Risk Factors of Depression Screened by Two-Sample Mendelian Randomization Analysis:A Systematic Review

Insight into the experiment and extraction mechanism for separating carbazole from anthracene oil with quaternary ammonium-based deep eutectic solvents

Carbazole is an irreplaceable basic organic chemical raw material and intermediate in *** separation of carbazole from anthracene oil by environmental benign solvents is important but still a challenge in chemical *** eutectic solvents (DESs) as a sustainable green separation solvent have been proposed for the separation of carbazole from model anthracene *** this research,three quaternary ammonium-based DESs were prepared using ethylene glycol (EG) as hydrogen bond donor and tetrabutylammonium chloride (TBAC),tetrabutylammonium bromide or choline chloride as hydrogen bond *** explore their extraction performance of carbazole,the conductor-like screening model for real solvents (COSMO-RS) model was used to predict the activity coefficient at infinite dilution (γ^(∞)) of carbazole in DESs,and the result indicated TBAC:EG (1:2) had the stronger extraction ability for carbazole due to the higher capacity at infinite dilution (C^(∞)) ***,the separation performance of these three DESs was evaluated by experiments,and the experimental results were in good agreement with the COSMO-RS prediction *** TBAC:EG (1:2) was determined as the most promising ***,the extraction conditions of TBAC:EG (1:2) were optimized,and the extraction efficiency,distribution coefficient and selectivity of carbazole could reach up to 85.74%,30.18 and 66.10%,***,the TBAC:EG (1:2) could be recycled by using environmentally friendly water as *** addition,the separation performance of TBAC:EG (1:2) was also evaluated by real crude anthracene,the carbazole was obtained with purity and yield of 85.32%,60.27%,***,the extraction mechanism was elucidated byσ-profiles and interaction energy *** calculation results showed that the main driving force for the extraction process was the hydrogen bonding ((n–H...Cl) and van der Waals interactions (C–H...O and C–H...π),which correspondin

Effects of different organic fertilizers on nitrous oxide and methane emissions from double-cropping rice fields

Rice fields are a major source of greenhouse gases,such as nitrous oxide (n_(2)O) and methane (CH_(4)).Organic fertilizers may potentially replace inorganic fertilizers to meet the nitrogen requirement for rice growth;however,the simultaneous effects of organic fertilizers on n_(2)O and CH_(4)emissions and crop yield in paddy fields remain poorly understood and *** this study,experimental plots were established in conventional double-cropping paddy fields in the Pearl River Delta,China,including an unfertilized control and five fertilizer treatments with fresh organic fertilizer (FOF),successively composted organic fertilizer (SOF),chemically composted organic fertilizer (COF),COF supplemented with inorganic fertilizer (COIF),and chemical fertilizers (CFs)(TFOF,TSOF,TCOF,TCOIF,and TCF,respectively).Paddy field soils behaved simultaneously as an n_(2)O sink (cumulative n_(2)O emission:-196 to-381 g n ha^(-1)) and as a CH_(4)source (cumulative CH_(4)emission:719 to 2 178 kg ha^(-1)).Compared to CFs,the effects of organic fertilizers on n_(2)O emission were not *** contrast,total annual CH_(4)emission increased by 157%,132%,125%,and 37%in TFOF,TCOF,TSOF,and TCOIF,respectively,compared to *** TCOIF,rice yield was maintained,while CH_(4)emission was not significantly increased from the paddy fields characterized by a prolonged flood *** important next step is to extend these field-based measurements to larger rice cultivation areas to quantify the regional and national-scale impacts on greenhouse gas emissions and to help determine the optimum practice for fertilizer use.

