Epitaxial YBCO films were deposited on （100） LaAlO3 single-crystal substrates by metalorganic deposition of metal trifluoroacetate precursors with different concentrations. All the YBCO films have Tc around 91 K and Jc excess 2 MA/cm^2 at 77 K in zero field. XRD θ-2θscans show all the films have c-axis normal orientation. The FWHM （full width at half-maximum intensity） values of X-ray ω-scans of （005） reflection are 0.379°, 0.283°, and 0.543° for the YBCO thin films deposited with precursor solution concentrations of 1.52, 1.0, and 0.75 mol/L, respectively. With the concentration of the precursors decreasing, the thickness of the films decreases linearly. SEM micrographs show that porosities in the films become bigger with the precursor solution concentration decreasing. The big porosities in the film with the lowest concentration precursor deteriorate the superconducting property and make it have a wider superconducting transition and a lower Jc.

High quality epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-δ （YBCO） superconducting films were fabricated on （00l） LaAlO3 substrates using the direct-current sputtering method. The attainment of an unusually high film thickness （up to 2.0 μm） without mi-crocracking was attributed in part to the presence of pores correlated with yttrium-rich composition in the films. The influ-ence of the film thickness on the microstructure was investigated by X-ray diffraction conventional scan （θ-2θ,ω-scan,pole figure） and high-resolution reciprocal space mapping. The films were c-axis oriented with no a-axis-oriented grains up to the thickness of 2 μm. The surface morphology and the critical current density （Jc） strongly depended on the film thickness. Furthermore,the reasons for these thickness dependences were elucidated in detail.

Preparation and Characterization of CeO_2/YSZ/CeO_2 Buffer Layers for YBCO Coated Conductors

CeO2 seed layer was deposited on rolling-assisted biaxially textured metal substrates by direct-current （DC） magnetron reactive sputtering. The effect of deposition temperature on epitaxial orientation of CeO2 thin films was examined. High quality CeO2 layers were achieved at deposition temperature from 750℃ to 850℃.Subsequently yttria-stabilized zirconia （YSZ） and CeO2 films were deposited to complete the buffer layer structure via the same process. The best samples exhibited a highly biaxial texture, as indicated by FWHM （full width half maximum） values in the range of 4°-5°, and 2°-4° for in-plane and out-of-plane orientations,respectively. Secondary ion mass spectrometer analysis confirmed the effective prevention of buffer layer against Ni and W metal interdiffusion. Atomic force microscope observations revealed a smooth, dense and crack-free surface morphology, which provided themselves as the good buffer structure to the YBa2Cu3O7-δ（YBCO） coated conductors.

In this paper,the non-polluting,non-toxic,and eco-friendly material-MnO_(2)electrodes were deposited on three-dimensional porous nickel(Ni)foam by linear sweep voltammetry,and the entire electrodeposition process did not require sintering of the material,which was fast and convenient while avoiding unnecessary energy consump-tion and thus was environmentally *** electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy were used to examine the surface and microscopic characteristics of each sample(TEM).Chronoam-perometry(CA),cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)were then used to determine the electrochemical characteristics of the manufactured *** result suggests that the MnO_(2)-sv80 electrode sample at a scan rate of 80 mV/s^(−1)has excellent performance for the supercapacitor *** specific capacitance was as high as 531.4 F g^(−1)at a current density of 1 A g^(−1)and remained at 223.2 F g^(−1)at an ultra-high current density of 20 A g^(−1),with capacitance retention of 42%.

One-step fabrication of TiO2/graphene hybrid mesoporous film with enhanced photocatalytic activity and photovoltaic performance

通过原位热稳定性试验、紫外-可见光谱、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、循环伏安法和充/放电试验,研究了聚丙烯酸(PAA)对全钒氧化还原流电池(VRFB)正极电解液的热稳定性和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,PAA添加剂可以提高V(V)电解液的热稳定性。在室温条件下,少量的PAA添加剂对电解液电化学性能影响不大,仅能轻微地提高正极电解液的电化学性能和VRFB的能量效率。此外,以PAA添加量为3%的正极电解液组装电池,该电池在50℃时表现出良好的充/放电循环性能,其充电容量保持率高于没有添加PAA的电池。

TiO2用于治理环境污染是当前的热点问题之一。本文采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了稀土元素Sm掺杂的T峨光催化薄膜，并对薄膜进行了x射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜表征，将制得的TiO2薄膜用于降解农药废水而对其光催化活性进行评估。研究结果表明，当稀土元素Sm掺杂量为0．3％、镀膜层数为3层，烧结温度为500～550℃，煅烧时间为2h时薄膜具有较好的降解率。薄膜降解乐果废水表明，在太阳光照条件下薄膜具有很高的光催化活性。

The adaptive fusion estimation problem was studied for the multi-sensor nonlinear under-observed systems with multiplicative noise. A one-step predictor with state update equations was designed for the virtual state with virtual noise first of all. An extended incremental Kalman filter(EIKF) was then proposed for the nonlinear under-observed systems. Furthermore, an adaptive filtering method was given for optimization. The fusion adaptive incremental Kalman filter weighted by scalar was finally proposed. The comparison analysis was made to verify the optimization of the state estimation using adaptive filtering method in the filtering process.

The soliton resolution conjecture proposes that the initial value problem can evolve into a dispersion part and a soliton ***,the problem of determining the number of solitons that form in a given initial profile remains unsolved,except for a few specific *** this paper,the authors use the deep learning method to predict the number of solitons in a given initial value of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)*** leveraging the analytical relationship between Asech^(2)(x)initial values and the number of solitons,the authors train a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)that can accurately identify the soliton count from spatio-temporal *** trained neural network is capable of predicting the number of solitons with other given initial values without any additional *** extensive calculations,the authors demonstrate the effectiveness and high performance of the proposed method.
