SiRAP2-12,a Positive Regulatory Factor,Effectively Improves the Waterlogging Tolerance of Foxtail Millet(Setaria italica)

Foxtail millet(Setaria italica)growth was inhibited because of waterlogging stress,which has caused yield *** family plays an important role to plant adversity *** our study,we obtained 19,819 differential expressed genes(DEGs)between the two treatments based on the RNA-seq sequencing of foxtail millet of water-logging ***,a total of 28 ERF family members were obtained,which have a complete open read-ing *** studied the evolution and function of SiERF family and how they affected the waterlogging *** was found that SiERF1A/B/C(GenBank ID:OR775217,OR775219,OR775218)and SiRAP2-12(GenBank ID:OR775216)have similar functions to the known waterlogging tolerance genes of other *** them,the SiRAP2-12 expression was obviously signiﬁcantly up-regulated in foxtail millet after 5d water-logging *** SiRAP2-12 was silenced,the activity of defense enzymes in millet decreased signiﬁ*** details,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),the osmotic regulator proline(Pro),and the activity of the anaerobic respiratory enzyme alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)content were decreased by 78.61%,29.52%,79.95%,19.41%and 54.77%,*** contrast,the relative electrical conductivity contents(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA),and hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))of the foxtail millet subjected to virus-induced gene silencing clearly increased by 1.03-fold,36.09%,and 15.21%,*** content of sodium(Na^(+))in the SiRAP2-12-silenced foxtail millet also increased,but that of potassium(K^(+))***,we found that ethylene content was signiﬁcantly ***,the SiAOC1 expression,an essential gene for ethylene synthesis,was inhibited in SiRAP2-12-silenced foxtail millet after waterlogging *** together,we hypothesized that SiRAP2-12 might be a positive regulator of millet tolerance to waterlogging stress.

A novel graph oversampling framework for node classification in class-imbalanced graphs

Graph neural network(GNN) is a promising method to analyze graphs. Most existing GNNs adopt the class-balanced assumption, which cannot deal with class-imbalanced graphs well. The oversampling technique is effective in alleviating class-imbalanced problems. However, most graph oversampling methods generate synthetic minority nodes and their edges after applying GNNs. They ignore the problem that the representations of the original and synthetic minority nodes are dominated by majority nodes caused by aggregating neighbor information through GNN before oversampling. In this paper, we propose a novel graph oversampling framework, termed distribution alignment-based oversampling for node classification in classimbalanced graphs(named Graph-DAO). Our framework generates synthetic minority nodes before GNN to avoid the dominance of majority nodes caused by message passing in GNNs. Additionally, we introduce a distribution alignment method based on the sum-product network to learn more information about minority nodes. To our best knowledge, it is the first to use the sum-product network to solve the class-imbalanced problem in node classification. A large number of experiments on four real datasets show that our method achieves the optimal results on the node classification task for class-imbalanced graphs.

缺钾胁迫下谷子转录组分析及相关基因挖掘

钾是作物生长不可缺少的元素,挖掘提高作物钾吸收能力的基因,增强作物对缺钾的耐受性具有重要的意义。以‘冀谷45’为供试材料,幼苗长至6叶期时进行缺钾胁迫7 d,通过农艺指标及转录组分析挖掘缺钾胁迫的相关基因。结果表明,缺钾胁迫影响谷子的生长发育,株高、叶宽、叶长、茎粗、苗期地上部干重及叶绿素含量低于CK,而根长、根表面积显著增加。转录组分析显示,缺钾胁迫后217个基因表达上调,38个基因表达下调。GO功能富集发现,差异表达基因主要富集于核糖体的结构成分、有机氮化合物代谢过程、蛋白质代谢过程、细胞蛋白质代谢过程、无膜细胞器等类别。KEGG功能富集结果表明,差异表达基因主要富集于核糖体、植物激素信号转导、谷胱甘肽代谢等19个通路。进而筛选出35个与激素表达显著相关的基因,19个氧化应激相关差异表达基因,10个转录因子家族及11个与转导信号相关的基因,1个与氨基酸及核苷酸的糖代谢相关的基因。候选基因Seita.9G193900属于CYP45084A亚家族,调控S型木质素合成的关键酶;Seita.5G365500属于WRKY家族,调控抗病响应基因PAD3等基因的表达;Seita.3G216900是RNA聚合酶Ⅱ转录亚基37E相关介质——HSPA1s辅助蛋白;Seita.4G286000为几丁内质内切酶基因CHIB,调控糖的合成与酵解。以上结果初步揭示了谷子缺钾胁迫相关基因的转录调控,为谷子耐缺钾相关基因的克隆与功能验证奠定基础。

Primary Research on Screening of Herbicides in Summer Sowing Broomcorn Millet Field

[ Objective] The paper was to select the suitable herbicides for summer sowing breomcom millet and reduce labor costs. [ Method ] More than 20 kinds of herbicides commonly used in fields had been preliminarily screened, and six kinds of herbicides were selected for further field herbicidal effect experiment. [ Re- suit] The herbicidal effects of 2,4-D butylate, MCPA-Na, tribenuren, 2,4-D isooctyl ester and monosulfuren plus prepasine against Pharbitis nil （ lAan. ） Choisy, Amaranth mangostanus L. and Portulaca oleracea L. were greater than 70%, and the weed control effect on fresh weight by leaf and stem spray of tribenu- ran and MCPA-Na were greater than 96% after herbicide application for 20 d. [ Concluslon] The study provides the guidance for production of breomcom millet.