Semiconductor-based photocatalysis by utilizing solar energy for sustainable organic pollutant elimination has been a promising tactic to alleviate environmental ***,the development of robust and efficient photocatalysts to degrade organic pollutants still faces major challenges because of insufficient charge *** we design and fabricate a heterojunction consisting of copper,carbon-modified TiO_(2),and sulfur-doped g-C_(3)n_(4)nanosheets(i.e.,S-C_(3)n_(4)/Cu/C-TiO_(2)).The heterostructure affords a remarkable synergistic photocatalysis for tetracycline hydrochloride degradation,achieving an 82.6%removal efficiency within 30 min under visible light irradiation,about 15.4 and 7.3 times higher than that of S-C_(3)n_(4)and C-TiO_(2),*** superior performance is attributed to the synergy between Cu doping and the Z-scheme heterojunction,which not only enhances the interfacial electric field effect,facilitating charge separation,but also boosts the redox *** charge carrier transfer between Cu/C-TiO_(2)and S-C_(3)n_(4)follows a Z-scheme,as verified by trapping experiments,electron spin-resonance spectroscopy,and density functional theory ***,the tetracycline hydrochloride degradation pathways are enunciated by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometry *** work provides an effective approach for constructing high-performance photocatalysts that have potential in environmental remediation.

Interfacial charge effects of supported-metal-cluster heterostructures on azo hydrogenation catalyzation

The impact of interfacial charge on catalytic performance of supported-metal-cluster(SMC)heterostructures remains unclear,hindering efforts to develop high-performance SMC *** we systematically investigated interfacial charge effects of SMCs using a model system of graphene-supported gold-nanoclusters(AunCs/rGO)for azo *** types of SMCs with different interfacial charges were synthesized by anchoring electropositive 2-aminoethanethiol(CSH),amphoteric cysteine(Cys),and electronegative 3-mercaptopropionic-acid(MPA)onto AunCs/rGO,*** three SMCs exhibited high and selective catalytic activity to azo-hydrogenation in four representative azo *** catalytic activity of Cys@AunCs/rGO was lower than that of CSH@AunCs/rGO but higher than that of MPA@AunCs/***,the cyclic stability of Cys@AunCs/rGO was inferior to that of both CSH@AunCs/rGO and MPA@AunCs/*** mechanistic studies revealed that amino ligands modified CSH@AunCs and Cys@AunCs agglomerated into large-size gold nanoparticles on rGO surface during catalytic reaction under naBH_(4) action,leading to reduced efficiency and cyclic ***,non-amino ligand modified MPA@AunCs only partially detached from rGO surface without agglomeration,resulting in better cyclic *** of amino groups in ligands such as modifying-nH_(3)^(+)group in Cys into imine to form n-isobutyryl-L-cysteine(nIBC)substantially improved the cyclic stability while maintaining the high activity in the nIBC@AunCs/rGO catalyst *** work provides an approach for developing a highly-active and stable SMC heterostructure catalyst via manipulating interfacial charges in SMC.

In order to find out the matching principle of excitation force and energy consumption of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device,the energy consumption mechanism of reciprocating vibrating Chinese wolfberry picking device is *** to the structural characteristics and operating principle of the picking device,the no-load and load movement and force characteristics of the crank bearing and vibrating component are analyzed,and the theoretical model of energy consumption of the reciprocating vibration picking device is jointly constructed,and the simulation analysis is carried *** results show that the vibrating component and load mass have a significant influence on torque,the load air resistance phase has a significant effect on torque,and the load air resistance and friction coefficient have no significant influence on ***,by building an AC servo motor torque detection system and a torque sensing detection system,verification experiments are carried out,the maximum torque of the preset system is 1.3 n∙m,the rated power is 400 W,the motor frequency is 20 Hz,the amplitude is 15 mm,and the total mass of the vibrating component is 0.143 *** results show that,the no-load operation,the change trend of detected torque is consistent with simulation,the torque model is verified to be *** maximum torque of simulation and detection are 0.52 n∙m and 0.57 n∙m respectively,and the error between test and simulation is 9.6%.For load operation,the maximum torque of five groups of branch loads of 20 g,60 g,100 g,140 g,180 g and 220 g are detected to be 0.73 n∙m,0.74 n∙m,0.75 n∙m,0.82 n∙m and 0.83 n∙m,respectively,and the relationship model between load and torque is obtained by *** research results can provide a theoretical basis which can configure a suitable motor in the reciprocating vibration Chinese wolfberry picking device with a certain load limit.
