Real-time monitoring system for quality monitoring of jujube slice during drying process

The real-time monitoring and prediction system for quality attributes of jujube slices during the drying process was designed to solve the problem of destructive and inconvenient of the traditional quality detection method and realize quality online monitoring.Firstly,machine vision and automatic weighing were employed to monitor the color and moisture content changes of jujube slices in real-time.Secondly,correlation models between color parameter(a^(*)value)and nutritional quality attributes(vitamin C,reducing sugar)were established to predict vitamin C and reducing sugar content of jujube slices during the drying process.Finally,the upper computer monitoring software was integrated and designed based on LABVIEW virtual instrument,and the real-time monitoring system was tested and validated.Results showed that:the changing trends of color(L^(*),a^(*),and b^(*)values)monitored by the system were basically the same as the results detected by color difference meter,and the average errors of L^(*),a^(*),and b^(*)values were 0.93,0.52,and 0.73,respectively.The average relative error of moisture content between the system monitoring and manual static detection was 0.18%.The average error of vitamin C and reducing sugar content between the system prediction and manual detection were 50 mg/100 g in dry basis and 0.71g/100 g in dry basis,respectively.The current work can provide a useful reference for real-time monitoring of quality attributes of fruits and vegetables during the drying process.

Method of temperature rising velocity and threshold control of electron beam brazing

In order to accommodate electron beam to the brazing of the joints with various curve shapes and the brazing of thermo sensitive materials, the method of electron beam scanning and brazing temperature control was developed, in which electron beam was controlled to scan according to predefined scanning track, and the actual temperature rising velocity of the brazed seam was limited in an allowed scope by detecting the brazed seam temperature, calculating the temperature rising velocity and adjusting the beam current during the brazing process; in addition, through the setting of the highest allowed temperature, the actual temperature of the brazed seam could be controlled not exceeding the threshold set value, and these two methods could be employed alone or jointly. It is shown that high precision temperature control in electron beam brazing could be realized and the productivity be increased by the proposed method.

The development of highly efficient catalysts in the cathodes of rechargeable Li-O_(2) batteries is a considerable challenge.To enhance the electrochemical performance of the Li-O_(2) battery,it is essential to choose a suitable catalyst material.Copper selenide(CuSe)is considered as a more promising cathode catalyst material for Li-O_(2) battery due to its better conductivity and rich electrochemical active sites.However,its electrochemical reaction and fundamental catalytic mechanism remain unclear till now.Herein,in-situ environmental transmission electron microscopy technique was used to study the catalysis mechanism of the CuSe nanosheets in Li-O_(2) batteries during discharge and charge processes.It is found that Li_(2)O was formed and decomposed around the ultrafine-grained Cu during the discharge and charge processes,respectively,demonstrating excellent cycling.This indicate that the freshly formed ultrafine-grained Cu in the conversion reaction catalyzed the latter four-electron-transfer oxygen reduction reaction,leading to the formation of Li_(2)O.Our study provides important understanding of the electrochemistry of the LiO_(2) nanobatteries,which will aid the development of high-performance Li-O_(2) batteries for energy storage applications.

Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)batteries,a promising energy storage technology,not only provide ultrahigh discharge capacity but also capture CO_(2)and turn it into renewable energy.Their electrochemical reaction pathways'ambiguity,however,creates a hurdle for their practical application.This study used copper selenide(CuSe)nanosheets as the air cathode medium in an environmental transmission electron microscope to in situ study Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)(mix CO_(2)as well as O_(2)at a volume ratio of 1:1)and Li–O_(2)batteries as well as Li–CO_(2)batteries.Primary discharge reactions take place successively in the Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)–CuSe nanobattery:(I)4Li^(+)+O_(2)+4e^(−)→2Li_(2)O;(II)Li_(2)O+CO_(2)→Li_(2)CO_(3).The charge reaction proceeded via(III)2Li_(2)CO_(3)→4Li^(+)+2CO_(2)+O_(2)+4e^(−).However,Li–O_(2)and Li–CO_(2)nanobatteries showed poor cycling stability,suggesting the difficulty in the direct decomposition of the discharge product.The fluctuations of the Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)battery's electrochemistry were also shown to depend heavily on O_(2).The CuSe‐based Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)battery showed exceptional electrochemical performance.The Li^–CO_(2)/O_(2)battery offered a discharge capacity apex of 15,492 mAh g^(−1) and stable cycling 60 times at 100 mA g^(−1).Our research offers crucial insight into the electrochemical behavior of Li–CO_(2)/O_(2),Li–O_(2),and Li–CO_(2)nanobatteries,which may help the creation of high‐performance Li–CO_(2)/O_(2)batteries for energy storage applications.

柔性轮对作用下浮轨式扣件轨道动力特性分析

浮轨式扣件是一种高等减振扣件,在我国地铁线路服役后出现钢轨短波长波磨,导致显著的车内振动噪声。为探明浮轨式扣件轨道动力特性,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立浮轨式扣件轨道结构三维实体有限元模型,采用模态分析和谐响应分析研究柔性轮对作用下的轨道动力特征。结果表明:周期性离散支撑轨道的简化截断边界引起的高频振动波反射效应对轨道动力特性影响明显,浮轨式扣件轨道模型长度涵盖大于80个承轨台间距后可忽略边界波反射的影响;轨道结构在80 Hz以下主要表现为钢轨和道床板整体的弯曲和扭转振动,大于80 Hz的轨道振动表现为钢轨相对道床板的弯曲和道床板自身的弯曲及扭转振动;轨道垂向动力特性在500 Hz以内受单个轮对作用的接触刚度和质量效应影响显著,而在钢轨一阶垂向pinned-pinned共振频率之后受柔性轮对与接触刚度的耦合作用影响甚微;考虑双轮对加载后,转向架双轮对间钢轨会出现局部弯曲振动特征;轨道垂向动力特性在车轮一阶弯曲、车轮二阶弯曲和车轮伞向模态影响下出现谐波峰值。