Beauv.]进行间套轮作的农作物,为建立合理的谷子间套轮作体系提供参考依据。采用水提法制备谷子根、茎、叶浸提液,每种浸提液设4个浓度梯度(5、20、40、100 mg·mL^(-1)),以蒸馏水为对照(CK),研究谷子植株三部位浸提液对受体作物绿豆[Vigna radiate(L.)Wilczek]、红豆[Vigna angularis(Willd.) Ohwi et Ohashi]、玉米(Zea mays L.)、小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)和谷子种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,谷子根、茎、叶浸提液对受体作物种子发芽率和幼苗生长均有抑制作用,叶部浸提液抑制作用最强,根部浸提液的抑制作用最弱。随着浸提液浓度增加,其对受体种子的发芽率和幼苗鲜重、根长、芽长抑制作用加重。整体上看,谷子秸秆浸提液对5种作物种子萌发的抑制作用由小到大排序为绿豆<红豆<小麦<谷子<玉米。综合来看,绿豆更适宜与谷子进行间作、套作和轮作。

Effects of Seeding Rate, Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Grass Yield of Forage Millet ( Setaria itlica) in Hebei

The paper was to study the effects of seeding rate, water and fertilizer （ N, P, K） coupling on grass yield of forage millet Jigu No. 18 （Setaria itlica）. A quadratic regression otthogonal rotation combination with five factors was designed in pot experiment. The mathematical model between hay yield of forage millet （Y） and soil moisture content （ x1 ）, N fertilizer （x2 ）, P fertilizer （x3 ）, K fertilizer （x4） and seeding rate （x5 ） was established to simulate optimization. The results showed that moisture content, seeding rate, P fertilizer and K fertilizer had important effects on hay yield. Soil moisture content had the biggest impact on yield, followed by seeding rate, P and K fertilizer. The coupling effects of various factors successively were moisture content / seeding rate 〉 K fertil- izer/seeding rate 〉 N / P fertilizer 〉 soil moisture/N fertilizer 〉 soil moisture/ P fertilizer. Moreover, the mathematical model, Y = 20 543. 756 - 565. 570xI -39. 942x2 -23. 102x3 -38. 470x4 - 151. 877x5 ＋ 1. 052x^x2 ＋ 1. 604xIx3 ＋ 12. 953xt x5 - 0. 173x2x3 ＋ 0. 737x4x5 - 2. 292x5^2, was established. The optimum soil moisture and seeding rate were determined as 10% andl5 kg/hm2, respectively. In this scheme, the hay yield was 14 037. 151 0 kg/hm^2 and the economic benefit was 13 887.15 yuan/hm^2 ; the income was increased by 23.68% （ 3 288.98 yuan/hm^2 ） compared to the optimal combination in the test. The results provided a theoretical basis and technical support for forage millet production in Hebei Province.

Study on the Influence of Sowing Rate,Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Water Use Efficiency of Fodder Millet

To study the influence of sowing rate,water and fertilizer( N,P and K) coupling on water use efficiency of fodder millet grown in autumn fallow field,taking " Jigu 18" as the tested material,a orthogonal rotation combination with five factors was designed in pot experiment. Results showed that both water and phosphate fertilizer had important impacts on water use efficiency,in which water had the maximum impact,followed by phosphate fertilizer,and nitrogen fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and sowing rate all had no obvious impact. Significant item of sowing rate,water and fertilizer coupling had the below sequence: potassium fertilizer + sowing rate > nitrogen fertilizer + phosphate fertilizer > water + phosphate fertilizer > water + sowing rate > water + potassium fertilizer,and other items had no obvious impact. Mathematical model was established: y = 44. 26- 1. 311x1- 2. 298x2- 3. 682x3- 6. 401x4- 34. 540x5+ 0. 273x1x3+ 0. 118x1x4+ 0. 843x1x5- 1. 948x2x3+ 6. 631x4x5. The optimal scheme taking economic benefit as the examining index was cleared,that is,soil water content maintained 10%,and sowing rate of fodder millet was 15 kg / hm2. By the scheme,water use efficiency was 26. 24 g / kg,and hay yield was13980. 90 kg / hm2,with economic benefit of 13830. 90 yuan/hm2,which was 3063. 73 yuan/hm2 more than the optimized combination with the highest hay yield,with increase magnitude of 22. 15%,and was 6215. 15 yuan / hm2 more than the optimized combination with the highest water use efficiency,with increase magnitude of 44. 94%. The research could provide theoretic basis and technical support for production practice of fodder millet grown in autumn fallow field.
