变时快速收敛。通过对系统可观性和矩阵正定性的推导,证明算法的稳定性。最后,在一台永磁同步直线电机上进行实验,验证所提算法的有效性及其在PWM周期为32 kHz和10 kHz时在线运行的可行性。

目的:调查浙江省各级医院血液透析室消毒质量管理现状,针对存在问题提出管理建议。方法:2019年3~10月对浙江省13所综合医院(其中三级医院5所,二级医院8所)的血液透析室进行调查,内容包括制度执行、环境管理、器械及耗材管理等,比较三级医院与二级医院的管理差异,分析管理中存在的问题。结果:三级医院与二级医院在制度执行、环境管理方面无明显差异(P>0.05);三级医院的透析用水、透析设备管理评分显著高于二级医院(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析室的消毒质量管理仍存在一定问题,必须加大防控力度,加强透析用水检监测,给予足够的资源投入,规范清洗消毒制度及流程,做好医院感染的控制管理工作。

Sisorid catfishes are primarily limited in distribution to rivers of the Himalayan region and Tibetan Plateau. These species have external morphologies that are adapted for extremely fast-flowing riverine systems. Given the diversity of the group and the above qualities of these catfishes, this lineage serves as an ideal group for inferring the geological history of this region based on their phylogenetic relationships reflecting evolutionary history. We sequenced the complete mitochondrial genome and four nuclear genes of representative sisorids distributed across river systems in China. Phylogenetic analyses strongly support the monophyly of the Sisoridae and the glyptosternoids. An analysis of the reconstructed ancestral states derived from inferred genealogical relationships suggests that the evolution of this lineage was accompanied by convergent evolution in morphological traits that were presumably in response to environmental pressure involving the rapid flowing river system that were generated during the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau(UTP).Molecular dating indicates that the Chinese sisorids and the glyptosternoids originated at the later Miocene(*10.9–9.8Mya), and with further biogeographic analyses indicates that the species of Sisoridae likely originated from a widely distributed ancestor. Moreover, the divergence of the Sisoridae in China can be divided into two phases consistent with the UTP. All of these results indicate that the diversification and dispersal events in this lineage occurred as a result of drainage systems formed during and after the UTP in the late Miocene and Quaternary periods.