轮轨非稳态载荷下钢轨疲劳裂纹萌生分析

为分析轮轨非稳态载荷与钢轨疲劳裂纹萌生的关系,利用有限元法建立二维轮轨非稳态循环滚动接触有限元模型。非稳态以移动法向载荷随时间简谐变化实现,采用考虑棘轮效应的JIANG-SEHITOGLU循环塑性本构模型,计算不同轮轨循环接触状态下的残余应力、应变场,结合多轴疲劳损伤模型,分析钢轨疲劳启裂寿命、位置和方向。计算结果表明,轮轨非稳态循环滚动会引起钢轨接触表面波浪形塑性变形,其波长与载荷压力波长一致。随着循环滚动次数累加,残余应力和剪切应变在钢轨表面变形的波峰和波谷处逐渐增大,并在滚动次数达到40次后趋于稳定,且在波谷处大于波峰处;在钢轨表层产生的轴向残余应力大于纵向。轮轨蠕滑率对钢轨轴向和纵向残余应力影响较小,对残余剪切应变影响较大。车轮单次滚动过于低估残余应力应变和疲劳寿命;考虑车轮循环滚动时,轮轨接触斑全滑动时的钢轨启裂寿命为纯滚动时的4.5倍;波谷位置处的钢轨启裂寿命为波峰位置处的1.4倍。

To the Editor:With an aging global population,the incidences of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)have signicantly increased.[1]Previous studies have conrmed that COPD and asthma are independently associated with the prevalence of CAP.The use of inhaled corticosteroid(ICS),the cornerstone of treatment for asthma,COPD with frequent acute exacerbations,and asthma-COPD overlap(ACO)may induce changes in the local lung microbiome and abnormal lung immunity,ultimately,causing a signicantly increased risk of pneumonia.However,in cases of pneumonia,the effect of the use of ICS on CAP mortality remains controversial.While data from one study favored the prior use of ICS,which was associated with a signicantly lower short-term mortality rate,[2]other studies have identied no impact on mortality.To date,data on the impact of the use of ICS on mortality,prehospitalization or during hospitalization,are scarce,particularly in the older population.Therefore,this multicenter,retrospective study explored the association between the use of ICS during hospitalization and short-term mortality in older patients with CAP and those with chronic pulmonary disease(CPD).

倒置残差网络结合注意力机制的掺假羊肉分类检测系统构建

针对羊肉精和染色剂作用下的猪肉掺假羊肉分类检测问题,该研究提出并建立了一种检测速度较快、精度较高的注意力机制结合倒置残差网络模型,同时基于智能手机开发了对应的快速、准确检测应用软件。首先,对羊肉、不同部位猪肉、不同掺假比例下的猪肉掺假羊肉的原始手机图像,使用数据增强方式进行数据扩充;其次,用倒置残差结构替换残差网络框架中的原有残差结构,以减少网络参数量并加快模型收敛速度,同时,引入注意力机制(Convolutional Block Attention Module,CBAM),利用空间和通道特征对特征权重再分配,以强化掺假羊肉和羊肉之间的特征差异;然后,利用提出的注意力机制结合倒置残差网络(CBAM-Invert-ResNet)对样本进行训练并确定模型参数;最后,将训练好的网络模型移植到智能手机,以实现掺假羊肉的移动端检测。研究结果表明:与ResNet50和CBAM-ResNet50相比,Invert-ResNet50、CBAM-Invert-ResNet50模型的参数量分别减少了58.25%和61.64%,模型大小分别减小了58.43%和61.59%;针对背脊、前腿、后腿和混合部位数据集,CBAM-Invert-ResNet50模型验证集的分类准确率分别为95.19%、94.29%、95.81%、92.96%;把建立的网络模型部署到移动端后,每张图片的检测时间约为0.3 s。该研究可实现对羊肉精和染色剂作用下的不同部位猪肉掺假羊肉的移动端快速、准确分类检测,可为维护市场秩序和保护食品安全提供技术支持。

冻结砂岩爆破破岩的能量耗散特性

为探究冻结岩体的冲击力学性能,并提出寒区爆破开挖工程中合理的爆破炸药单耗,针对寒区典型分布的砂岩,采用室内分离式霍普金森压杆试验与理论分析相结合的方法,开展了冻结砂岩冲击力学性能及爆破破岩能量耗散特性研究。结果表明:(1)冻结状态砂岩的动态抗压强度和动态弹性模量相比常温状态整体有所提升,而应变峰值整体有所下降。对比静载与动载试验结果,相同物理参数下,砂岩的抗压强度差距不大,而动态弹性模量明显高于静态弹性模量。(2)常温状态砂岩和冻结状态砂岩试件的耗散能量均随含水率的增大而逐渐减低,且冻结状态砂岩的耗散能量高于常温状态。相比常温状态,冻结砂岩在含水率为0、0.25ω、0.50ω、0.75ω、1.00ω时,其耗散能量增幅分别为21.6%、64.9%、80.3%、78.2%、83.3%。(3)相同含水率下,冻结状态砂岩的炸药单耗均高于常温状态,在含水率为0、0.25ω、0.50ω、0.75ω、1.00ω时,冻结状态砂岩爆破炸药单耗相比常温状态分别增加20.4%、61.3%、60.0%、55.6%、66.7%。(4)将常温与冻结状态砂岩爆破炸药单耗数值进行拟合,得到不同状态砂岩爆破破岩的单耗修正模型,可为寒区爆破工程提供参考。
