The Ru complexes have garnered a great deal of attention for antitumor phototherapy; however, achieving efficient cellular uptake and tumor-specific activation represents a major challenge. Herein, we synthesize a hypoxia-activated Ru complex(RuANM) and construct it into supramolecular polymers(PolyRuANM) through high binding affinity interaction. The amphiphilic supramolecular polymers possess self-assembly, resulting in the formation of diverse nanostructures exhibiting a range of morphologies by simply adjusting the host-guest ratio. As the polymer nanostructure size and morphology have been optimized, PolyRuANM prevents premature drug leakage and accumulates rapidly in the tumor cells. In the tumor hypoxia microenvironment, the polymer undergoes selective activation and disintegration, leading to the unlock of Ru ***, the subsequent application of red light irradiation exacerbates the hypoxia and potentiates the liberation of the Ru complexes. This polymer design concept provides some novel insights into on-demand drug delivery and smart chemophotodynamic therapy.

目的探讨整体化护理干预在预防妇科盆腔手术患者下肢深静脉血栓中的作用。方法选取50例妇科盆腔手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。观察组采用整体化护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者满意度92.00%高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者日常生活活动能力评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体化护理能够更好满足妇科盆腔手术患者的护理需求,可以防范和控制下肢深静脉血栓发生,有利于促进疾病预后改善,值得临床推广与应用。

目的观察妇科盆腔手术患者在围术期应用预见性护理的临床价值。方法选取75例妇科盆腔手术患者,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(38例)与观察组(37例)。对照组在围术期采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合预见性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组下地时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妇科盆腔手术患者,通过在围术期加强患者预见性护理服务,能够有效促进患者术后恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactic acid)block copolymer(PEG-PLA)is one of the most widely used biomedical polymers in clinical drug delivery owing to its biocompatibility and ***,endowing PEG-PLA micelles with high drug loading,self-assembly stability and fast intracellular drug release is still ***-responsive diblock copolymers(MPEG-SS-PMLA)of poly(ethylene glycol)and phenyl-functionalized poly(lactic acid)with disulfide bond as the linker are synthesized to prepare PLA-based micelles that demonstrate excellent colloidal stability and high Ru ***,MPEGSS-PMLA achieved a remarkably high Ru loading efficiency of 84.3%due to the existence of strongπ-πstacking between phenyl and Ru ***-SS-PMLA exhibited good colloidal stability in physiological condition but quickly destabilized by reductive tumor ***,about 74%of Ru complex was released under 10 mmol/L GSH ***-loaded MEPG-SS-PMLA showed efficient delivery and release of Ru complex into MCF-7 cancer cells,achieving enhanced in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity of photodynamic *** feasible functionalization method of MPEG-PLA has appeared to be a clinically viable platform for controlled delivery therapeutic agents and enhanced phototherapy.

Image matching technology is theoretically significant and practically promising in the field of autonomous *** shortcomings of existing image matching navigation technologies,the concept of high-dimensional combined feature is presented based on sequence image matching *** balance between the distribution of high-dimensional combined features and the shortcomings of the only use of geometric relations,we propose a method based on Delaunay triangulation to improve the feature,and add the regional characteristics of the features together with their geometric ***,k-nearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm is adopted to optimize searching *** results show that the matching can be realized at the rotation angle of-8°to 8°and the scale factor of 0.9 to 1.1,and when the image size is 160 pixel×160 pixel,the matching time is less than 0.5 ***,the proposed algorithm can substantially reduce computational complexity,improve the matching speed,and exhibit robustness to the rotation and scale changes.

The current research of the valveless piezoelectric pump focuses on increasing the flow rate and pressure differential. Compared with the valve piezoelectric pump, the valveless one has excellent performances in simple structure, low cost, and easy miniaturization. So, their important development trend is the mitigation of their weakness, and the multi-function integration. The flow in a spiral tube element is sensitive to the element attitude caused by the Coriolis force, and that a valveless piezoelectric pump is designed by applying this phenomenon. The pump has gyroscopic effect, and has both the actuator function of fluid transfer and the sensor function, which can obtain the angular velocity when its attitude changes. First, the present paper analyzes the flow characteristics in the tube, obtains the calculation formula for the pump flow, and identifies the relationship between pump attitude and flow, which clarifies the impact of flow and driving voltage, frequency, spiral line type and element attitude, and verifies the gyroscopic effect of the pump. Then, the finite element simulation is used to verify the theory. Finally, a pump is fabricated for experimental testing of the relationship between pump attitude and pressure differential. Experimental results show that when Archimedes spiral θ=4π is selected for the tube design, and the rotation speed of the plate is 70 r/min, the pressure differential is 88.2 Pa, which is 1.5 times that of 0 r/min rotation speed. The spiral-tube-type valveless piezoelectric pump proposed can turn the element attitude into a form of pressure output, which is important for the multi-function integration of the valveless piezoelectric pump and for the development of civil gyroscope in the future.

In recent years,image matching navigation technology has been developing rapidly,but it is hard to meet the actual requirement of *** this paper,a fast image matching method based on high-dimensional combined features is proposed,and K-dimensional tree（KD-tree） and particle swarm optimization（PSO） algorithm are introduced to improve the matching *** first we present a new concept of high-dimensional combined feature,and construct the features of two adjacent frames in sequence images as matching *** the position relation of two adjacent frame images can be determined according to the geometric constraints among the ***,we introduce KD-tree and PSO algorithm to optimize the search *** simulation results show that the matching is still completed at the rotation angle of-5 ° to 5 ° and the scale factor of 0.9 to1.1,meanwhile,the time consumption is within 1 *** a conclusion,the algorithm can effectively improve the real-time performance of image matching,and is robust to rotation and scale changes,which satisfies the requirements of navigation system.

This paper considers the prescribed-time leader-following consensus problem of input-constrained linear multi-agent systems under generally directed communication topology in two cases:the Laplacian matrix related to the entire communication topology between agents is either known or *** particular,the consensus problem for the former case is solved by a novel bounded linear time-varying(LTV) protocol,where the feedback gain is formulated by the parametric Lyapunov equation and the knowledge of the Laplacian ***,by utilizing a distributed observer,a fully bounded LTV protocol is proposed for the latter *** should be noted that,compared with the existing results,the system under consideration is more general,the designed protocols are linear,and the consensus problem is accomplished even in a fully distributed ***,the effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by a numerical example.
