Article 9 of the Regulations on Religious Affairs revised in 2017 stipulates that“national religious bodies and religious bodies of the provinces,autonomous regions,or municipalities directly under the Central Government may,based on the needs of their religions,select and send people for overseas religious study and accept foreigners for religious study in *** organizations or individuals shall not select and send people for overseas religious study and accept foreigners for religious study in China.”The Buddhist Association of China(BAC)began to send monastics abroad for further study in the early stage of China’s reform and opening up,initially to Japan and Sri Lanka,and later to countries such as Thailand,South Korea,and *** number of officially-sponsored personnel being sent abroad was rather small in the 1980s and 1990s,and the purpose was mainly to learn successful experience regarding management and educational systems from Japan,South Korea,as well as from Theravada Buddhism,in order to broaden the international perspective of Chinese Buddhism and to serve the rejuvenation of Chinese *** officially-sponsored monastics being sent abroad for further study were mainly selected from the students or graduates of the Buddhist Academy of China,and they maintained close contact with the *** the 20th century,the number of officially-sponsored Buddhist monastics being sent abroad has increased dramatically,with the overseas studies at the Buddhist College of Singapore(BCS)being the largest in scale and the most *** Buddhist Academy of China recruited students nationwide and organized unified examinations to screen and admit students who would go to the Buddhist College of *** monastics studying there mainly received undergraduate education,with an aim of academic construction and sustainable development of Han Buddhism(汉传佛教),as well as strengthening monastic management and overseas *** the reform and

Enhancing the soil and water assessment tool model for simulating N_(2)O emissions of three agricultural systems

Nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)is a potent greenhouse gas(GHG)contributing to global warming,with the agriculture sector as the major source of anthropogenic N_(2)O emissions due to excessive fertilizer *** is an urgent need to enhance regional-/watershed-scale models,such as Soil and Water Assessment Tool(SWAT),to credibly simulate N_(2)O emissions to improve assessment of environmental impacts of cropping ***,we integrated the DayCent model’s N_(2)O emission algorithms with the existing widely tested crop growth,hydrology,and nitrogen cycling algorithms in SWAT and evaluated this new tool for simulating N_(2)O emissions in three agricultural systems(i.e.,a continuous corn site,a switchgrass site,and a smooth brome grass site which was used as a reference site)located at the Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center(GLBRC)scale-up fields in southwestern *** three systems represent different levels of management intensity,with corn,switchgrass,and smooth brome grass(reference site)receiving high,medium,and zero fertilizer application,*** indicate that the enhanced SWAT model with default parameterization reproduced well the relative magnitudes of N_(2)O emissions across the three sites,indicating the usefulness of the new tool(SWAT-N_(2)O)to estimate long-term N_(2)O emissions of diverse cropping ***,parameter calibration can significantly improve model simulations of seasonality of N_(2)O fluxes,and explained up to 22.5%-49.7%of the variability in field *** sensitivity analysis indicates that climate change(e.g.,changes in precipitation and temperature)influences N_(2)O emissions,highlighting the importance of optimizing crop management under a changing climate in order to achieve agricultural sustainability goals.

仙茅-淫羊藿水提物入血成分的抗炎作用研究

目的:探究仙茅-淫羊藿水提物(EX)中入血成分的抗炎作用。方法:采用AutoDockTools软件将EX中5种入血成分(仙茅苷、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I、苔黑酚葡萄糖苷和朝藿定A)与靶蛋白髓细胞触发受体2(TREM2)进行分子对接;采用细胞计数试剂盒(CCK8)检测EX中5种入血成分在不同浓度下对小胶质细胞(BV2)细胞活力的影响;采用LPS刺激BV2或小鼠骨髓来源的巨噬细胞(BMDMs)及尼日利亚菌素(nigericin)刺激LPS预处理的BMDMs细胞建立炎症模型,并用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测5种入血成分对细胞上清液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平的影响。结果:EX的入血成分仙茅苷、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I和朝藿定A与TREM2结合十分稳定,苔黑酚葡萄糖苷与TREM2结合较为稳定;仙茅苷、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I、朝藿定A和苔黑酚葡萄糖苷均可在一定浓度下减少BMDMs细胞产生的IL-1β水平,而仅高浓度的仙茅苷和淫羊藿苷可减少BMDMs细胞产生的TNF-α水平。结论:EX的5种入血成分均可与TREM2结合,抑制下游NF-κB、NLRP3炎症通路改善炎症,可能是EX调控TREM2改善学习记忆能力和神经炎症的有效物质基础,在EX中起到协同增效的作用。

Theoretical study on the effect of H_(2)O on the formation mechanism of NO_(x) precursors during indole pyrolysis

The incineration technology of kitchen waste is one of the effective technologies to achieve the resource utilization of municipal solid *** is an important stage of *** is a rich initial product in the pyrolysis process of kitchen waste,and the presence of H_(2)O has a significant impact on the decomposition of indole to form NO_(x) ***,this study uses density functional theory method to study the effect of H_(2)O on the thermal decomposition of indole to produce NH_(3),HNCO,and *** H_(2)O participates in the reaction,it can provide oxidative groups to generate a new product HNCO,which is different from the previous findings by indole pyrolysis without the presence of H_(2)***,this study theoretically proves that NH_(3) is easier to form than *** is consistent with the phenomenon that NH_(3) release is higher than HCN release in pyrolysis *** addition,compared with the individual pyrolysis of indole,the participation of H_(2)O reduces the energy barriers for the formation of NH_(3) and HCN during indole pyrolysis,thereby promoting the formation of NH_(3) and HCN.

Stem cell transplantation has been proved a promising therapeutic instrument in intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD).However,the elevation of oxidative stress in the degenerated region impairs the efficiency of mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)transplantation treatment via exaggeration of mitochondrial ROS and promotion of BMSCs ***,we applied an emulsion-confined assembly method to encapsulate Coenzyme Q10(Co-Q10),a promising hydrophobic antioxidant which targets mitochondria ROS,into the lecithin micelles,which renders the insoluble Co-Q10 dispersible in water as stable *** micelles are injectable,which displayed efficient ability to facilitate Co-Q10 to get into BMSCs in vitro,and exhibited prolonged release of Co-Q10 in intervertebral disc tissue of animal *** to mere use of Co-Q10,the Co-Q10 loaded micelle possessed better bioactivities,which elevated the viability,restored mitochondrial structure as well as function,and enhanced production of ECM components in rat ***,it is demonstrated that the injection of this micelle with BMSCs retained disc height and alleviated IVDD in a rat needle puncture ***,these Co-Q10 loaded micelles play a protective role in cell survival and differentiation through antagonizing mitochondrial ROS,and might be a potential therapeutic agent for IVDD.

近年来,我国动物诊疗类案件逐渐增多。执法人员在办理该类案件时,在无证经营检查、兽医人员管理、违法证据收集、违法所得认定等方面往往会面临一些实际问题,尤其是中西部地区,受经济发展水平影响,诊疗机构数量不多,执法机构缺乏相关的办案经验。本文中,结合两起动物诊疗案件,对诊疗许可、执业兽医备案管理、多点执业、互联网诊疗、病历处方管理等方面的有关规定进行了系统梳理,并提出了一些思考,以期对执法同行有所借鉴和参考。
