目的探究中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、全身免疫炎症指数(SII)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)指标与接受卡瑞利珠单抗免疫治疗的晚期食管鳞癌患者预后的相关性。方法本研究为回顾性队列研究,选取2020年7月至2022年6月在连云港市第二人民医院肿瘤科收治的64例食管鳞癌患者,男12例,女52例,年龄68(63,74)岁,年龄范围为52~85岁。收集患者的一般资料和治疗前1周的外周血液指标,通过受试者操作特征曲线确定最佳截断值,采用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析,采用Cox比例风险模型对无进展生存期和总生存期分别进行单因素和多因素分析预后因素。结果NLR的曲线下面积为0.841,最佳截断值为4.6;PLR的曲线下面积为0.842,最佳截断值为194.5;SII的曲线下面积为0.792,最佳截断值是725.4;LDH的曲线下面积为0.731,最佳截断值为277.0 U/L。在Cox单因素分析中,LDH、NLR、SII与无进展生存期相关(P277.0 U/L有较长的无进展生存期,LDH≤277.0 U/L比LDH>277.0 U/L有较长的总生存期,PLR≤194.5比PLR>194.5有较长的总生存期。联合指标的曲线下面积(0.876)高于单一LDH曲线下面积(0.713)和单一PLR曲线下面积(0.842),表明LDH联合PLR的预测价值更高。结论LDH、PLR对晚期食管鳞癌患者接受卡瑞利珠单抗治疗预后有关,并且LDH联合PLR的预测价值高于单一指标,NLR、SII并未发现与预后有一定相关性。

Background Erythropoietin elicits protective effects in lung tissue injury induced by ischaemic reperfusion and hyperoxia. We investigated the protective roles of erythropoietin in pulmonary inflammation and lung injury during acute endotoxaemia.Methods A total of 32 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups： saline group, erythropoietin＋saline group, saline＋lipopolysaccharide group and erythropoietin＋lipopolysaccharide group. Rats were treated with erythropoietin （3000 U/kg, i.p.） or saline, 30 minutes prior to lipopolysaccharide administration （6 mg/kg, i.v.）. Four hours after lipopolysaccharide injection, samples of pulmonary tissue were collected. Optical microscopy was performed to examine pathological changes in lungs. Wet/dry （W/D） ratios, myeloperoxidase activity, malondialdehyde concentrations and tumour necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α） as well as interleukin 1 beta （IL-1β） levels in lungs were measured. The pulmonary expression of nuclear factor kappaB （NF-κB） p65 was evaluated by Western blotting. Differences between the different groups were analysed by one-way analysis of variance （ANOVA）.Results The lung tissues from the saline＋lipopolysaccharide group were significantly damaged, which were less pronounced in the erythropoietin＋lipopolysaccharide group. The W/D ratio increased significantly in the saline＋lipopolysaccharide group （5.75±0.22） as compared with the saline group （3.85±0.20）（P 〈0.01）, which was significantly reduced in the erythropoietin＋lipopolysaccharide group （4.50±0.35）（P 〈0.01）. Myeloperoxidase activity and malondialdehyde levels increased significantly in the saline＋lipopolysaccharide group compared with the saline group, which was reduced in the erythropoietin ＋ lipopolysaccharide group. The TNF-α level of pulmonary tissue increased significantly in the saline＋lipopolysaccharide group （（9.80±0.82） pg/mg protein） compared with the saline group （（4.20=L-0.42） pg/mg protein, P 〈0.01）. A forced ignition probability analysis method is developed for turbulent combustion,in which kernel formation is analyzed with local kernel formation criteria,and flame propagation and stabilization are simulated with Lagrangian flame particle *** kernel formation,the effect of turbulent scalar transport on flammability is modelled through the incorporation of turbulenceinduced diffusion in a spherically outwardly propagating flame kernel *** dependence of flammability limits on turbulent intensities is tabulated and serves as the flammability criterion for kernel *** Lagrangian flame particle tracking,flame particles are tracked in a structured grid with flow fields being interpolated from a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)*** particle velocity follows a Langevin model consisting of a linear drift and an isotropic diffusion *** Karlovitz number is employed for the extinction criterion,which compares chemical and turbulent *** integration of the above two-step analysis approach with non-reacting CFD is achieved through a general interpolation interface suitable for general unstructured CFD *** method is demonstrated for a methane/air bluff-body flame,in which flow and fuel/air mixing characteristics are extracted from a non-reacting *** show that the computed ignition probability map agrees qualitatively with experimental results.A reduction of the ignition probability in the recirculation zone and a high ignition probability on the shear layer of the recirculation zone near the mean stoichiometric surface are well *** tools can facilitate optimization of spark placement and offer insights into ignition processes.

