Background Our previous study has reported that supplementation of oligosaccharide-based polymer enhances gut health and disease resistance of pigs infected with enterotoxigenic ***(ETEC)F18 in a manner similar to *** objective of this study was to investigate the impacts of oligosaccharide-based polymer or antibiotic on the host metabolic profiles and colon microbiota of weaned pigs experimentally infected with ETEC *** Multivariate analysis highlighted the differences in the metabolic profiles of serum and colon digesta which were predominantly found between pigs supplemented with oligosaccharide-based polymer and *** relative abundance of metabolic markers of immune responses and nutrient metabolisms,such as amino acids and carbohydrates,were significantly differentiated between the oligosaccharide-based polymer and antibiotic groups(q2.0).In addition,pigs in antibiotic had a reduced(Pligosaccharide-based polymer on the metabolic and microbial profiles of pigs is not fully understood,and further exploration is ***,current research suggest that various mechanisms are involved in the enhanced disease resistance and performance in ETEC-challenged pigs by supplementing this polymer.

[目的 ]评价一定数量的小球隐孢子虫卵囊的感染力。 [方法 ]4日龄 NMRI乳鼠经口腔管饲法接种不同数量的卵囊 ,7d后处死乳鼠 ,取消化道幽门至肛门段并匀成悬液 ,取此悬液置载玻片上 ,石碳酸品红染色 ,相差显微镜查见卵囊的为被感染乳鼠。以各组被感染乳鼠百分率评价卵囊的感染力。 [结果 ]接种 15 0 0或 2 0 0 0的乳鼠均被感染 ;接种 10 0 0、 5 0 0、2 5 0、 10 0和 5 0个卵囊的乳鼠 ,感染率分别为 88%、 74%、 5 1%、 2 8%和 9.5 %。 [结论 ]NMRI乳鼠模型接种卵囊数在 15 0 0～5 0范围内 ,其接种量与感染率呈正相关。该模型可用于评价一定数量小球隐孢子虫卵囊的感染力。

Dietary supplementation of Bacillus subtilis influenced intestinal health of weaned pigs experimentally infected with a pathogenic E. coli

Background: There is growing evidence to support the beneficial effects of supplementing direct-fed microbials(DFM) on performance, health status, and immune responses of weaned pigs. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate dietary supplementation of Bacillus subtilis(DSM 25841) on growth performance, diarrhea, gut permeability and immunity of weaned pigs experimentally infected with a pathogenic F-18 Escherichia coli(E. coli).Results: The F18 E. coli infection reduced(P li height, whereas increased(P lity in the jejunum compared with non-challenged control. An Efficient YOLOX-Based Method for Photovoltaic Cell Defect Detection

Defect detection technology is crucial for the efficient operation and maintenance of photovoltaic ***,the diversity of defect types,scale inconsistencies,and background interference significantly complicate the detection ***,this paper employs the YOLOX model as the backbone network structure and optimizes various modules to address these ***,we adopt a transfer learning strategy to accelerate model convergence and avoid insufficient accuracy due to the limited number of defect ***,we introduce the SENet module into the feature extraction process to enhance the contrast between defects and their ***,we incorporate the ASFF strategy at the end of the PAFPN network to adaptively learn and emphasize both high-and low-level semantic features of ***,model accuracy is enhanced by refining the loss functions for positioning,classification,and ***,the proposed method achieved excellent results on the Photovoltaic Electroluminescence Anomaly Detection dataset(PVEL-AD),with a mAP of 96.7%and a detection speed of ***,the detection of small target defects showed significant improvement.

针对光伏发电量研究中传统单一模型预测误差大、特征数据少、深层神经网络模型出现梯度爆炸或消失的问题,该文提出一种基于多特征融合和XGBoost-lightGBM-ConvLSTM(XG-LG-CL)的短期光伏发电量预测模型。首先,分析影响光伏发电的相关因素,采用光伏领域特征融合和高阶特征融合方法将原有11个有效特征增加至62个有效特征;其次,分别建立XGBoost、lightGBM和ConvLSTM模型提取时空特征;最后,利用自适应权重法混合3种模型进行发电量预测。结果表明,该模型在光伏发电实测数据实验中,预测准确率为88.4%,与现有预测方法相比提升了3.1~8.6个百分点,可精确地预测光伏发电量,为电网稳定运行提供有效数据支撑。
