目的:应用古今医案云平台软件(V2.3.5)分析青光眼视神经保护用药规律。方法:检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)、维普数据库(VIP)中已公开发表的青光眼相关研究文献。提取数据并建立处方数据库,采用古今医案云平台软件(V2.3.5)分析数据。结果:(1)一般情况:最终纳入文献70篇,包含方剂70个,涉及中药134味、中医证候15个。四气以平性药最多(24.78%),五味以甘味药最多(59.09%),归经以肝经用药最多(59.21%)。(2)使用频次:频次≥20次的中药中排名前5味的分别为茯苓、当归、川芎、白术和柴胡。(3)中医证候:排在前5位的分别为肝肾阴虚证、肝郁气滞证、气虚血瘀证、肝肾亏虚证、气阴两虚证。(4)中药配伍关联分析:相关度排在前5位的分别为当归-茯苓、川芎-当归、白术-茯苓、白术-当归、柴胡-茯苓。(5)聚类分析:药对与方剂共5类,其功效分别为补血活血、疏肝利水、补气、补益肝肾、活血利水。(6)复杂网络分析:核心处方为丹栀逍遥散加减。结论:临床对于青光眼辨证施方应疏肝与活血利水并重,用药当以主入肝经的性平味甘类中药为佳,临证中应活用核心药物,注重组方君臣佐使配伍,达到保护视神经的目的。

针对高架环境下人工采摘草莓劳动强度大、效率低的问题,设计了一种面对生产作业的驾乘式草莓采摘车。提出了智能草莓采摘车的整体方案,主要包括智能操控系统设计和现场初加工采摘系统设计。试验中,由3组采摘人在不同限定角度的旋转椅上进行采摘车识别控制试验和现场初加工采摘试验,验证了智能草莓采摘车的实际工作性能。结果表明:草莓采摘车动作识别控制平均准确率为85%以上,能够达到实际采摘作业要求,且更适合长距离全生产性采摘作业;现场称重-包装系统可以直接进行称重—语音提示—打标签—包装的作业流程,大大节省采摘时间,减轻莓农劳动强度。

This paper presents an adaptive state-feedback strategy for state-constrained stochastic highorder nonlinear systems. By adding a power integrator and adaptive backstepping techniques, a new adaptive controller is constructed without imposing feasibility conditions, which guarantees that all closed-loop signals are bounded almost surely, full-state constraints are not violated almost surely, and the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.

This paper investigates the practical tracking problem of stochastic delayed nonlinear systems. The powers of the nonlinear terms are relaxed to a certain interval rather than a precisely known point. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii(L-K) functional method and the modified adding a power integrator technique,a new controller is constructed to render the solutions of the considered system to be bounded in probability,and furthermore, the tracking error in sense of the mean square can be made small enough by adjusting some designed parameters. A simulation example is provided to demonstrate the validity of the method in this paper.

For a large class of discrete-time multivariable plants with arbitrary relative degrees, the design and analysis of the direct model reference adaptive control scheme are investigated under less restrictive assumptions. The algorithm is based on a new parametrization derived from the high frequency gain matrix factorization Kp=LDU under the condition that the signs of the leading principal minors of/fp are known. By reproving the discrete-time Lp and L2σ norm relationship between inputs and outputs, establishing the properties of discrete-time adaptive law, defining the normalizing signal, and relating the signal with all signals in the closed-loop system, the stability and convergence of the discrete-time multivariable model reference adaptive control scheme are analyzed rigorously in a systematic fashion as in the continuous-time case.

In this paper, for a class of high-order stochastic nonlinear systems with zero dynamics which are neither necessarily feedback linearizable nor affine in the control input, the problem of state feedback stabilization is investigated for the first time. Under some weaker assumptions, a smooth state feedback controller is designed, which ensures that the closed-loop system has an almost surely unique solution on [0,∞）, the equilibrium at the origin of the closed-loop system is globally asymptotically stable in probability, and all the states can be regulated to the origin almost surely. A simulation example demonstrates the control scheme.

For a class of nonlinear systems with dynamic uncertainties, robust adaptive stabilization problem is considered in this paper. Firstly, by introducing an observer, an augmented system is obtained. Based on the system, we construct an exp-ISpS Lyapunov function for the unmodeled dynamics, prove that the unmodeled dynamics is exp-ISpS, and then obtain a dynamic normalizing signal to counteract the dynamic disturbances. By the backstepping technique, an adaptive controller is given, it is proved that all the signals in the adaptive control system are globally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the output can be regulated to the origin with any prescribed accuracy. A simulation example further demonstrates the efficiency of the control scheme.
