Upwelling and anthropogenic forcing on phytoplankton productivity and community structure changes in the Zhejiang coastal area over the last 100 years

Phytoplankton productivity and community structure in marginal seas have been altered significantly during the past three decades, but it is still a challenge to distinguish the forcing mechanisms between climate change and anthropogenic activities. High time-resolution biomarker records of two 210Pb-dated sediment cores（#34： 28.5°N, 122.272°E; CJ12-1269： 28.861 9°N, 122.515 3°E） from the Min-Zhe coastal mud area were compared to reveal changes of phytoplankton productivity and community structure over the past 100 years. Phytoplankton productivity started to increase gradually from the 1970 s and.increased rapidly after the late 1990 s at Site #34; and.it started to increase gradually from the middle 1960 s and.increased rapidly after the late 1980 s at Site CJ12-1269. Productivity of Core CJ12-1269 was higher than that of Core #34. Phytoplankton community structure variations displayed opposite patterns in the two cores. The decreasing d/B（dinosterol/brassicasterol） ratio of Core #34 since the 1960 s revealed.increased diatom contribution to total productivity. in contrast, the increasing d/B ratio of Core CJ12-1269 since the 1950 s indicated.increased dinoflagellate contribution to total productivity. Both the productivity increase and the increased dinoflagellate contribution in Core CJ12-1269 since the 1950–1960s were mainly caused by anthropogenic activities, as the location was closer to the Changjiang River Estuary with higher nutrient concentration and decreasing Si/N ratios. However, increased diatom contribution in Core #34 is proposed to be caused by increased coastal upwelling, with higher nutrient concentration and higher Si/N ratios.

Two new baccharane-type glycosides（1 and 2）, together with seven known baccharane-type glycosides （3u9） hosenkoside A, hosenkoside B, hosenkoside C, hosenkoside F, hosenkoside M, hosenkoside K and hosenko- side G were isolated from the d.ied seeds of impatientis balsamina L. The new baccharane-type glycosides were identified as honsenkol A-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-26-O-p-d-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-O-β-d- glucopyranosyl（1） and （3S,4R,17R,20S）17-hydrroxy-3-O-β-d-xylopyranose（12）-β-d-glucopyranosyl-26-O-β-d- glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-21,24-epoxybaccharane（2）, respectively, by spectroscopic methods, in- cluding NMR（1d and 2d）, iR and HR-ESi-MS. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for in vitro inhibitory activity against the cell lines. Compound 2 with a new baccharane skeleton had anti-hepatic fibrosis activity against A375 cells in bioassay results, which means the new compounds have potential value in antitumor applications.

Two new steroidal saponms（2, 3） and two known compounds（1, 4） were isolated from 75% ethanol extract ofAllii macrostemonis bulbus by various spectral methods. The two new steroidal saponins were respectively elucidated as （25S）-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5α-furostanol-2α,3β,22,26-tetrol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl（1→2）-[β-d- glucopyranosyl（1→3）]-β-d-glucopyranosyl（1→4 ）-β-d-galactopyranoside（2 ） and 26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5α- furostanol-25（ 27）-ene-3β,22,26-tetrol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl（ 1→2 ）-[β-d-glucopyranosyl（ 1→3 ）] -β-d-glucopyranosyl- （1→4）-β-d-galactopyranoside（3）. Compound 4 was obtained from this medical plant for the first time. The activity experiments of proliferation inhibition on tumor cells were performed by cell counting kit-8（CCK-8） method for compound 2（25S-configuration） and.its isomer（compound 1, 25R-configttration）. The results show that compounds 1 and 2 have weak inhibition on lung cancer A549 cells, melanoma A375 cells and breast cancer MCF-7 cells as well as certain inhibitory effect on liver cancer HepG2 cells, and the inhibitory effect of compound 1 is stronger than that of compound 2.

A new triterpenoid glycoside（l） and seven known triterpenoid glycosides, pseudoginsenoside RT2（2）,yesanchinoside R2（3）, vinaginsenoside R13（4）, vinaginsenoside R8（5）, notoginsenoside E（6）, 6＂＇-O-acetylginsenosideRe（7）, 6＂-O-acetylginsenoside Rbl（8）, were isolated from the rhizomes of Panaeis maforis. The new triterpenoidglycoside was elucidated as 3-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl-（l→2）-fl-d-（6＇-O-ethyl）-glucuronopyranosyl]-oleanolicacid-28-O-β-d-glucopyranoside by extensive spectroscopic and phytochemical methods. Compounds 2-8 wereobtained from the plant for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 displayed good activities against adenosine diphosphate（AdP）-induced platelet aggregation, and compounds 1, 5, 6 and 8 showed moderate activities. Compound 6 exhibitedmoderate antiplatelet aggregation activity induced by arachidonic acid（AA）.