Objective To investigate the regulatory relationship of Protein Phosphatase 2 Regulatory Subunit B"Alpha(PPP2R3A)and hexokinase 1(HK1)in glycolysis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods In HepG2 and Huh7 cells,PPP2R3A expression was silenced by small interfering RNA(siRNA)and overexpression by plasmid *** PPP2R3A-related genes were searched by RNA *** levels were measured by glucose uptake and lactate ***-PCR,ELISA,western blot and immunofluorescence assay were performed to detect the changes of PPP2R3A and *** proliferation,migration and invasion assay were used to study the roles of HK1 regulation by *** RNA sequencing data revealed that PPP2R3A siRNA significantly downregulated the expression of ***2R3A gene overexpression promotes,while gene silencing suppresses,the level of HK1 and glycolysis in HCC *** HCC tissue samples,PPP2R3A and HK1 were colocalized in the cytoplasm,and their expression showed a positive ***1 inhibition abrogated the promotion of glycolysis,proliferation,migration and invasion by PPP2R3A overexpression in liver cancer *** Our findings showed the correlation of PPP2R3A and HK1 in the glycolysis of HCC,which reveals a new mechanism for the oncogenic roles of PPP2R3A in cancer.

In this work,a novel approach of leaching valuable metals,such as niobium,yttrium and cerium,from a niobium-bearing ore of low grade by roasting KHSO_(4)-H_(2)SO_(4)system was experimentally *** the work,the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,mass ratio of agents to ore and the types of leaching agents on the extraction of Nb,Y and Ce were investigated,and the roasting KHSO_(4)-H_(2)SO_(4)-ore system was thought as an effective method to extract these valuable *** was found that the recovery of Nb,Y and Ce can,respectively,reach 90.20%,97.22%and 98.41%in condition of roasting temperature of 300℃,roasting time of 2 h,mass ratio of KHSO_(4)-to-H_(2)SO_(4)to ore of 0.5:1:1,particle size of-74 lm(~95%),leaching solution of oxalic acid(30 g·L^(-1)),leaching temperature of 90℃and leaching liquid-to-solid ratio of 5:*** leaching kinetics of the calcined Nb-bearing ore in oxalic acid solution was successfully modeled by chemical reaction model,and the apparent activity energy was obtained to be14.16 kJ·mol^(-1).The results generated from this work will provide the fundamentals for extracting Nb,Y and Ce from a niobium-bearing ore of low grade and have potential applications value in future.

以重庆彭水野生火棘鲜果为试材,研究贮藏温度对火棘功效活性成分原花青素、黄酮、总酚和VC含量的影响,分析相关抗性酶超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(shenylalanine ammonia lyase,PAL)活性和次生代谢产物丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量及腐损率变化趋势。结果表明:-5、-3、-1、1、3、5℃贮藏60 d原花青素保持率分别是初始含量的72.97%、65.43%、48.12%、29.76%、21.33%和19.22%;黄酮保持率分别为77.25%、76.27%、72.01%、60.39%、56.96%和35.19%;总酚保持率分别为83.66%、82.61%、62.80%、55.69%、48.51%和43.11%;VC保持率分别为87.17%、86.43%、75.46%、54.83%、36.06%和24.35%;SOD活性保持率分别为81.56%、79.78%、66.32%、27.86%、15.83%和11.25%;PAL活性保持率分别为57.43%、50.05%、42.00%、19.69%、15.62%和14.12%;MDA累积程度与初始含量相比,分别为2.19、2.59、4.51、6.52、7.52倍和8.54倍;腐损率与5℃贮藏60 d相比,分别低88.10%、87.94%、81.09%、54.25%和12.53%。-5、-3℃贮藏与5、3、1、-1℃贮藏相比均可有效保持原有功效成分、降低腐损率、减少MDA累积程度、保持较高SOD和PAL活性,但-5℃和-3℃贮藏差异不显著,-3℃可作为优选贮藏温度。

现有海洋浮标通信方式单一、可靠性低、丢包率高且实时性差,无法满足海洋数据大量采集与跨域通信的需求。为了进一步加强海洋全域互联互通建设,以多源通信为核心,文中设计并制作了一种跨域通信浮标系统,该系统可完成多种通信方式的切换、多源信息采集与多链路实时跨域通信。针对该系统设计了一种最优通信链路选择算法,根据各通信模块实时信号质量进行最优通信链路的选择,以提高通信的可靠性,同时关闭信号质量较差的通信模块,减少同时使用多种通信手段可能出现的系统通信大量冗余与功耗增加的问题。试验结果表明,该系统实现了水上与水下数据的跨域传输,多源通信设计切实可行,各通信链路稳定可靠,综合通信成功率达99%以上,为海洋全域观测网和通信网的建设提供了参考。

A control algorithm for a 3-RPS parallel platform driven by pneumatic cylinders is discussed. All cylinders are controlled by proportional directional valves while the kinematic and dynamic properties of the system are modeled. The method of adaptive robust control is applied to the controller using a back-stepping approach and online parameter estimation. To compensate for the uncertainty and the influence caused by estimations, a fast dynamic compensator is integrated in the controller design. To prevent any influence caused by the load applied to the moving platform changing in a practical working situation, the identification of parameters is taken as the initialization of unknown parameters in the controller, which can improve the adaptability of the algorithm. Using these methods, the response rate of the parameter estimation and control performance were improved *** adverse effects of load and restriction forces were eliminated by the initialization and online *** under different situations illustrated the effectiveness of the adaptive robust controller with parameter initialization, approaching average tracking errors of less than 1%.
