In situ strength profiles along two adjacent vertical drillholes from digitalization of hydraulic rotary drilling

Drilling speed and associated analyses from factual field data of hydraulic rotary drilling have not been fully utilized.The paper provides the reference and comparison for the utilization of drilling information from two adjacent vertical drillholes that were formed with the same hydraulic rotary drilling machine and bit.The analysis of original factual data is presented to obtain the constant drilling speed during net drilling process.According to the factual data along two adjacent drillholes,the digitalization results respectively include 461 linear zones and 210 linear zones with their constant drilling speeds and associated drilling parameters.The digitalization results can accurately present the spatial distributions and interface boundaries of drilled geomaterials and the results are consistent with the paralleled site loggings.The weighted average drilling speeds from 2.335 m/min to 0.044 m/min represent 13 types of drilled geomaterials from soils to hard rocks.The quantitative relation between drilling speed and strength property is provided.The digitalization results can statistically profile the basic strength quality grades of III to VI from soils to hard rocks.The thickness distributions of four strength quality grades are presented for each individual type of geomaterials along two drillholes.In total,50.2%of geomaterials from drillhole A are grade IV and 57.4%of geomaterials from drillhole B are grade III.The digitalization results can offer an accurate and cost-effective tool to quantitatively describe the spatial distribution and in situ strength profile of drilled geomaterials in the current drilling projects.

Hantavirus infection:a global zoonotic challenge

Hantaviruses are comprised of tri-segmented negative sense single-stranded RNA, and are members of the Bunyaviridae family. Hantaviruses are distributed worldwide and are important zoonotic pathogens that can have severe adverse effects in humans. They are naturally maintained in specific reservoir hosts without inducing symptomatic infection. In humans, however,hantaviruses often cause two acute febrile diseases, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) and hantavirus cardiopulmonary syndrome(HCPS). In this paper, we review the epidemiology and epizootiology of hantavirus infections worldwide.

Stratigraphic framework of theWufeng-Longmaxi shale in and around the Sichuan Basin,China:Implications for targeting shale gas

Stratigraphic division and correlation are crucial for the identification of sweet spots and drilling design of shale gas.In this study,a stratigraphic division and correlation was carried out for the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formations in southern China from the prospective of lithostratigraphy,sea level changes,and biostratigraphy using data from seismic investigation,wells,and outcrops.The Wufeng and Longmaxi Formations were respectively divided into four members,Wu 1 and Wu2 for the former and Long 1 and Long 2 for the latter.Of the members,Long 1 was subdivided and its first subdivision(Long 11)was further divided into 4 layers(Long 1^(1)_(1),Long 1^(2)_(1),Long 1^(3)_(1),and Long 1^(4)_(1)).Three eustatic cycles were recognized in the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formations.Cycle I corresponds to the Wufeng Formation with the maximum flooding surface at the top ofWu 1.Cycle II corresponds to Long 1,with the maximum flooding surface at the top of Long 1^(3)_(1).CycleⅢⅢcorresponds to Long 2.Furthermore,4 graptolite biozones(WF1 to WF4)were identified in the Wufeng Formation and 9 graptolite biozones(LM1 to LM9)in the Longmaxi Formation.WF1-2 and WF3-4 correspond to Wu 1 and Wu 2,respectively;and LM1,LM2-4,LM5,LM6,and LM7-9 correspond to Long 1^(1)_(1),Long 1^(2)_(1),Long 1^(3)_(1),Long 1^(4)_(1),and Long 12 and Long 2,respectively.Highquality shales mainly occur in the Wufeng Formation and Long 11.The major intervals that should be investigated with regards to shale gas production include LM1eLM5(10m thick)in the Weiyuan Block and WF1eLM5(20e35m thick)in the Changning Block.Long 1^(1)_(1)is believed to be an optimal target for drilling due to its high TOC content,siliceous content,porosity,microfracture density,and horizontal/vertical permeability ratio.