某化工园区污水处理厂工程建设规模为1.5万m^(3)/d,要求出水水质的COd及氨氮从《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准提标至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)iV类水。经改造后,污水处理厂的处理工艺为“缓冲水池+调节池+初沉池+臭氧氧化+厌氧水解+A/O+A/O+二沉池+絮凝沉淀池+分配池+臭氧催化氧化+活性焦吸附+紫外线消毒”。废水经过预处理及生化改造,解决了有机物去除及脱氮难的问题,通过臭氧催化氧化和活性焦的深度处理,保证了COd的指标,使水质达到新的排放标准。

目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)合谷、内关二穴辅助全身麻醉对老年脊柱开放性手术患者围术期神经认知障碍(PNd)及临床预后的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2022年3月北京中医药大学东直门医院骨科脊柱开放性手术患者为研究对象。采取随机对照原则,将符合纳入标准的64例患者随机分为单纯全身麻醉组(对照组)和穴位电刺激复合全身麻醉组(实验组),每组32例。实验组在麻醉诱导前30 min直至手术结束时选择合谷穴、内关穴与神经刺激仪连接,给予电刺激。对照组在合谷和内关两穴贴电极片并与神经刺激仪连接,但不给予电刺激,其余治疗同实验组。观察术后7 d谵妄(POd)的发生率,在排除POd的情况下30 d内神经认知恢复延迟(dNR)的发生率,在麻醉前、气管插管时、切皮时、置入椎弓根钉时、术毕时患者脑电双频谱指数(BiS)值的变化,以及30 d内术后并发症(切口感染、恶心呕吐)发生情况。结果:64例患者均顺利完成手术。两组患者的基线值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术毕时,实验组BiS值高于对照组(Pd内的dNR发生率低于对照组(Pd内呕吐例数实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Pd的发生率及术后呕吐发生率,加快苏醒,改善患者预后。

Organic-inorganic halide perovskite,as a low-cost,solution-processable material with remarkable optoelectronic properties,is ideal candidate to fabricate high-performance photodetectors and.is expected to significantly reduce device *** to the common dion-Jacobson and Ruddlesden-Popper two-dimensional(2d)layered hybrid perovskite compounds,the perovskites with alternating cations in the interlayer(ACi)phase show higher crystal symmetry and narrower optical bandgaps,which exhibit great potential for excellent photodetection ***,we report a high-performance photodetector based on the 2d bilayered hybrid lead halide perovskite single crystal with the ACi phase(GAMA_(2)Pb_(2)i_(7);GA=C(NH_(2))_(3)and MA=CH_(3)NH_(3)).The single-crystal photodetector exhibits high photoresponsivity of 1.56,2.54,and 2.60 A/W for incident light wavelengths of 405,532,and 635 nm under 9.82 nW,respectively,together with the correspondingly high detectivity values of 1.86×10^(12),3.04×10^(12),and 3.11×10^(12)Jones under the same operating ***,a high-resolution imaging sensor is built based on the GAMA_(2)Pb_(2)i_(7)single-crystal photodetector,confirming the high stability and photosensitivity of the imaging *** results show that the 2d hybrid lead halide perovskites with alternating interlayer cations are promising for high-performance visible light photodetectors and.imaging systems.

As the key part of chip-scale atomic clocks(CSACs), the vapor cell directly determines the volume, stability,and power consumption of the CSAC. The reduction of the power consumption and CSAC volumes demands the manufacture of corresponding vapor cells. This overview presents the research development of vapor cells of the past few years and analyzes the shortages of the current preparation technology. By comparing several different vapor cell preparation methods, we successfully realized the micro-fabrication of vapor cells using anodic bonding and deep silicon etching. This cell fabrication method.is simple and effective in avoiding weak bonding strengths caused by alkali metal volatilization during anodic bonding under high ***, the vapor cell d2 line was characterized via optical-absorption resonance. According to the results,the proposed method.is suitable for CSAC.