Adenosine triphosphate(ATP)is closely related to the pathogenesis of certain diseases,so the detection of trace ATP is of great significance to disease diagnosis and drug development.Graphene field-effect transistors(GFETs)have been proven to be a promising platform for the rapid and accurate detection of small molecules,while the Debye shielding limits the sensitive detection in real samples.Here,a three-dimensional wrinkled graphene field-effect transistor(3D WG-FET)biosensor for ultra-sensitive detection of ATP is demonstrated.The lowest detection limit of 3D WG-FET for analyzing ATP is down to 3.01 aM,which is much lower than the reported results.In addition,the 3D WG-FET biosensor shows a good linear electrical response to ATP concentrations in a broad range of detection from 10 aM to 10 pM.Meanwhile,we achieved ultra-sensitive(LOD:10 aM)and quantitative(range from 10 aM to 100 fM)measurements of ATP in human serum.The 3D WG-FET also exhibits high specificity.This work may provide a novel approach to improve the sensitivity for the detection of ATP in complex biological matrix,showing a broad application value for early clinical diagnosis and food health monitoring.

以绕线转子无刷双馈电机为研究对象,基于转子电路电压平衡关系,以转子边作为参照系,针对无刷双馈电机两套不同极数的绕组,提出极数折算的概念,导出无刷双馈电机正常运行时这两种不同极数绕组各自产生的合成磁动势必须保持的平衡关系,及转子电动势平衡关系的磁动势表现形式,解释了定子控制绕组变频调节时电流变化机理,由此推导了无刷双馈发电机空载运行状态下,定子控制绕组中的空载电流计算方法,并制作Y250-2/6和Y355-2/6两台不同机座号的试验电机进行了测试,结果与理论分析相符.

Improved dielectric constant and energy density of P(VDF-HFP)composites using NBT-xST(x=0,0.10,0.26)whiskers

The high-performance energy-storage dielectric capacitors are increasingly important due to their wide applications in high power electronics.Here,we fabricated a novel P(VDF-HFP)-based capacitor with surface-modified NBT-xST(x?0,0.10,0.26)whiskers,denoted as Dop@NBT-xST/P(VDF-HFP).The influences of ST content,fillers’volume fraction and electric field on the dielectric properties and energy-storage performance of the composites were investigated systematically.The results show that the dielectric constant monotonously increased with the increase of ST content and fillers’volume fraction.The composite containing 10.0 vol%NBT-0.26STwhiskers possessed a dielectric constant of 39 at 1 kHz,which was 5.6 times higher than that of pure P(VDF-HFP).It was noticed that the D-E loops of the composites became thinner and thinner with the increase of ST content.Due to the reduced remnant polarization,the composite with 5.0 vol%NBT-0.26STwhiskers achieved a high energy density of 6.18 J/cm3 and energy efficiency of approximately 57%at a relatively low electric field of 200 kV/mm.This work indicated that NBT-0.26ST whisker is a kind of potential ceramic filler in fabricating the dielectric capacitor with high discharged energy density and energy efficiency.

无刷双馈感应发电机是一种新型的电机,被广泛应用于一些变速恒频的发电系统。介绍了一种基于绕线转子无刷双馈发电机的船舶轴带独立发电系统的控制方法。这种控制方法能够在不需要电机参数的情况下实现对无刷双馈发电机的输出电压和频率的控制,同时能够消除原动机转速变化和负载变化带来的影响。在处理无刷双馈发电机独立发电系统的控制问题时,面临的主要困难是这种电机内部复杂的结构。为了克服这些问题,对独立运行的无刷双馈发电机的数学模型、功率流动和运行性能进行了完整的推导和分析。无刷双馈发电机独立发电系统的实验验证是在一台2/6极250机座号的绕线转子无刷双馈发电机上进行的。

Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome

Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)is an acute natural focus epidemic disease characterized by fever,shock,hemorrhage and kidney injury caused by hantavirus infection.Hantavirus mainly infects human vascular endothelial cells,and induces extensive damage to small blood vessels and capillaries.Increased vascular permeability is the pathological basis for clinical manifestations of HFRS.Although domestic and foreign scholars have carried out many studies on the hantavirus pathogenesis,such as the immune pathological response induced by hantavirus,host genetics and apoptosis,thrombocytopenia,coagulation and fibrinolysis dysfunction,and the vascular endothelial damage,the pathogenesis of HFRS has not been fully elucidated and there is no effective drug yet.In-depth discussion of the molecular mechanism of HFRS and finding effective therapeutic drugs are still the research hotspots on the field of hantavirus/HFRS.This review will elaborate the research progress on the pathogenesis of HFRS in recent years.
